Health, Happiness, and Body Positivity Challenge
Day 29: What have you learned throughout this challenge?
I’ve learned that I need to stop holding myself to such high standards and being hard on myself when I don’t meet them. Day 30: Did you meet your goal that you set on day 10? It’s okay if you didn’t, how can you take positive steps forward to meet your goal in the future? No, I didn’t unfortunately. I think it’s something that will take a bit of time. I’ve made some positive changes in that direction this month though, so I think I just need to keep doing what I’m doing and eventually I’ll reach my goal :)

Health, happiness & body positive challenge (catch up 27-30)
Day 27: Favourite breakfast meal

Although I believe all meals are important and that the day doesn't necessarily need to be set with specific meals with those names, breakfast really is my favourite meal of the day. I love eating oatmeal, overnight oats, a bunch of fruit, homemade fiber bread, cheese, eggs in all forms, scones or other buns, yoghurt, more fruit, nuts, knäckebröd (hard flat bread) and more cheese. Depending on my mood and apetite (which has been very strong in previous years) it decides what I eat that day. I usually drink a huge cup of tea. Here is a photo of a yummy hotel breakfast with a selection of some goodies. 
Day 28: Something you want to achieve in the next year?
One concrete achievement I would like to make is to do more yoga, almost every day, run again at least once a week, and eat only vegetarian food all the year.
To stand up for myself and others more, to stand up and call out sexism, racism and homo(LGBTQA)phobia.  If I manage to do this more I would regard it as an achievement for myself because of my anxiety, though it is okay if I keep working on this for years to come. 
Day 29: What have you learned throughout this challenge?
I have learnt to be more honest and share more of myself on the interwebs and that it does not have to be so scary. 
Day 30: Did you meet your goal that you set on day 10? It’s okay if you didn’t, how can you take positive steps forward to meet your goal in the future?
Not really, though I did read and finish one book. Also started on another that I will hopefully finish before this year ends. And I have been eating some vegan food and made an active choice of eating vegan yoghurt and more conscious every time I eat dairy, eggs and honey and such. A bit like my transition to vegetarian has been where I've been more aware of my meat-eating habits in the middle of the year and decided to make the change early September. Quite proud of that so who knows, maybe I'll start eating vegan food only by this time next year? :)

Yes, I did. My goal was to be as happy as possible, and lift my grades higher. Well, now I am first in my class, and I'm happy about it. 
Also I wanted to say big thank you to all of you, who made this challenge, because it was full of happiness and good vibes. I enjoyed being part of this, I finally understood that I love me, I am awesome and I can reach my goals. Thank you for making me realise it!

No, I don't believe I did. I may have overslept a few times and felt like throwing in the towel/hiding from the world indefinitely.. but the goal is still in sight and I know I still have some fight left in me. I can still finish strong and achieve what I want to achieve in my end of semester exams.

What is your greatest words of wisdom for your followers?
Tell someone if you feel like crap and don't want to go on. Don't let that feeling sit inside you and eat away at your happiness.
Eat breakfast.
Try to get outside when you can.
Do something you think you can't.

Day 14 & 15
Day 14: What’s your plan for today?
Yesterday I went and saw Big Hero 6! It was so cute and I giggled so much during the movie. It tried so hard to be as sad as UP but that is going to be so hard to do. The movie is a tear jerker but Most DISNEY movies are tear jerkers for me. I've also been reading William Shakespeare and it is just to relaxing and moving.
Day 15: Feeling stressed? Take some time for you, put your favourite movie on, cuddle with your pet, or even your loved one, and just chill out.
Good deal for me! Had a wonderful day with my momma watching old movies and staying warm! :D

HHBP: One thing you would tell yourself before you started your journey You won't miss ice cream - not that you won't dislike it or not want it but eating healthier things will make you just as happy. (I LOVE ice cream so I think that would really be something important but also impressive.) NFN: I bought a small dress. The medium was too big - hooray for nonscale victories :) really the motivation I needed too!

Day 28: Something you want to achieve in the next year? I want to be healthy and confident. I've been working on becoming those things for so long and I still haven't quite gotten to the point where I can say I've reached that goal but I think I will soon. At least, I like to think so.

Day 29: What have you learned throughout this challenge?
That I mess up a lot - but that is OK because sometimes I can laugh about it, and most of the time I learn something.
I still stuck with it and I followed through and here I am on the last day of the challenge dusting myself off and feeling ready for the next one. 
(What challenges are people doing for December? Anyone want to refer my to more challenges as awesome as this? I have one - #BKTYchallenge - but I am open to more. December is hard.)

Day 25: What is your greatest words of wisdom for your followers?
Don't give up. Even when things are hard, keep fighting. Don't be afraid to ask for help because there is always someone who can support you.
Don't compare yourself to others, we are all different in so many ways.Don't feel bad because you are not That Other Person - you are so very very good enough the way you are. Always know that you are worthy of love.
Celebrate every single little victory - no matter how insignificant you think it may be to others. Are you happy about it? CELEBRATE! :)

What have you learned about yourself since starting your healthblr/fitblr?
I am worth it
I can do it
It is a good kinda soreness
Healthy food is delicious 
Exercise puts me in a better mood
There are other people out there like me
Losing weight is nothing to be ashamed of
Being a newbie at the gym isn't scary
People will be mostly supportive
I can be determined and get shit done
Exercise doesn't have to be boring
Look I went go karting :)
Not really exercise but it works out your arm muscles trying to steer!
