I have honestly been incredibly slack with my practice and I can feel it in my body. Today I stretched it out and did some core work to get back in the game and I feel so much better. It's amazing what a little bit of stretching can do. I have more energy and any discomfort I have had in my back has disappeared. I cannot stress enough that yoga is for everyone! We all have wants and dreams, but we also have responsibility. This is something I struggle with. I focus on all the things I want to do and put the things I need to do on the back burner. Balance: an even distribution of weight or the stability of ones mind and feelings. I strive for balance in my everyday life and that means finding a way to evenly distribute my time to my wants and needs, as well as, keeping a stable mind among the mix. Sometimes it can be hard, but that makes it all the more worth it to keep trying. Keep dreaming and doing what you want, but don't forget to drop some of the weight on your responsibilities that help you get closer to accomplishing your dreams. Flow through life. I am not incredibly skilled in the inversion area especially when it comes to floating. Finding your float will help you with strengthening your core and help you start pressing into handstands. You have to find one that works for you! Helpful tip: make sure that your feet stay together to give you that spring in your jump.
