All this freedom I had after escaping the concentration camp, escaping the law, I wanted to use up traveling the world with her. I would take her to every part of the world, open her world up like she opened mine from the confines of her classroom.
I would also build a home with her. She would make a lot of choices, of course. I wasn’t the most experienced in living in a home.
