This is for all you “stoners” who work hard everyday while being stoned. Who go about everyday activities, with a joint in hand. For all those people who judge “us” for smoking.. clearly have never smoked before. Just because you can drink alcohol in public, doesn’t make it safe. Laughing at all the drinkers who look at us smokers and say “do you really need to smoke everywhere you go?” Oh excuse me John, but did you just buy that beer while we are at the movies???

I met a homeless man and his BFF, Star, a pit bull mix, to say I was blown away with his "out of the box thinking", would be an understatement. . You see, he used a bandana, cut it into small pieces, and used garage bag ties to secure the pieces for her paws. . I looked down at Star and noticed her paws. . I knelt down on the ground to Star's level, waited for her to accept me petting her, when she did, I was able to check the ties. . They were not too tight that would inhibit blood flow. I looked up at him and said, "this is such a great idea to use a bandana" . He simply replied in the most humble answer, "I do not like to walk on the hot pavement, I am not going to have her do that. I can't afford the stuff in pet stores so I used a bandana I had." . Be still my heart! Brilliant, kind, compassionate, thoughtful and so much more in two sentence. . I think, no, I know, I just gained an incredible learning experience from him and Star. . OMG I just discovered this.. I am pretty sure I hear another podcaster talk about this but I think most of this when over my head! Then I just google #RBF to discover the definition in the "urban dictionary " when did that dictionary get made I am out of the loop! I so suffer from this #rbf and really I am not unhappy or mean or as intimidating as people make me out to be " just a girl who wants to love and be loved..
