I hate how every action or word that comes from me is blamed on my mental health. If I'm upset "oh it's your bpd" no it's not I'm a person not my illness and I have every right to emotions just like everyone else people seem to paint me with this brush full of negative behaviours, bpd, depression and anxiety. I have a name. My feelings are valid. I am a person! NOT my diagnosis😌 Wish people would fuck off, leave me alone and stop trying to mimic stuff it's literally a piss take 😖 One thing I've always been is real. I'm me! Coming from a place of depression and attempts of suicide its not a phase, its a war. And losing a friend thay went through suicide two months and eight days shit hurts. #RIPReginiece. And of my mother who deals with mental illness and have nervous breakdowns periodically which was due to postpartum depression and domestic abuse. Tbh I didn't find the song #TwoBirdsOneStone funny or cool. Not sorry at all. Hope people who have bigger platforms than I do create awareness and not crack jokes That's all.
