Ur so right about the neurodivergent thing with dream though and I'm glad someone said it

Honestly I realized it and my day got so much better.

Dreams not just some random kinda cringe but endearing dude. He does have ADHD, he has insanely bad anxiety, he's paranoid as all fuck and let's remember that he blew up at like 20 over the course of like a year or 2.

He's a very young neurodivergent man who does not mask and clearly did not intend to become so famous so quickly and didn't adjust fast enough for the Internet. Dream is the "kind of weird" autistic kind in school who everyone thinks is cringe, but he's really just a sweetheart who literally can't always control his special interests.

I have the same opinion in dnf, and how it's apparently bonkers to some people that some friendships are just that affectionate and that especially with neurodivergent people, we may show platonic love differently. Bro adores his friends, that's cool, the Internet is hella parasocial about it. I don't blame him for playing into it because it's not like saying no would shut them up, and he might as well profit.
