Eddie Vedder Fan Fic "TANGIBLE EXISTENCE" CHAPTER TWELVE

sorry its taken a few days!! I have rewritten this chapter like 3 different times I still dont know which way it is going I keep changing my mind. I do hope you enjoy it...I had to spice it up with some more drama and all that goodness!! I would love to read some feed back from you amazing readers of mine!!

CHAPTER TWELVE

 After breakfast they decide to go around the city, just to look around take some pictures and video, to document this part of the tour.  Livvie and Stone talked quickly through text messages while they drove around in a van they rented.

Stone: What should we do?

Liv: I don’t know Stone, I am confused and scared

Stone: I am too, I am so sorry Liv I knew it was wrong but I didn’t want to stop.

Liv: I didn’t either, that’s what scares me the most.

Stone: Well we have to figure out what to do love.

Liv: We will figure it out…until then we need to act normal like nothing happened otherwise they are going to figure out what happened.

Stone: I know, I agree… lets just act like nothing ever happened .

Liv: I love you Stoney

Stone: I love you too Livvie more than you know.

Stone thought he had put aside his feelings for her after she and Eddie got serious but it was apparent he really hadn’t, he knew he would have to forget what happened and let her move on with Eddie and he did his best to just smile and deal with seeing her happy with Eddie instead of him. Stone did what he could to stay out of their way during their outing for the day, Jeff saw the pain in stones face while he watched Eddie and Livvie together, taking pictures, holding hands, laughing together he knew what Stone and Livvie did was wrong but he couldn’t help but feel bad for his friend, I mean he was the one who knew Stone and Livvie the best, he knew that Stone has been in love with Livvie since they were teens,  Jeff didn’t like seeing anyone unhappy so he tried to keep Stone busy and distracted from Livvie while they were out site seeing.

“Babe I need to go back to the hotel I forgot my meds.” She tells Eddie while they are getting out of the van to go walk around and take a look at some shops.

“You didn’t grab your bag Olivia?” Eddie asks.

“I thought I did but, I grabbed the wrong one. It’s okay I can take a cab back so not everyone has to go.” She says to him, Stone stops seeing the look on her face.

“Whats wrong Livvie?” He asks walking over to her and Eddie.

“She forgot her medicine and now she wants to take a cab back to the hotel.”

“Yea I can take a cab so you guys don’t all have to go, I feel bad ruining your plans to go look around here. I will be fine okay, I can meet you guys somewhere.”

“You’re not going by yourself Livvie.” Stone says seriously.

“He’s right Olivia, you’re not taking a cab here in New York by yourself. I don’t trust people.” Eddie says to her and Stone looking around to see where the other guys were headed off to.

“I can take her Eddie, then you can stay with the guys.”

“You sure man? Babe is that okay if Stone goes with you?”

“Yea,…um..sure its fine. We will call you after we pick up my stuff and see where we can meet okay?” Eddie nods and gives her a kiss and hugs her tightly, he thanks Stone and he goes off with the guys. Stone hails them a cab and they head on back to the hotel to get Livvie her medication.

“You know Stone you could’ve let Eddie take me.” She says to him while they walk back to the room.

“He didn’t want to, you saw his face he wanted to stay. Plus I wanted to have you to myself…for a little while.” Stone says closing the door of her room behind them, Olivia turns to look at him and he pushes her up against the wall and he plants a kiss on her lips.

“Stoney no.” Livvie puts her hands on his chest and pushes him away from her a little bit.

“Livvie…”

“No Stone, we can’t do this, we just can’t. Didn’t we agree that we were going to forget all of that even happened?” She says going to sit down on the bed.

“I can’t forget it happened, it seemed so right at the time even though I knew in the back of my mind it was wrong…Livvie I love you…don’t you see that?”  Stone grabs the bag that she left behind and digs out her medications that she was supposed to take, she watches his every move. He brought her over the meds and a bottle of water.

“Yes I know you love me Stone but, I love Eddie.” She explains to him popping her pills into her mouth and taking a sip of water.

“You love me too, I know you do because if you didn’t that wouldn’t have happened.” He says looking at her seriously.

“Stoney babe we were drunk…that’s all.” She says trying to shake off her feelings that she felt, she sips some more water and looks away from Stone.

“That’s not all, you can’t even look at me Olivia, look at me…in the eyes and tell me you felt nothing?!?” He taps her on the shoulder trying to get her to turn around. Livvie sat there quietly for a moment not wanting to say anything or do anything. She turns to him and looks at him quickly.

“See nothing…it was just a mistake ok….” She spouts off quickly and gets up from the bed and walks away.

“You are the worst liar Olivia, see now you’re trying to run away I know you don’t mean what you say.” He knows shes getting nervous e.

“Yes I do mean what I say Stone.” He gets back up and stands in front of her, and then pushes her back onto the bed.

 “Then tell me you feel nothing when I do this.” She looks up at him and tries to push him off but he held her arm back down to the bed.

“Tell me to stop Olivia….tell me you don’t want me, and that this doesn’t feel right.” Stone grabs at the bottom of her shirt and lifts it up kissing her stomach, she feels his hot breath against her skin and she immediately starts moaning in pleasure and tangles her hands in his hair.

“Stone….oh my god.”  She whispers as he crawls up on top of her and looks her in the eyes, Livvie closes her eyes for a minute trying not to cry, shes so confused about everything right now. Stone was right…she didn’t want to push him away.

“I told you Olivia, look at me please.” Stone says softly, rubbing his hand on the side of her face, She opens her eyes slowly and looks up at him getting lost in his eyes she reaches up for him and pulls him in close to her and she kisses him.

“You feel nothing?...is this nothing Livvie?” He questions her again. She shakes her head No and Stone kisses her again. Letting his hands wander over her body like they did last night, Livvie tears his shirt off of him quickly and she pulls him in against her, her nails digging into his back while she kisses him passionately.

“Liv..”

“Do it, show me…I want to see if it is nothing…please Stone..I need you..” She says between the kisses on his lips. Stone kissed at her neck, and then back to her lips taking in the sweetness of her mouth. He couldn’t believe this was happening, but he wanted to show her that he knew there was something between them, he wanted to prove to her that he could make her feel the way he did. Stone reached down fumbling to get his jeans down and he pushed her skirt up. Livvie looked up into his eyes and she felt him between her legs, with one slow thrust that was it,  Stone slowly and gently pushed into her making her moan against his mouth he could still feel her finger nails clawing at his back.  His motions got quicker and their breathing got heavier, she closed her eyes, letting their body’s entangle feeling him was incredible just as the night before Stone brought her to the peak of pleasure over and over again, each time their bodies shook, he felt her tremble beneath him while she spoke his name. She felt when he reached his point as well, one quick motion and he collapsed on top of her breathing heavily his body shaking ever so slightly. He kissed her lips again softly a few times, looking at her beautiful face and long lashes fluttered as she opened her eyes looking at him. He smiled at her and kissed her nose.

“I love you for always Livvie…remember.”

“I know Stone… I know you love me and I love you too…I am sorry. I am so sorry…What are we going to do?”

“Well you have to decide what you want Olivia, I know you’re confused…” Stone gets up off of her slowly, and he lays next to her for a moment.

“I really don’t know what to do, I love you and I love him, both of you for two totally different reasons Stoney. I don’t want to hurt either one of you and this is killing me. Now look here I am sneaking around with you, FUCK! I am such a bitch,…look at this shitty fucking situation I put myself in…” Stone can hear that she is getting choked up so he stands up from the bed he pulls his jeans back on as well as his shirt. Livvie fixes herself and sits up slowly.

“What if Eddie finds out and freaks out and then he wants to leave the band? Then what!?! Everythings fucked! Because of me being a fucking dumbass!  I hate myself right now! IM SO STUPID STONE!!! Why did you let me do this!?!”

“You’re not stupid Livvie, you can’t help your feelings babe, ..I guess I didn’t think about Eddie wanting to leave the band if something happened. I was just to wrapped up in how I felt about you.  Looks like neither one of us thought about what it would do, maybe we both were being a little bit careless.” He said to her standing up in front of her.

“We can’t do this Stoney, we just can’t.” She flops back onto the bed staring up at the ceiling, Stone crawls back on top of her and looks into her eyes.

“But you love me and I love you too…”

“And I love Eddie too, I don’t know what I want right now Stone please don’t push me please I just need time. I don’t know what to think or what to feel don’t do this I am just getting confused.” She tries to sit back up on the bed, but again Stone keeps her down laying on top of her, waiting for her to give in to him.

“You know what you want, you want me Livvie….let me love you. Let me show you babe.” He tries kissing her again but she turns her head away quickly and pushes at him to get him off of her.  Stone sees the seriousness on her face and he gets up quickly.

“…Ok…Sorry, I should’ve realized you would never want me over Eddie. I should’ve realized that the day he came into our lives that I lost you. It was only obvious that he took my place,…Im sorry Liv I won’t do this again. “ Stone pulls back his long hair and puts his coat on and heads for the door.

“Stone Gossard!” She shouts at him sitting up from the bed, he stopped in his tracks and stood there. She knew he was hurt and she knew he was probably fighting back tears like she was, she got up and walked over to him she pulled him in for a hug and she held onto him tightly, he followed suit wrapping his arms around her and holds on like he is never going to see her again. Stone let his tears fall, he could hear her crying softly, he felt her warm tears wetting the front of his shirt.

“I love you Stone.” She repeated over and over again through her tears.

“Shh..it’s okay don’t cry I am sorry Livvie. I love you…always.” He kisses the top of her head holding her close, rubbing his hand on her back.

“Don’t let go, please.” She squeezes him tighter like shes hanging on for dear life. Stone picks her up in his arms and  goes to sit on the bed cradling her in his arms, she lays there close to him still letting her tears fall not knowing what to do about everything. 

LIVVIES POV.

I felt so comfortable in his arms, the smell of him brought back so many memories, hearing his voice was soothing. I know I felt comfortable with Eddie but there was this one difference, with Eddie it still felt new and exciting like experiencing love for the first time. With Stone it felt safe, like I was going back home to where I felt at ease and relaxed two different feelings, both felt so right but I know that I can’t do this to either of them it’s just not fair. My tears were soaking the front of his shirt, he didn’t mind, he kept rubbing my back his other hand messed with my hair, I felt him kissing the top of my head while he tried to calm me down.  I heard him then begin to hum something, then it brought me all the way back to my 17th birthday party  that we had at his house, it was a song that he wrote for me it was my gift from him to me, that day was so incredible. All of our friends were there, parents were all outside in the backyard hanging out all the kids were downstairs in the basement that was our hangout space, we had the vinyl playing everyone was having a great time. Stone came over to me and whispered into my ear to follow him, he grabbed my hand and pulled me behind him. He took me up to his room and sat me down on the chair he had in the corner of the room. The walls of the room were plastered in posters and vinyl sleeves from different bands he loved, he had guitars standing up against the wall and a few old amps.  I remember he sat down in front of me grabbing his guitar and he started playing and singing the song to me. It was shocking at first and then so touching no one had ever done anything like that for me. It was in that minute when I realized I loved him, he was always there for me,…he was my rock when I had nothing it was always him. I sat there listening to him sing his hair hanging down covering one side of his face,  he closed his eyes now and again I knew he meant every word he said.  Telling me he will always be there for me, through thick and thin he knows nothing will ever tear us apart or come between our friendship, when the song ended he smiled at me and told me Happy Birthday, then for the first time ever he kissed me. Stone walked up to me put his guitar to the side and placed a tiny kiss on my lips, both of our faces turning a light shade of red.  I thanked him for the amazing gift, and we went back downstairs to join our friends, Jeff teased us knowing what Stone did, the rest of the day I couldn’t stop thinking about that kiss,…but I was too scared to ask Stone about it so I let it go.  Until that night after everyone had left, Stone was in his room and I was in my room I had down the hall from him. I saw a shadow in the hallway and it stopped in front of my door, hearing a quiet tapping on the door I smiled knowing it was him.

“Come in Gossard.” I said quietly, he put his arm in first waving a box of cookies in the air and the other arm next he was holding a huge thermos with some plastic cups, then I heard him laugh a little

“I come in peace, I bring gifts!” He said walking in to my room, I laughed at his silly but yet thoughtful gesture. Stone sat down on the floor by my bed and I joined him. He poured us both some milk and we shared the box of cookies and sat there talking.

“So how was your birthday Livvie?” He asked dunking his cookie into the milk.

“Incredible, best day of my life so far I am so thankful to have you and Jeff and your families, you guys are too good to me. Thank you Stone for an amazing day. .. I lo….I umm,..well yea thanks.”

“You what?” He grinned.

“Nothing just thank you is all, I will never forget today.” I laughed at his face when he looked down and saw that he left his cookie too long in the cup of milk it had sunk to the bottom of the cup.

“Damnit I always do that! …and I love you too Livvie.” He winked at me making me smile and he kissed my cheek.

“You love me?” I questioned what he just said to me, I saw a gleam in his eye and a smile washed over his face again he shook his head yes and he planted yet another gentle kiss onto my lips.

“Yes I do,  I love you for always, I know I will.”… I let that last part replay in my mind over and over ….getting back to reality still feeling his arms cradled around me while I cried.

“Please don’t cry babe please…It will be okay I promise. I am sorry for everything.” Stone said to her.  Just then they both heard the room door open and Eddie came walking inside quickly.

“Livvie babe I am so so….” He stopped in his tracks when he saw Stone on their bed, Livvie in his arms hanging on to him.

“Ed?!” Stone looked a little shocked but he still was hanging on to her.

“What is going on here?” Eddie asked a little confused, Livvie lifted her head away from Stone’s chest and looked at Eddie with tear streaked cheeks and bloodshot eyes.

“Babe,…I thought you were staying with the guys?” She asks.

“Well I was but I realized I should’ve been the one to come with you, and I come in and see this. I knew something was going on, you were acting too weird last night. What the hell !?! “Eddie gets a bit of a harsh tone in his voice, Livvie jumps up from Stones grasp and stands beside the bed.

“Nothing is going on Eddie…” She says trying to stop crying.

“Yes there is something, you were acting so weird last night and this morning, both of you were. I am not fucking stupid!!” Eddie yells again towards her making her back up a little bit.

“I didn’t say you were stupid Eddie.” Livvie says quietly a little afraid of him right now, shes never seen him look so upset nor has he ever spoken to her that way before.

“I know something is going on with you two, now fucking tell me what’s up. I woke up this morning and you didn’t even want to look at me Olivia, and when I kissed you it was like you weren’t even there. …What are you thinking about Stone now?” Eddie asks sternly looking towards her. Olivia says nothing she just stands there afraid to talk, he turns to look at Stone.

“What, are you fucking around with my girlfriend Stone?” He asks getting closer to Stone looking like he was ready to punch him. Livvie sees Stone back up a little and she hurries to walk in between them.

“Don’t Eddie, he didn’t do anything!” She yells at him.

“Why are you defending him,  come on Stone tell me what the fuck is up?”  He yells again looking over at Stone.

“Baby…come on….” Livvie starts to say but Eddie cuts her off.

“Don’t baby me right now, are you fucking Stone now too?!?...is that it Olivia?” Eddie grabs her arms tighly looking at her, tears were still falling she shook her head no and tried pulling her arms away, he glared at her his face turning red with anger and he pushed her out of the way knocking her into the wall. Stone goes over to Livvy and helps her up and then gets back in Eddie’s face. Livvie backed into the corner of the room  cowering on the floor in a ball far away from Eddie and Stone.

“Fuck off man, your hurting her look shes fucking scared of you right now.”  Stone pushes him back and Eddie reaches back punching Stone straight in the face. Stone swings back hitting Eddie in the cheek.

“STOP IT PLEASE!!! JUST STOP!!”  Livvie starts screaming at the top of her lungs. Eddie and Stone stop and look over at her cowered in the corner tears filled in her eyes her face was red from crying so hard, neither one of them had ever seen Livvie that way before, they both snapped out of their rage and they go to help her up from the floor

“NO,…don’t touch me. Get away… just sit down both of you.” She says through her sobbing. “I cant fucking do this shit….I cant…I am sorry to the both of you…I don’t want you fighting. Please just quit.”

“I’m sorry, Livvie… Eddie I am sorry… but really there is nothing going on. She just needed someone to comfort her and I did, I let her cry that’s all she needed. Okay please don’t take anything out on her or hurt her, she really hasn’t done anything wrong.” Stone explains to Eddie, Livvie saw the look in his eyes and knew he was giving up on trying to have something between him and her, she saw the sadness but she knew he was doing it for her. Stone kept on talking trying to calm Eddie down and fix things so Olivia wasn’t the one to get hurt.

“She was upset man, shes stressed out she needs a break from things she needs time for herself and she didn’t know how to tell everyone she didn’t want to upset you or the rest of the guys. Livvie just needed to vent and let it out, so that’s what happened she was crying, I was here to hold her and let her cry…nothing more. She loves you man…she really does so  don’t do that to her.” Livvie  was doing her best to stop crying even through seeing how much pain it was causing Stone to be saying what he was saying to Eddie.

“I’m so sorry man,…I really am. Olivia babe…I am sorry too, please forgive me?” Eddie asked his voice softened and he had the look of worry on his face.

“It’s cool man, Just worry about her okay just take care of her she is the only thing that matters.”

“Can I ask you something…and please be honest.”Eddie says looking at Stone.

“Go ahead man” Stone says nervously

“Do you love her?”

“Of course I love Livvie all of us do.” Stone smiles

“No man, you know what I mean, do you LOVE her? There is just something between you two that I can’t seem to get by like you two have something binding you together and I don’t know what to feel about it.”

“Honestly?... Livvie was the first girl I ever loved, and they say you never forget your first love, So I guess in a way I will always love her. She is my bestfriend and has been since we were teens it has always been her and I,  yea there is a bond there its very strong, I worry about her, I care for her, I put her before myself and I probably always will.  The bond that we share is incredible but its nothing you need to feel threatened about, I know that she loves you and that you are what she needs and wants. I am here for her when she needs me that is all.” He finishes explaining to Eddie, Livvie sat there quietly. Eddie shook his head understanding what Stone was saying to him.

“You love him too Olivia,… I know you do. I mean I see how close you are, I guess I need to  understand that you both have that connection and I need to not let it bother me. I love you Olivia like I have never loved anyone in my life and I am so scared to lose you that is all.” Eddie explains to both of them while they all sat there.

“It’s alright Eddie, I understand.” She replied quietly

“You wont lose her man, treat her right, keep her close, let her love you…that’s all. “ Stone gets up and grabs Olivia helping her up, he wraps his arms around her tightly. “I love you for always, don’t cry…everything is fine.” He whispered to her he gave Ed a pat on the back and said goodbye to the both of them and left them to talk.  Livvie sat on one of the chair on the side of the room, Eddie came over and sat down by her both of them lighting up a cigarette.

“I am so sorry, I hope I didn’t really hurt you,  I was just scared Olivia.” He says to her, she doesn’t say anything she just sits there amongst the puffs of smoke filling in the air around them.  He reached over and grabbed her hand, holding it gently in his. She knows Stone did what he thought was best  for her, he thought she should stay with Eddie, she thought about having to tell Eddie what happened between her and Stone.

“Eddie..I..”

“I already know… I know Olivia. I am not stupid, I could feel it in the room… It’s okay.  He told me the truth, he told me to love you and to let you love me, which means he thinks we should be together and that’s all I want I want you, I haven’t lost you and that’s what matters.”

“No Eddie I have to tell you…” He looks at her seriously, she stared at him and saw his glossy tear filled blue eyes.

“I told you Liv, I already know. I know something happened, you were upset…you both probably did something you didn’t mean to do, and even if you did mean to do it, I have you still..your mine…that’s all that matters to me Olivia. Okay…please you don’t have to tell me anything else.” He says looking away for a moment taking another drag from his cigarette.

“How do you know…?”

“I could tell, the way you both were acting, I just know. I forgive you and I am sorry you were so upset that you felt too scared to come to me, I love you and I am always here for you.”

“I am sorry Eddie, I really do not know what I am doing, I just…”

“You need to think about things Olivia, I know he loves you probably just as much as I love you but he is too afraid to tell me.  I see the way he looks at you, I see the way he gets when you walk in to sound check or walk in to the studio while were recording. Hell he gets that weird grin on his face when you come home from the grocery store like you have been gone for years, Stone loves you, but the thing is I love you too, I would do anything for you. I just hope you can decide on what you want and that you make the right decision for yourself not because of what other people want.” Eddie puts his cigarette out and looks at her, she follows suit they both sit there quietly for a second.

“So what are you saying?”

“I am saying I will understand if you want time to think about stuff, no I wont say anything to anyone about all of this, we can act like everything is perfectly fine. Just all of this is up to you, okay. I love you and I want you to be happy.”

Livvie and Eddie sat there talking for a good few hours about everything, they both agreed that she would take a couple of days to figure everything out and in the meantime they would go along with everything normally to not cause a rift in the band with the guys fighting or anything like that. They stayed in the rest of the night ordered room service and just chilled in the room, Stone did the same in his room sat there thinking about things, working on some songs. The rest of the guys were out on the town enjoying their time in the city.

Eddie Vedder Fic (CHAPTER SEVEN) "Tangible Existence"

wooo this one took a bit outta me to write...hope you guys enjoy! And yes the name of the fic is now Tangible Existence.

    Chapter 7.

Eddie and Livvie had a seat at one of the small tables inside of the Starbucks and she was trying to figure out what to order.

“Mmm smell that deliciousness, love it!” Livvy says taking a deep breath in with her eyes closed enticing a giggle from Eddie, she lets out a long sigh and opens her eyes.

“Your laughing now, but just you wait you will witness my complete and utter obsession with Coffee. I have Starbucks AT LEAST …twice a day, not counting all the coffee I drink at home and at the rehearsal space.”

“Addicted are we Olivia?” Eddie raises and eyebrow with a smile

“Very much so, but hey now much rather be addicted to this goodness than some of the other bad things out there so…I think I am doing just fine.” She says eyeing the list of new drinks.

“Well I think your right about that, now…I haven’t had anything like this before, I mean I am lucky if I get a cup of crappy gas station coffee or whatever so you’re going to have to help me out what should I get?” Eddie asks her looking at the huge list of coffee and things, totally not his thing but he wasn’t going to complain he was with her and that’s all he cared about.

“Oh fun! New to Starbucks! Wooohoo! Hmm lets see, maybe you might like Iced coffee, but its getting cold outside so maybe a hot one would be okay,…oh gosh theres so many choices. Well…also you know you don’t have to get coffee, they have tea’s too or hot cocoa even.” She continues to ramble and looks up at Eddie who sat there grinning from ear to ear quietly.

“What?” she asks

“The way you’re talking, you sure you haven’t had enough coffee for today Olivia?” He says teasing her about her quick rambling.

“Oh shush Vedder!” She playfully taps him on the shoulder. “Now would you rather tea or coffee?”

“Probably tea to be honest, but surprise me you pick something out and I will try it!” He answers her handing her some money.

“Alright Vedder, I shall come back with something good I promise.” She gets up to leave but Eddie taps her on the side, she turns around and looks at him and he leans forward and points to his cheek. Liv smiles leaning over to give him a quick peck on the cheek, he grabs her for a second and turns his head quickly kissing her lips.

“You sly lil devil!... I shall return!” She says giggling when she walks away to go order their drinks. Eddie sat there watching her fidgeting around while she stood in line, she was messing with the bandages on her arm, he snickered and shook his head and then stared out the window for  a while watching the rain pour down, and the busy people walking by going about their evening, he wondered how he got to this place just a few months ago he was between jobs, staying here and there, not feeling like he really belonged anywhere and yet he’s been in this new city, with new people for only a few days and it already feels like home, everyone was so welcoming, the new friends and the city was definitely the change that he needed.

Livvy comes back over carrying 2 drinks carefully, and sets them down.

“Here we go Mr.Vedder, this is a Earl Grey Tea Latte. Nice n hot, I hope you like it.” She sits down across from him.

“Thanks Olivia, what did you get?” he takes a sip of the warm drink and is pleasantly surprised by the taste, it was actually pretty good.

“Caramel Macchiato, delicious. So how do you like it? You can be honest if you hate it …it’s okay haha.” Liv sips on her coffee looking at him intently.

“No actually I really do like it, it’s good. See I would’ve never even came in here or tried this if you hadn’t brought me here so thank you.”

“Your very welcome, the rest of our evening is going to be fun I promise” Liv lays her hand down on the table and Eddie lays his hand gently over her fingertips that were sticking out from the bandaged hand and arm.

“Of course it’s going to be fun, I am with you it can’t get any better than that.”

“Your sweet Vedder,…” Livvy sits quiet for a second looking around. “Can I tell you something Eddie? Hopefully it doesn’t sound weird.”

“Anything Olivia..anything go ahead.”

“Well just I feel like I know you already like, well like I’ve known you for a while already, and no I am not saying that like some sort of cheesy ass pick-up line it’s just the honest truth. I am very comfortable with you, I like being around you is all I am trying to say I guess.” Livvy spatters out nervously.

“That’s not weird, I feel the same way I usually don’t get close to people well not that close anyway. I keep my distance but I felt that too with you and with Jeff, I felt like he’s a brother I never had…its all really comforting to be here with you and with the guys I already can tell we are going to be friends for a long time.”

“I am glad you feel the same way then and yes Jeff is a great guy, he is like my older brother too always lookin out for me. And of course always teasing me and crap like that but I know its all outta love so I don’t take offense to any of it.”

“I am very thankful that I got the demo a few weeks ago otherwise I wouldn’t be here with you right now you know? Thank the stars above for music right?” Eddie says holding up his cup of tea as if to toast, Livvy follows suit both of them smiling before they take a sip. Eddie stares out the window again watching the rain start to come down even harder.

“I think if I was back home right now I would be surfing today, that was my life..music and surfing.” He says to her.

“Oh I didn’t know you liked to surf, will have to take you to North Cove some time, lots of surfing, in fact there is tons of good spots. I’m not very good but it’s still fun.”

“Olivia Marie Harris you just stole my heart, you sing…you can play music, you surf..and on top of all that your gorgeous. Is there anything else you plan throwing my way before I ask you to marry me?” He says half meaning what he said and half way joking….or was he?

“You will have to just wait and see Vedder, wait and see. Wow that rain is really coming down isn’t it, let’s go walk in the rain!” She says getting up, and putting her bag back on her shoulder.

“You sure? Don’t girls freak out about getting their hair messed up and crap like that?”

“I’m not like most girls Eddie…” She winks at him and he gets up and they take their coffee and tea with them and go out to walk around the shops downtown.  Eddie hooks his arm in hers while they walk around, wondering if people think they are a couple.  I suppose it wouldn’t be so bad if they were, but that will have to wait, he didn’t want to rush into anything he just wanted to enjoy his time with her.

“Ohh Eddie look! Vintage stuff lets go see if we can find anything funky. Maybe a cool new hat for Jeff!” She drags him behind her excited by a new shop that she spotted.

“Hello, nice to step in outta the rain. Let us know if you need help finding anything.” The woman behind the counter said giving Eddie a look over, and a wink. Eddie laughs to himself at the woman eyeing him.

“Thanks I am sure she will let you know.” Eddie says quickly as Livvy is still dragging him along.

“Come on Vedder, look look!!!” She says going to the back wall where she sees a display of different colored feather boas, crazy hats and sunglasses.

 She wraps a hot pink boa around her shoulder and puts some ridiculously huge sunglasses on her face and poses for him.

“What do you think of these?... I think they make me look fabulous” She says turning back around to check herself out in the mirror, obviously messing around and being silly which Eddie stood there enjoying every minute.

“Oh no wait wait….look at THESE!!” She turned back around and had on a pair of white heart shaped glasses that were covered in jewels.

“Ha-ha! Those are great!”

“Here put this on lets see….” Liv puts a large black hat on Eddie, and some crazy old vest that was covered in fringe.

“Oh my gosh Olivia I look crazy!” He says in between them both cracking up.

“Wait I’m not done,..” She turns around to find him some glasses, some rose colored round framed glasses and she puts them on him.

“There! Sexxaaaay …woohoooo!” She says backing up to take a few pictures of him with her phone, Eddie obliges and makes a few crazy faces for her.  They take turns dressing each other up an posing for pictures and actually do pick out a few things to buy, still laughing together as they got up to the counter to pay for everything.

“Did you find everything alright hun?” The woman says again giving Eddie a smile and bats her eyes at him.

“Uh yea,…right babe you found everything you needed?” Eddie asks looking at Livvy who stood there in shock that he called her that, she shook her head yes.

“Yeah my fiancé found everything she needs, you have a nice place here.” He says smiling at her watching the flirtatious grin on her face fade as she rang up their items, Livvy was trying not to laugh noticing now why he did that. Eddie paid for everything and she handed him the bag.

“Thanks Miss!” He winked at her and they left, Livvy smacked him in the arm when they got outside.

“Ouch! Hey!!”

“You are so mean Vedder, that poor girl was trying to hit on you and you made her think you were taken.”

“Well I most certainly am taken, I mean as far as I am concerned you’re the only person I am with, or want to be with right now so even though nothing is official and we don’t need to rush things lets just say I am damn sure I will be calling you my girlfriend one of these days.” He says very sure of himself.

“Oh really now?” She raises an eyebrow and he looks at her and shakes his head yes.

“Well we shall see about that Eddie, but let me say your prediction sounds quite promising.”

“Let the chips fall where they may m’lady. Now where to next?” He asks grabbing the bag of stuff to carry and lacing his fingers in hers.

“Record store down there a few shops down, check out some vinyl?”

“Don’t have to ask me twice, music…hell yes!!” They walk hand in hand through the rain down to the record store. Walking in the store was pretty busy, there must’ve been an event going on or something, Livvy went over to the counter, dragging Eddie behind her.

“Come on…follow me.” She walks behind the counter through some double doors.

“Olivia where are we going?..we cant be back here.”

“Trust me we can be back here,…I used to work here, this place is like my 2nd home, these peeps are family.” She leads him into a back room where some people were hanging out listening to some music.

“Holy shit look who it is…LIVVY…and whos the hunk?” A girl with blond spikey hair asked walking over to her giving Olivia a hug.

“Calyx this is Eddie, Eddie this is one of my best friends Calyx.” Eddie shakes her hand and gives a warming smile.

“Nice to meet you Calyx.”

“This is the new vocalist for the band…you know that Stone was telling you about?” Calyx nods and welcomes Eddie to the music family and introduces him to the rest of the peeps who were back there.

“Oh Stoney, how is that sexy man doing?” She says laughing.

“Stone is…well he’s Stone. One of these days I am gonna tell him that you think hes sexy and you two will get married and have little Stone juniors running around.” Eddie laughs at the thought and Calyx does to.

“Oh whatever Liv! That won’t happen, anyway…are you guys signed up for the battle of the bands at the end of the month?” She asks Eddie.

“I don’t think so, maybe I should ask Stone though before I open my mouth.” Eddie replies to her, Livvy wanders off for a moment letting Eddie get acquainted with their friend.

“Well here just in case your not, give this to Stone. You guys need to fill all of it out and have it back by the end of this week in order to be put on the list.” She hands Eddie a packet of papers.

“Thanks I will give it to him tonight.” Eddie looks over and sees Olivia wandering around chatting with everyone.

“So how long have you been here?” Calyx asks him.

“Just a few days now, but I am settling in quite well.” He says not turning an eye from Olivia.

“Just a few days huh? And your already sweet on Olivia?... she has her charm doesn’t she?” Calyx nudges Eddie breaking him from his stare.

“Yea, she’s amazing….”

“I can second that, she is a beautiful soul, so caring, nurturing she is the nicest person I think anyone could ever meet. She would give you the shirt off her back if you needed, that’s our Livvy. Well man, I gotta get back to work. It was nice meeting you, I look forward to seeing you again soon, make sure to get that paperwork done. We would all love to see you guys perform!”

“Thanks again it was nice meeting you as well.” Calyx gives Eddie a quick hug and then goes and says bye to Olivia.

“Look what I got, The who, Zeppelin, the doors, the ramones…all on vinyl baby! I forgot I had Calyx hold them for me”

“Sweet! We can listen to em when we get home.”

“Yep! Lets go look around some more, Ive already paid for these.” Eddie follows her back out to the main part of the store. When she walks around the corner someone was coming out of the stock room and the door swung open and ran right into her arm that was bandaged and it knocked her backwards.

“AH FUCK!” Livvy shouted loudly falling to the ground, hunched over grasping at her arm.

“OMG I am so sorry!” The guy says

Eddie bends down to help her, “It’s okay I got her.” He says to the guy and shoos him away.

“Olivia? Are you alright?” He asks kneeling down beside her. She shakes her head no still clutching onto her arm.

“Let me see it…move your hand.” Eddie moves her hand away and sees the bandages starting to soak with blood.

“FUCK, come on baby lets go, I am taking you home.” Eddie grabs all of their stuff and slings it all onto one arm and he picks her up like a baby and carry’s her to the front of the store, where Calyx was.

“Can she sit here for a few minutes while I go get the car, I need to take her home now.”

“Is she okay? Livvy what happened?”

“She burnt her arm and had really bad earlier and had to go to the hospital but she just got knocked into on accident and I think it irritated the burns because now shes bleeding. I don’t want her to get soaked from the rain even more.” Eddie explains to her.

“Well yes of course go ahead and bring the car, I will tell the guy outside you have clearance to park in front of the store for a minute.”  Eddie runs back up to the car carrying everything and brings it around, worrying about her and feeling bad at the same time.

“Thanks Calyx, again it was nice to meet you.”

“You too Eddie, take care of her now.” Calyx waves at him and watches Eddie carry  a crying Olivia out and puts her into the car.

“Eddie..it hurts so bad!!” She says crying watching the bandages soak up. Eddie takes off his flannel shirt and wraps it around her arm trying to soak up more of the blood.

“I know babe…I know I am so sorry, here hold that on there. I think you need to go back to the hospital. Just hold on okay.”

“No hospital Eddie, please just take me home, you can wrap me back up.” She begs him looking up at at him her green eyes were full of tears.

“Olivia its bleeding like crazy, what if something else is wrong come on I am taking you to the hospital.” Eddie drives a little faster than he probably should have but he got them there alright and he carried her into the ER, she didn’t know why he was carrying her around..her arm was hurt it wasn’t like she couldn’t walk ..but she didn’t complain either. Eddie explains to the nurses there what happens and they take her into a room and let the doctor examine her.

“Well Olivia, that door knocking into you completely pulled off what was left of that layer of skin so now your arm is pretty much raw, We are going to bandage you back up with something different this time, and your going to get some stronger pain meds because this will be very tender for a while. Be very very careful.”

“I will make sure she is careful, is this going to take longer to heal now?” Eddie asks him curious about what he needs to do to help her.

“Yes it will, she will also need to return here in a few days to the wound care clinic so they can check on the wound and see how its healing. We will show you how to bandage and everything.”

Eddie and Olivia are in the hospital for about an hour before they get to go home, on the ride home Olivia asks Eddie to not say anything about the accident to anyone she didn’t want a fuss made over her, so he agreed. They picked up her new prescription and went home. Eddie carried in her bags for her, when they got inside no one was home, but there was a note on the table for the both of them:

            Livvy & Eddie,

 We went down to the Ports for a few drinks and to hang out with the guys. Your welcome to join us if you like, if not that is fine too. There’s food and stuff to make if you haven’t had dinner already. Jeff and I went grocery shopping ….and YES Livvy…I got you more Coffee! Ha-Ha!

“You didn’t want to go out did you?” He asks her.

“No, I am hurting too much and plus it will be nice just us.” Eddie smiles handing her a pain pill and a glass of water.

“Take this, go lay on the couch. I will put on some music and find something to make us for dinner.” He kisses her cheek, she does exactly what he says.

Eddie puts on the Vinyls that they got today at the store and he fumbles around in the kitchen.  Olivia lay on the couch sometimes peering over at him, listening to him sing along with the record player, amongst the noises of him preparing dinner. Once she sees that he is lost in his own lil world cooking and everything she gets up quietly and walks into the kitchen coming up behind him where he stood at the sink rinsing his hands off. She slides her arm around him slowly pressing herself against him.

“Olivia…what are you doing?” he asks turning to her, drying his hands quickly then he picks her up and puts her on the counter to sit. She grabs him again and pulls him close gripping onto the front of his old t-shirt. He see’s a curl fall from her messy bun she had piled up on the top of her head, brushing the hair back from her face she looks into his eyes intently and inches her face close to his. She looks down getting a little bit nervous, biting down on her bottom lip, not sure if she should kiss him or not.  Eddie runs his hand on the side of her cheek, looking back at her, he softly presses his lips to hers, the warmth of his breath against her lips sent a chill down her spine. She felt his lips part slowly against hers and she followed suit feeling the smoothness of his tongue gently against hers as he stood there kissing her, waves of emotion filling her head, making her spin. Eddie was trying not to rush things,..he didn’t want her to get the wrong idea like he was trying to use her or something but…this time it was different. He couldn’t help it with her, he didn’t feel like it was rushing, he needed her…he wanted her and she the same.

Eddie turned the dinner off that had just finished in the oven, and looked at her knowing both of them weren’t ready to eat dinner just yet. He grabbed her and carried her to his room and lay her gently on the bed. She was quiet, but never took her eyes off of him. Eddie peeled his shirt off of him and threw it to the floor and he crawled onto the bed next to her looking down at her beautiful face.  She grabbed his hand and brought it to her stomach, placing it underneath her shirt, guiding him to touch her where she wanted. Eddie followed…letting his fingers feel her smooth skin, he gently unbuttoned her shirt and took it off of her carefully. He smoothed his hands over her chest slowly and carefully, hearing a sigh escape her lips, seeing her eyes close he leaned in and placed warm soft kisses on her neck and traced along her collar bone. She moaned quietly tangling her hand in his hair.

Eddies hands wandered slowly and carefully all over her body, followed by intimate gentle kisses. He undressed her the rest of the way as well as himself, being careful of her arm, he placed himself gently above her, covering them with a sheet.  The whole time neither of them uttered a word, they were just focusing on each other and how they felt in that moment. She took a deep breath in and closed her eyes again when she felt Eddies hand slip between her legs. He continued to kiss her neck, her chest and her lips alternating between the three, feeling her moan against  his mouth drove him crazy, they lay there together their body’s entangling in love and raw emotion. His ever touch and every kiss sent her into a frenzy, the smell of her skin and the taste of her sweetness made him want nothing more than to be there with her at that very moment. For them there was nothing wrong in the world for all that existed was only them two.

Eddie Vedder/Stone Gossard Fan Fic (CHAPTER 2)

CHAPTER 2

still trying to come up with a name for the new fic! ....hope you enjoy this short update.

Liv returns later in the evening after going to pick up some groceries for the house in which she shares with Stone and Jeff.  She kicks at the double doors to the rehearsal space with her feet because her hands are full. Jeff runs over to open the doors and sees Liv standing there with pizza’s in hand hiding her face from him. Grocery bags full of goodies and junk food hung from her arms.

“Jeez Liv let me help you.” Jeff grabs the bags from her.

“Grubs on boys, come n get it!” She says walking in to set the pizzas down on the table at the side of the room, then she goes to head back outside to her car.

“Where are you going now Livvy?” Stone asks as him and the guys dig in to the dinner she brought them.

“There’s still drinks and stuff in the backseat I will be right back, go ahead and eat.”  

“Let me help you.” Eddie chases after her to help her carry the rest of the stuff back inside. Stone watches him carefully staring out the door at the both of them.

“You didn’t have to come out here Eddie I can manage, you should be in there eating with the guys.” She says digging around in the backseat.

“It is fine, you bought us dinner and everything, at least I can help you carry things inside. Here let me get that.” He grabs the rest of the bags smiling at her and they go back inside.

“Thank you Livvy, for dinner!”  The guys say as they munch on pizza and rummage through the bags of junk food.

“Oh yeah! SCORE! See I knew you loved me…got my fave candy SKITTLES!!!” Mike says pouring a handful of candy into his mouth, Liv snickered at him knowing all too well that Mike loved his candy.

“Welcome guys, oh here Eddie I got ya two packs just in case.” She hands him the packs of cigarettes that she got him.  “Thank you Liv, for the smokes and for dinner. Next time you will have to let me tag along so I can see where these places are at, being the new guy here I am kinda still trying to find my way around.” Eddie asks putting his hand on her shoulder looking at her, noticing her bright green eyes. She shook her head yes, again her face turning a light shade of red, she turns around to hide her face from Stone whom is carefully eyeing the both of them. Pretending to mess around on her phone Liv sits down in the corner of the couch. Eddie sits down on the other side of the sofa,  looking over at her ever so often, Stone goes and sits in between the two of them scooting a little closer to her, she shifts on the couch so her back is against the arm  and she drapes her legs over Stones, snickering a bit, she knew very well that once Stone was done eating he would be ready to get back to work . By her actions Stone knew that she was trying to tell him she didn’t want him to move or to get up and rehearse some more, Stone was used to giving in to her most of the time.

“Fine, We can just chill Livvy it’s all good.” He says to her quietly, looking at the smile that washed over her face after he said that. She leaned over and kissed Stone’s cheek softly and whispered in his ear, “Thank you Stone, you’re the best.” She says looking over at Eddie who had a puzzled look on his face, didn’t Stone say they were just friends? Maybe he misunderstood what he said, maybe Stone and Liv were a couple he wasn’t sure.

“Uh oh, rehearsal must be over for the night then, the love birds are cuddling.” Jeff says teasing Stone.  Stone throws an empty water bottle in Jeff’s direction, missing him and it hits Dave.

“Hey now watch it Stone,..I didn’t say it!” Dave laughs at him.

“Sorry man bad aim, we aint love birds man, don’t be jealous.” Stone jabs at Jeff the rest of the guys laugh.

“Hey, I’d be jealous too man.” Eddie says quietly to Jeff nudging him in the side, while he looks over to Stone and Liv on the couch, She was messing with Stones hair while he took over playing a game on her phone.

Everyone finishes eating, Jeff and Eddie head outside for another smoke, Mike and Dave are playing another game of cards, Stone and Liv are in their own little world sitting on the couch.

                Outside Jeff and Eddie have a seat on two old fold out chairs that sat underneath the canopy, the night sky was crawling in.  Both of them lit a cigarette and started to chit chat.

“We are so glad to finally have you here man, everything is workin out for the best so far.” Jeff compliments Eddie.

“Thanks man, It’s nice to be somewhere different, like starting a new chapter. No bullshit, just music man.” Eddie stared upwards towards the sky watching the moon appear brighter.

“Did you already find a place?”

“No not yet, I was just gonna stay at a motel or something for a few weeks until I can get an apartment. It’s all good.” Eddie says letting a puff of smoke escape his lips.

“Oh no dude! Why don’t you just stay with Stone, Liv and I at our house? We have an extra room.” Jeff suggest to his new friend in which whom he already felt a strong connection to almost like they were long lost brothers or something.

“Are you sure Stone and Liv won’t mind that?”

“I am sure it won’t be a problem, plus half the time Stone and Liv are  out doing their own thing if we aren’t here rehearsing so…it will be fine man.”

“Cool then, I suppose that will be alright until I can find a place. Thanks man, but can I ask you a question?” Eddie looks at Jeff whos face was harder to make out due to the sun going down, a small red glow from the tip of Jeff’s cigarette was all he could really see.

“Shoot!”

“How long have Stone and Liv been together for?” Jeff chuckles to himself for a minute and then puts out his cigarette.

“Stone and Liv aren’t a couple, they are just best friends we just like to tease them because most of the time they do act like they are together but if you bring it up both of them get defensive, especially Stone.”

“Oh I see, so I take it Stone has feelings for her then?”

“Yea I think he does but he won’t admit it, Why do you ask?”

“I was just curious is all.”

“You like Liv don’t you? She’s pretty damn gorgeous isn’t she?” Jeff teased, playfully punching Eddie in the side of the arm.

“Yea she’s beautiful, but I am not one to come in between other people so I will just see what happens with those two. Please don’t tell Stone or Liv though that I said that, hell I don’t wanna get kicked from the band I just joined.” He laughed

“Not a problem man, it’s just between us.”

Jeff and Eddie sit outside for a while, havin’ a laugh and getting to know each other a little bit better, before they head back inside.   Liv had fallen asleep on the couch snuggled up next to Stone, Jeff let Stone know that he had invited Eddie to stay with them for a while, Stone agreed it was fine and they all decided that it was probably time to call it a night and they would meet up tomorrow for rehearsal again.  Mike and Dave headed to their apartment , Jeff takes Eddie to their place and Stone stays behind with Liv for a while.

“Wow you guys have a nice place.” Eddie says looking around their house, Jeff helped him carry is bags inside and showed him to his room.

“Yea its pretty cool, Stone inherited this place it used to be his uncles. Here is your room, there should be clean towels and everything already in your bathroom. The laundry room is down the hall to the left,  nothing is off limits, make yourself at home man.” Jeff says patting Ed on the back before he leaves letting him settle in to his new surroundings.       

                EDDIES POV

I put my bags onto the bed looking around the nicely decorated room that I would now call mine. Rummaging through my things before I started putting stuff away, I couldn’t get Olivia out of my head, I don’t know why I mean hell I just met this girl but all I wanted to do was to see her again, to get to talk to her. I knew very well that Stone wouldn’t be thrilled about my excitement for hanging out with her, I saw the way he looked at me when he caught me eyeing her, I don’t want to start a fight between us but there is something about her that I am drawn to.  Oh well I suppose, I didn’t come here to find a girlfriend I came here to start a band, I came here to chase my love of music and that’s exactly what I am going to do.  I finished putting my stuff away and decided to walk around and check out the house, I heard Jeff in the living room listening to music. This really was a nice place, I wandered down the hall checking out all the photos that adorned the wall, pictures of Jeff, stone and Liv, I could tell they all were very close,  I almost felt jealous of the friendship they had, I never really had many friends and the ones I did have growing up I never got too close to, I never really let anyone get close to me some sort of protection I guess.  I hope I can become good friends with everyone here, I already feel close to Jeff, he’s a good guy we seem to have plenty in common which is refreshing for me being in a new place.

Eddie Vedder/Stone Gossard Fic (NEW) (CHAPTER ONE)

This is still pretty new, I haven't a name for the fiction yet but...enjoy!

“The new guy who sent us the demo tape should be here soon, I can’t wait to sit down and get things going. Wait until you hear is voice Liv, hes fucking amazing!”  Stone says to his friend of over  ten years as he leans one of his guitars up against the wall of their makeshift rehearsal space.  Olivia, was a two years younger than stone, he always took pride in being the one to look out for her especially around the other guys.  Olivia was short, she stood a little over 5 feet tall, with ivory skin, jet black curls that hung down to her waist and piercing green eyes.   She enjoyed hangin out with the guys, playing guitar or just listening to music, this time was no exception she was ready to see the new band come about.

“What’s his name Stone? I’m not gonna call him ‘new guy’” She teases him sittin down on the tatty old sofa watching Jeff, Mike and Dave mess around playing some card game while they waiting for the new arrival.

“Oh duh! His name is Ed.”

“Or you can call me Eddie.” A voice said from the side door of the room, everyone looked over and saw him standing there. A young guy not too tall, light brown curls hung down covering part of his face.

“Hey Eddie, I’m stone nice to finally meet you.” Stone walked over to him giving him a pat on the shoulder inviting him in, and introducing him to the rest of the band.

“And who is this?” Eddie asks walking over to Liv, she sat on the couch carefully looking the new guy over.

“This is my best friend Olivia.” Stone says sitting next to her on the couch, she sticks her hand out to shake Eddies.

“You can call me Liv, it’s nice to meet you Eddie” She smiles at him

 “Likewise” Eddie smiles back brushing some of the hair from his eyes and he shakes her hand.

“Wanna have a seat?” Dave asks him motioning to an empty chair

“We sittin, or we playin?” Eddie asked grinning. The guys took the hint and they got right to it. Liv sat around for a while listening to them play and sort out new songs, she definitely was impressed with Eddie, his voice could go from a growl to a soothing tender tone, both sounded incredible.  In the midst of the rehearsal’s  Liv would catch Eddies eye and he would shoot a smile her way, nervously liv would look away as if to not notice him looking at her. What was he doing? She just met this guy not more than  an hour ago but he seemed so interesting, mysterious in a way that was drawing Liv in.

  A couple hours passed and the guys decided to take a quick break for a smoke and to get some drinks. Eddie headed out the open double doors and leaned against the brick wall, he pulled out and lit a smoke carefully running his other hand through his messy curls. Liv sat on the couch peering out the door, intrigued a bit by this new guy she wanted to get to know better.  Stone came over and plopped down next to her, breaking her from her gaze outside.

“What do you think of him Liv?” Stone asks her taking a sip from his bottle of water.

“He’s alright I guess” Liv shrugs her shoulders trying to hide her interest in Eddie.

“You guess? Are you alright Olivia? You know it’s me you’re talking to…Stone! You know the guy whom you have known for over ten years now…remember? I know when something’s up so lets have it!” Stone says looking at her.

“Okay, his voice is pretty damn good. And YES, I know who I am talking to Stone. I am fine really, nothing is wrong. A little out of it I guess, I am a little tired and I am hungry.” Liv tries to come up with any excuse for the moment.

“I am hungry too, but food is going to have to wait until later, and nice try Liv but I know that’s not what’s wrong. Maybe you will decide to tell me later, and no I won’t forget about it so you decide when the time is right.” Stone puts his hand over hers and gives her a quick kiss on the forehead.

“Stone, I promise I am fine. How about I go and let yall rehearse, I will bring something back for yall to eat okay?” Liv says standing up to leave.

“Alright then Liv, be careful driving…” 

“And..’don’t forget to wear my seatbelt’….I know Stone I know! You worry about me too much sometimes I swear it!” She teases giving him a hug and goes out passed Eddie who was just putting out his cigarette. She tries to walk by quickly without having to stop to chat.

“Leaving already Liv?” She hears him, and turns to face him before getting to her car.  Nervously messing with her hair and fumbling for her keys in her purse.

“Uh, yea well sorta…I mean…umm…” She stutters, Eddie laughs a little and walks up to her.

“You’re sort of leaving?” He jokes with her noticing the flush of redness over her cheeks.

“Well no I am leaving but I will be back, I am just going to get ya guys some food is all. Is there anything you prefer?” She asks trying to calm her nerves finally finding her keys at the very bottom  of the bag. “There you are you little bastards…”She mumbles to herself , again making Eddie laugh.

“I am not picky anything is fine” he says grabbing the keys from her, Eddie unlocks her car door and opens it for her.  She smiles and gets in the car, he hands her the keys and she turns it on rolling down the side window letting Eddie shut the door.

“Thanks , I will be back later. Have a good time rehearsing.” She says getting ready to drive away, Eddie waves and goes to walk away but turns back quickly.

“Hey Liv, wait! Here…” Eddie digs into his back pocket pulling out some money to give to her.

“Here is for the food, and do you think you can pick me up some smokes that was my last one. I was going to get some on my way here but I didn’t want to get here late.”  He gives her a big smile and she gets lost in his greyish blue eyes for a moment.

“Of course I can, but keep your money it is alright.” Eddie grabs her hand and places the money in her hand.  His touch sending chills over her body, she tried to hide it and quickly pulled her hand from his with a grin.

“Keep the money just in case you need it.” Eddie winks at her and walks back to the double doors, Liv sat there smiling watching him walk away when he got inside she noticed Stone standing there watching everything. The smile on her face faded and she sat up showing Stone the money Eddie gave her and then puts it into her purse. Stone gestures to her that he’s got his eye on her and Eddie, she gives him a slight smile and a little wave before she drives off.
