working during summer wasn't your ideal way to enjoy the warm days and freedom from school work, unfortunately the city library needed help and you needed all the extra crap possible to make your resume look nice, full and interesting for colleges, so you'd spend three afternoons a week helping nerdy teens and old ladies find the books they wanted, register it as they borrowed it and more recently, read to a group of children once a week.

it wasn't the worst job, it could be quite fun... but it was mostly just silence, quietness and a bit of boredom, you enjoyed having access to that many books, but even you got tired of reading after a while, so when the most beautiful guy you've ever seen waited for you to notice him, you were busy laughing at your phone like an idiot.

and he could've faked a cough or anything of the sort to call you out, but instead he decided to simply lean down and insert his head in between your face and your phone, looking directly at you as he did so and making you screech from the scare. "oh my god, what're you doing?"

"getting your lazy ass back to work, apparently." he's nonchalant, his smirk makes him annoyingly handsome, and you'd remember those eyes and those curls anywhere.

isaac lahey, a year older than you, blue eyes, golden curly locks, greek god possibly. you blinked quickly and shook your head, so nervous you couldn't even think of a comeback to his sneaky comment. "so-sorry, do you need help?"

"need a book."

"good, we have some of those here, yes." you found your breach to tease him and you took it without even thinking, trying not to panic as the words left your mouth. isaac enjoyed it though, laughing and nodding along.

"sure, yeah, sorry. werewolves, uh, the less... fictional the better." you're about the laugh it off, yeah right. but he was completely serious, if only a bit concerned about having to ask for those.

you nodded and thought for a minute, putting up key words on the system to see if you could find anything. "we have some really old ones in our more special section, but they can't leave the building. also i wouldn't call them non fictional... i mean, werewolves right?" you shrug, chuckling lightly and he's oh, extremely amused, genuine laughing and you're not sure why. "but uh... they're quite old and kinda damaged, so we don't really know what the purpose of it was."

you take him to the back of the library and shows him the two books you mentioned, they are big, old and dusty and isaac has the time of his laughing laughing at how much you were sneezing back there. "glad you're having fun, but lower your voice, funny boy." you whisper shaking your head disapprovingly, but your smile was too difficult to hide.

you go back to the reception after telling him the library rules again, thinking that would probably be it; but it wasn't.

he took the books to where you were working, taking the closest table to you. he would spend minutes on end just reading, looking beautifully focused, but then he would glance at you and catch you staring at him, isaac would then smile, tell you to go back to work as you told him to keep his voice down.

it was the most fun you had since the summer started.

isaac went back to the library every day after that, shamelessly leaving if you weren't working until he memorized the days you would be there. he truly wasn't much of a library guy, but he enjoyed spending time with you there. it was quiet, much quieter than his mind and his life, but still, it wasn't boring, at least not for him.

after the first week the books didn't matter, not giving him much more information for what he was going through, making you blush though, that mattered a lot and he noticed he was quite good at it.

he was getting used to having girls looking at him more, but something in you stood out. he figured out soon it was simply the fact you've been secretly glancing at him even before he changed. turned.

you would make comments as he walked you home after your shift ended, and he knew you didn't even notice how endearing it was or how much of a tell it was, so not a bike guy anymore? or you gained some weight, right? like, not in a bad way, not that gaining weight is bad, you're just... stronger now.

isaac felt connected to you somehow because of that, you had no idea of what he was, or how bad his life was before, but still, you liked him even then, even when he was broken and you didn't even know him. knowing someone paid some attention to him back then gives him conflicted feelings, but most of them are good. warm. tender.

you make him feel soft. and normal. and wanted. and he knows he could've made his move on you much sooner, but oh, he enjoyed the pining, the blushing, the way you bit your lower lip and tucked your hair behind your ear whenever he complimented you. he enjoyed the teasing too much.

after he kissed your lips for the first time though, he figured out what he enjoyed more than the teasing.

being a werewolf in a freak city meant he didn't always have the amount of time he wished he had to spend with you. but that summer, all the time he had at his dispose was spent with you. calling you, texting you, working with you.

he would take you to late night movies, bowling and ice cream, so terribly charming even when he awkwardly ended up meeting your mom after sneaking in and cuddling with you all night, she adored him. gave him a pass to sleep over as long as he didn't sneak in and the door to your room was always open.

you both followed the rules strictly, but your mom wasn't a light sleeper, so what started with you guiding his hand down your pants ended up with him taking your virginity. slowly, quietly, tenderly. he locked eyes with you and didn't glance away for one second that night. told you words that were probably too soon to be said.

the three words left your lips like a secret, matching his.

things changed when summer ended, school coming at you in full speed.

and maybe it was your fault, with all ap classes, extracurricular, volunteer works you put yourself through, or maybe it was the naivety of not asking what you two were, of not labeling what you both shared before the outside world came into play.

or maybe it was isaac's fault, and the way his outspoken personality sometimes served as a shield to his secretive actions. whatever it really was, you would barely see each other at school, each with your own little friend group, different classes, you were lucky to catch him in the hallways, where he would smile at you and touch your hand lightly as if you two were a secret.

were you? not exactly, but isaac wanted to keep you away from the mess, away from the killing, the blood, the fear. he didn't want to taint what you both had, so the more you didn't have time, the more he got away from you, slipped from your fingers.

and before you could even fight it, try anything to keep him, there was allison.

laughing with him, touching his arms, knowing things about him you would never dream about, you could see it, even from afar, the eyes of two people who connected.

confidants.

it broke you. but you couldn't do anything about it, you felt like it was your fault, as if your oh so busy academic life pushed him away. you let him go, no more texts, no more looking for a glance and a soft touch pass the hallways.

for weeks it was almost like it never happened, like your life was ever the same, like it didn't change past summer. of course you would go through the texts you shared from time to time, shed a few tears and pretend to get over it. and it worked.

until he was at your door sobbing. bloody. completely lost.

allison was dead. and nothing would ever be the same again.

My Ever-so changing opinions : TV show version

I will go from the two most controversial (in my opinion) to going over one by one.

You love but everyone hates : Riverdale, it's more wattpad then the actual wattpad movies ya know??? Do I take the series seriously? No. Do I like it as a series for its storytelling, characters? Not even a bit. Do I find it so entertaining because it's like it's written by a suger high seven year old who just loves sex? Yeah. It's like being high without the weed. The story is shit, the characters are shit but when you off all your brain cells and just watch. It becomes my favorite wattpad comedy.

You hate but everyone loves : Big bang theory, I have the opposite feeling with this one. I love the characters, they are iconic but I can't help but take them seriously ya know? The show is for nerds but it makes fun of nerds. It's dated in some areas and honestly ever romantic relationship except Amy and Sheldon made me very uncomfortable. But even so, I genuinely likes the characters so much so that Young Sheldon is in my top 10 TV shows.

Favorite TV show : Heartstopper, my heart stoped watching this. I am a simple bi girl who was SO DAMN happy with Nick. I am a simple girl, who loves Charlie's story. I am a simple girl who compared my bff with Teo. I am a simple girl who may or may not have a mini crush on Ellie--- you get my point.

Favorite protagonist : Fiona from shameless, I like her. She is like very comforting and loving but bites and is just tired you know? Like she was one of the first protagonists to make me cry. Shameless is pretty much a series that has many main character's but Fiona is the center head of the story in my opinion.

Favorite Deuteragonist : stiles stilinski from Teen Wolf, I am a very simple girl.

Favorite Antagonist : Void stiles from Teen Wolf, a very very simple girl.

Best story : Anne with an E, whenever I see someone talking about this series they mainly focus on the romance which is pretty good but the characters, their stories and the messages are genuinely great. I like almost everything about this story. That being said, I am still watching it, I am a slow watcher give me a break but from what I see, This is worth the watch.

Favorite Intro : Got a secret. Can you keep it swear on this one you'll save~ better lock it in your pocket, taking this one to the grave~ *nostalgia rushing in me.

Have not watched but want to : Young royals, I have heard it's good. The cast seems intriguing but I just didn't have the time :-(

Best cinematography : Stranger Things season 3.

Favorite ending : Heartstopper season 3.

Favorite season : Teen wolf season 3B.

Favorite pilot episode : Pretty little liars, the first episode brought in so much intrigue and levels of mystery that me who watched it after it's downfall was hooked. Even though I knew it would lead to shitty reveals, it is still very well done.

Favorite episode : Big time rush, last episode. It made me smile.

Would like to watch again : Hannah Montana, I miss my childhood.

Would never watch again : Riverdale, do I find it funny? Yeah. Will I watch it again? Nope.

Favorite plot twist : Young Sheldon, George senior not actually cheating on Mary and it being just Mary cosplaying. They did it very well and made it believable to why Sheldon as an adult would still believe that George cheated while maintaining that the man was a loving father and husband. It also hit hard after his death.

Should have more attention : Anne with an E. And also heartstoppers but it already does thankfully.

My Thoughts On Teen Wolf: The Movie

This is COMPLETELY my opinion and if you disagree, that is completely fine.

Unpopular Opinion: I actually really like the movie but that's mainly because I didn't even take it that seriously. It felt more like a comedy to me than it did a drama. I found myself laughing during parts I shouldn't have been laughing at. Eli getting taken by the Oni after he says "I can do this", Lydia yelling Allison's name, Scott's little entry montage when he exits the car before saving the little girl, Mr. Harris' reveal, literally any time Peter spoke, etc.

Most people call it a dumpster fire and a completely different universe from the show but personally, I don't really care.

I HAVE WATCHED THE ENTIRE SERIES BEFORE WATCHING THE MOVIE! So, I am familiar with all of the recurring characters from the series. I will admit, I wanted to see more of Hikari. Her character seemed very interesting. We got to see a little bit of her personality pop out in the beginning of the movie in the restaurant. A little bit of googling tells me that her and Liam are "good friends" and I kinda want to see their friendship more.

I think the only parts that truly disappointed me was Derek's death and the ending. Anyone who watched the show before watching the movie obviously felt a way about Derek dying and that includes me as well. But I didn't take it all that badly. It was more so the fact that his first beta, his uncle, his niece, and his son ALL watched him die and couldn't do anything to stop it. Like, that kinda killed me inside a little bit.

The ending where the guy goes "we've heard plenty of stories about teenage werewolves, there's always a new one" disappointed the hell out of me because they make it seem like there's going to be a sequel or continuation following Eli's storyline. While that would be ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, everybody in the TW fandom and their mother knows that it's not happening and that's the disappointing part. It would be freaking great to see Eli become the wolf his father believed he could be but we aren't getting that and even if it DID hypothetically come to fruition, knowing how most people feel about the writing of the movie, Eli's development wouldn't be done justice.

I get what people mean when they say that the writers completely screwed with Jackson's whole character and made him "dumb." This man's whole supernatural persona and his abilities were an entire plotline for a WHOLE season of the show and he even said that he has claws that can release paralytic venom and somehow, he didn't think to use it to his advantage? Granted, the movie takes place 15 years into the future where most of the characters that had already been established thanks to the show hadn't been in Beacon Hills or dabbled into the supernatural world in over half a decade. Not to mention that the time Jackson's character had exited the show, it was only season 2. So for him, it's almost 20 years. The Nogitsune plot appeared in the second half of Season 3 when he was already gone so he didn't exactly have a clue what he was up against. As far as supernatural ability, that can be excused. However, the naivety is a little... concerning. He was still funny as hell to watch, though.

Scallison amnesia plotline was a little bit mid but the montage of their memories together after Lydia yelled out Allison's name (which I laughed at, by the way) was kinda cute and jogged my memory a bit on the earlier seasons of Teen Wolf. Season 1 Scallison was honestly my favorite era of them and I think for a lot of Scallison shippers as well so seeing that made me a wee bit happy. Personally, I did like Allison better with Isaac but that's another story for another day.

Overall: I like it. But maybe cuz I don't take it all that serious and I just watch it to watch it. Eli must be protected at all costs, I want more Hikari and Liam interactions, let Jackson embrace the kanima completely, and live laugh love Roscoe Stilinski.

Cerise and Ramona should've been Cousins!!!!!

Hi, before we begin my rant this is just my opinon on how the Cerise & Ramona storyline should've been handled. I'm aware that Ever After High was a toy line to sell dolls but somethings could've been avoided. This is one of them!

I'll explain who's who in the Hood/Badwolf family, history, theories, and why Cerise and Ramona would've worked better as cousins.

Cerise Hood

Let's begin pre-Ramona introduction with Cerise Hood.

Cerise is the daughter of Red Riding (Ruby) Hood and an unknown father. Cerise spent her childhood in the Dark Forest near the outskirts of Hood Hollow where two families the Hoods and the Wolfs reside in a huge rivalry due to the 'Little Red Riding Hood' story.

When Cerise came of age she was accepted to attend Ever After High School a school dedicated in teaching the future fairy tale teens their destiny.

Despite being one of the most popular fairy tales Cerise was a loner. Raven thought during Freedom Year that Cerise would be friends with Cedar, Maddie, and her. Even though she and Cedar are roommates Cedar only knew that Cerise slept with her hood on and snores loudly. Despite Cerise's aloof nature she did interact with her future friends, but she was still a mystery to them. Cerise's peers find it strange that she wears a hood all the time and she explains it's a part of her story to wear a red hood, they accept it.

In 'The Cat Who Cried Wolf' ' not only is Cerise half-wolf she's also the daughter of Bad (Breaker) Wolf.

This explains why she's so muscular, athletic, and secretive - she can't have anyone knowing about her family secret.

After Legacy Day, Cerise becomes more open, confident, and gains friendships with both Royals and Rebels. Seeing how all she had was her father and mother due to her heritage, both parents are proud she has found people she can trust. Cerise gets involved in many sports teams and managed to become MVP something she wouldn't have done before.

The only people who know/maybe know that Cerise has both her parents' destiny are:

Raven: The leader of the Rebel's and the first-person Cerise told the secret to. Cerise tells Raven the truth about her family and Raven not only the did Raven swore not to tell anyone keeps it a secret but covers up, so Cerise won't be exposed. No matter what the other is going through they will defend each other.

Maddie: In 'The Secret Diary of Raven Queen' Maddie and Raven were invited to stay at Cerise's place during spring break and Maddie reveals the Narrators told her already in 'The Unfairest of Them All'. Seeing as Maddie is a sweetheart, she kept quiet about it until Cerise told her and called her wolf ears 'silly' so no one would know the truth. Also, her dad was Ruby and Beaker's marriage officiant in Wonderland so he may have told her afterwards.

Kitty: Kitty finds out during Cerise and Carmine's run through the woods and threatens to expose the secret in front of their classmates as a joke. This is before 'Spring Unsprung' when Kitty realizes that some things are not funny! The only reason Kitty never tried to expose Cerise was because she never does the same prank twice and after Raven used a speed spell on her, not worth getting a worse punishment. Also, I think Kitty's mom was a witness to Ruby and Breaker's wedding and may have told Kitty at one point in time, Kitty thought she was messing with her.

Cedar: Cedar is cursed to tell the truth and Cerise has one of Ever After's biggest secret. You'd think being roommates would make things very awkward, and they were at first but now the two are friends! Cedar did get hints of Cerise snoring loudly, but never seen her without her hood. She knows something is up with Cerise, but doesn't ask due to her truth curse. In my fanfic ' Way to Wonderland (Rewrite)' Cedar finds but keeps quiet about it.

Dexter: Cerise and Dexter seem to be on friendly terms even when Raven isn't around. Dexter found out about Cerise's wolf ears in 'Once Upon a Twist: Cerise and the Beast' and when they returned Dexter claimed he hit his head and forgot everything. He lied to protect Cerise and keeps a close eye on her to make sure her hood doesn't accidently fall off again.

Ginger: Ginger and Cerise are childhood friends so growing up Ginger may have noticed somethings about Cerise. Ginger respects Cerise privacy and Cerise will tell her herself, and Ginger will accept her no matter what.

Hunter: Hunter is one of Cerise's friends as both are Rebels and athletic. Hunter doesn't believe the rumor going around that Cerise is his half-sister, but he is protective about her when Ramona and Mr. Badwolf are around. Like everyone else, he'll gladly accept her (and be grateful that the rumors about his dad having an affair are over with)!

Justine: In her diary Ramona texted Cerise to save Ramona. This would seem strange to Justine since at that point Cerise and Ramona weren't so close.

Rosabella: Cerise is listed as Rosabella's friends, and she probably read Cerise's aura and saw a wolf spirit inside her. At first, Rosabelle thought it was Cerise's spirit animal.

Ramona: I'll explain how Ramona found out about Cerise in her section.

The History of Badwolf & Red

In 'The Cat Who Cried Wolf' Cerise shows a family photo in her locket of her, Red Riding Hood (Ruby), and Mr. Badwolf (Breaker) in human form. But, when a button on the locket is clicked it shows Breaker in mid-transformation.

I don't disapprove of Cerise carrying a locket with her family inside, but if a certain someone found it *COUGHMILTONCOUGH* that would be disastrous! Even a student like Faybelle, Duchess, Blondie (maybe not she does have standards), or Sparrow might find it and expose them.

Ruby and Breaker were students at Ever After High, with the Hoods and Wolfs rivalry this was probably the first time the two met. Breaker would hang out with The Evil Queen (Eagle), Dark Fairy (Darcy), and Candy Witch (Candy) as the bad kids. Breaker did seem to have a crush on Raven's mom before crushing on Ruby, and the Evil Queen and Ruby were roommates during Legacy Year (sophomore year) - so, you know that's kinda *cough* awkward.

In 'Class of Classics' Breaker and Ruby were partners in a school project for theatre class. At first, Ruby saw Breaker as nothing but a class clown and was worried about her grade. The two became smitten with each other and hit common ground on both their ideas for the project and started crushing on each other.

Years later Ruby and Breaker married in Wonderland by the Mad Hatter (Hatthew) as the marriage officiant with The Cheshire Cat (Catherine) and Maddie's mother as witnesses. Due to the strict rules of Ever After if Ruby and Breaker married there would've been a riot or something. After, they had Cerise and did everything to keep their marriage and daughter a secret out of fear of going off-script.

Since both Ruby and Breaker had a theatre class together if Breaker wasn't the General Villiany teacher he would've been teaching theatre. He was a class clown in his youth, but preferred to be called a performer and we saw his acting skills in 'Cerise's Picnic Panic'. But knowing how bias Headmaster Milton Grimm is he wouldn't allow it (Giles would)!

In 'Unfairest of Them All' Cerise had to reveal that Red Riding Hood and Bad Wolf are her parents to prevent both the Hoods and Wolfs from throwing Raven in the river to most likely drown. Once exposed both Hoods and Wolfs come together to - banish Cerise from Hoods Hollow. Grandma (Ruby's mother and Cerise's grandmother) holds a contest to see if Cerise stays or is banished. Long story short - Cerise wins and the Hoods and Wolfs keep Cerise's heritage a secret, but Ruby's people turned their backs on her and Breaker maybe did the same. The only people in Hood Hollow who probably still associate with them is Grandma and Woodrow Wolf (Badwolf's distant cousin).

In 'Next Top Villian', ' Cerise's Picnic Panic', and 'Class of Classics' Breaker is seen in human form which is a bad idea if you go back to the locket part above. I would've made him in his time as a student switch between human and wolf form. As he got older he spent less time in human from, when Ruby announces she pregnant and gets hired at Ever After High he stays in wolf form permanently so when Cerise attends school no one will see that they're related.

Ramona

Ramona first appear appeared 2015 in Justine's diary where it said she was Badwolf's daughter and Cerise almost called her sister. Ramona made her cartoon in the Dragon Games, Moonlight Mystery, A Big Bad Secret, and Epic Winter.

But, wait, where has she been all this time? Apparently, she in the Dark Forest Reform School.

Yeah, that -that was just wrong.

We spent years believing that Cerise would inherit both her parents' roles. Cerise even had a Cerise Wolf doll for crying out loud! All that buildup, angst, and hope for nothing!

No hate on Ramona or the EAH crews' character decision, but one character having two conflicting destinies sounded more interesting.

When Ramona was first introduced, she was tough- as- nails, rude, edgy, and sarcastic. She was looking forward to becoming the next Big Bad Wolf and showed it.

But she is also loyal to the people she cares about like when: she alerted Cerise when Justine left to stop Duchess from cheating on a dance show, pointed out flaws in Humphrey's tech, helped Justine find out why her shoes were damaged, and lightened up on her teasing with Cerise.

There was so much hype about Ramona, but sadly she never got a doll or diary (along with many other characters that have been around since chapter one, but that's another story) due to the series cancellation.

From what I can go by is she's interested in sports and will most likely join track and shield. She may have an artsy side to her due making a snow wolf and heavy makeup she wears that contrasts Cerise's natural look. There's so much we don't know about her!

If you notice in the photo Ramona isn't there. Ramona would've been besides Cerise and leaving Ramona out of the photo is just hurtful. In 'The Secret Diary of Raven Queen' Raven visited Cerise, but Ramona was spending the break with one of her friends. In 'Cerise's Picnic Panic' Ramona wasn't there for the family picnic, because she was in reform school at the time. When you get older you realize you won't be around for every family event. But, 'The Cat Who Cried Wolf' came out in 2013 & 'Cerise's Picnic Panic' came out in 2014 and Ramona didn't appear until 2015 in Justine's diary and 2016 during the Dragon Games, Moonlight Mystery, A Big Bad Secret, and Epic Winter. So, take that with a grain of salt.

I believe Ramona going to reform before the Royal vs Rebel thing happened, most likely Freedom year and it had something to do with Cerise. Blondie even asked Cerise if she was responsible Ramona being sent to Dark Forest Reform School due to rumors.

How the heck does reform school work in the world of Ever After High? I mean we have Faybelle - who takes ever opportunity to be evil, yet was never sent away. Raven rebelled, Headmaster Grimm even admitted the only reason he didn't expel her was because of her story. He even threatened to expel Ginger. What the heck did Ramona do?

We never did find out if Ramona was a Royal or a Rebel but going by her gloves in the image above, she's a Rebellious Royal (if that makes any sense). But like Kitty, Poppy, and many others she's not listed in any group.

My Cousin Headcanons

Now, the moment we've been waiting for: my headcanon on why Ramona and Cerise should've been cousins. I'll explain who Ramona's parents are, the rivalry between the Hoods and Wolfs, and etc.

Like most siblings Ramona and Cerise have a rivalry due to keeping the who their parents are a secret until graduation.

In my cousins headcanon: Ramona has no clue that she and Cerise are related and picks on Cerise due to it's their destiny to be enemies. This takes place during Freedom Year so Cerise tries to brush it off, but Mr. Badwolf won't let Ramona get away with it. This confuses Ramona, why would her uncle (actually, distant cousin) being protective of the future Red Riding Hood. Time skip - Ramona is at Dark Forest Reform School before the end of Freedom Year.

Ramona returns to Ever After High School, but it's like after the first month of school to a week before Legacy Day so she can pledge with her classmates. Ramona is back to her old tricks, but Cerise has gain some confidence since she last saw her which almost startles her (almost). Ramona finds out about rumors of Raven not wanting to sign and Cerise befriending Raven Queen.

The day after Legacy Day which is called Yester Day when Headmaster Grimm makes the students talk to previous generations with similar destinies to see the importance of their stories. Ramona most likely visited Mr. Badwolf and was nowhere near Hood Hollow when Cerise revealed herself as a Hood and a Wolf.

Later, Mr. Badwolf tells Ramona the truth about Cerise being his daughter. It all makes sense now: why her uncle (distant cousin) has a 'World's Baddest Dad' mug in 'Next Top Villian' and why he defends Cerise. Not only is Ramona hurt by the betrayal that her uncle not only married a Hood but Red Riding Hood. And with the revelation of Cerise being her uncle's child Ramona realizes she may not have a destiny anymore if Cerise inherits it. Ramona stars acting out more and disrespecting Mr.Badwolf the only person in the school she ever respected and looked up to.

Ramona tries to antagonize Cerise, seeing her as weak for not letting her hood down and embracing her Wolf side. But Cerise is no longer the damsel-in-distress she was Freedom Year and can stand up to Ramona's words and paws.

One day things go so far that Mr.Badwolf sends both girls to his office. Inside Ruby, Raven, Grandma, and Woodrow are there to clear things up. Ruby, Raven, Grandma, and Cerise describe how the Hoods and Wolfs tried to throw Raven in the river, Cerise revealing her heritage to stop them, almost getting banished and the race. Woodrow and Ramona are shocked, they are aware both sides don't get along, but never have they tried to drown or banish anyone. Ramona realizes how dangerous Cerise's situation is and if Headmaster Grimm finds out it'll be even worse!

If the series continued Cerise's secret would've been revealed to everyone proving Headmaster Grimm's whole 'follow your destiny or you'll disappear forever' is a lie. Ramona will be one of many to defend Cerise if anyone tries to harm after the truth is revealed.

Once, everything settles down (or at least somewhat close) Ramona and Cerise form a friendly rivalry in sports and bond more with each other.

The reason I made Mr. Badwolf Ramona's uncle/distant cousin is because in 'Once Upon a Time' it said that Mr. Badwolf has a distant cousin named Woodrow Wolf, who owns Huff and Puff Glass Blowers and makes cups, vases, and delicate glass flowers in the same beach village Cedar Wood lives. Ramona is the daughter of Woodrow and a werewolf woman. Once, they find out about Cerise and Badwolf marrying Red Riding Hood their one of the first besides Grandma to accept them.

The reason Ramona was believed to be the next Big Bad Wolf despite not living in Hood Hollow is because she's the oldest of her cousins. There are many Wolf family members in Hood Hollow, but there might be an age gap since the Wolfs that were named: Cranky Wolf and Horribus Wolf are adults while Cry Wolf is a child.

So, in the final book/episode everyone can choose their destiny and Cerise can let her hood down and changes her name to Cerise Hood-Wolf (you can share both parents' last name if you choose), the conflict in Hood Hollow has ended, and everyone is one big happy family!

P.S. I can see Sparrow begging Cerise, Ramona, and Mr.Badwolf to turn him part wolf since he's family (distant cousin). They most likely howls enough with his music and doesn't need to be transformed and accepts that he's an honorary Wolf.

Technically he should have been a sophomore, but he’d missed so much school during his recovery that school thought it was best to give him a re-do as a freshman. It’s not to say Lexi wasn’t friendly at the start exactly - it was more that she worked her ass off in school and here Fez was, losing a whole academic year, breezing through the classes she was putting so much effort in. Their academic rivalry was a fun little game for him that year, mighta even made him a better student n’ shit. Also, he liked seeing her all flustered cause of him. Still does.

the malnourishment Celia experienced stunted her growth massively, and she was a skinny teenager, like many people she knew, due to living in poverty, because of her class. also links to her eventually showing more chest, with her wrap top under jacket, and the story that adam has one less rib, daring people to not call her a man.

there is always further to fall, something more to take. to Celia, and due to the environment she was in, being a woman mean being a victim, and as outlines in the song, there were so many ways you had to stay safe, and it puts so much of the world of limits. Celia doesn't want to have to live like this, and so she rejects what places her there, femininity and womanhood. as a teen, Celia felt so much rage at how her gender confined her, and then forcibly removed it.

its also ironic, with how despite rejecting being a woman, she is still living a life of running fire drills, still has left her ambitions to just stay safe, still spends all her time vigilant.

this song is not a 1:1 with Celia, but is very tied to her character, especially in vibes. it fits best early on, her anger at how her gender confines her, but the vibes follow her.

The way the author managed to use canon for something entirely different that still feels familiar is just brilliant.

Shin Hyeok-u is weak. He doesn’t save people. He wants to be saved. He wants to feel strong. He wants someone to hold him. He wants to cut everyone down. Personal Note: The characterization is top-notch here. Both were captured perfectly and the way they got together felt very organic. Absolutely adore this fic. It was also something I craved to read and by the gods was I glad to have found it.

911 (2018 -): hmmm do i need to explain? i feel like people heard and seen me lose my mind over the weewoo show. this is currently what's shaping my life. i take the day off on tuesday cause it's when the new episodes air for me. yes it's that level of brainrot.

skam (2015 - 2017): this show shaped me as a teen gonna be real. i watched it in my last year of high school and seeing this type of real show about teens where at the times all the shows with high school were like tvd and gossip girl and such it was refreshing! i do believe that for full impact of watching skam you needed to hunt episodes on google drive and wait for translations as you're avoiding studying for your finals but it's great in any viewing shape and form.

parenthood (2010 - 2015): this is one of the shows that i used to watch weekly as it aired with my mom. it's about family and we've grown attached to the bravermans 🫶 it gave us many good crys!! also peter krause my beloved is there (even though i would have fought adam braverman many times).

ted lasso (2020 -): a show that just brings joy to my heart <3 im probably gonna cry when it's gonna end in a few weeks. every episode that i watch of this show i get some faith in humanity and when i don't think it can get better, it does!!

this is us (2016 - 2022): show of all time. the amount of tears this show brought out of me. made me have a full panic attack watching a certain episode and it's one of the best episodes of the whole series. this is another show i watched with my mom where we tuned in every week to watch together and it was our hangout time that i still very cherish. again very family driven storylines so yeah 🥹

schitt's creek (2015 - 2020): how does one explain the love i got in my heart for the rose family and co? a show i definitely procrastinated finishing cause i didn't want it to end!!! just as good as everyone say it is and i loved every second of it.

glee (2009 - 2015): when i tell you being a gleek was my whole personality for years i am not kidding. watched this baby since it came out and i would wake up at 4am so i could watch the episodes before school and then later on burn them on CDs. i had posters, magazines, merch, everything. like half the songs i know are from glee. watching glee from 10 years old will change your brain chemistry i promise you. i will admit that i stopped watching after the quarterback episode but at a point of time (literal years) this show was my everything.

always sunny (2005 -): most awful people in the world but you can't help but love them. pretty sure it's the longest running sitcom at this point? if not it will be. i did base my personality after some stuff from the show for a while. my bio on insta is still "champion of the sun ☀️" after all these years. i dressed up as charlie in the day man episode. it's just a really fucking funny show.

IX. Warmth | His Cold Hand

He wasn't going to make it. He was never going to make it. And he knew before he even went inside.

Knowing that, didn’t make it easier. Not for Stiles himself, because he could no longer feel much of anything anymore, but for those around him.

Stiles has always been bigger than life. Full of sarcasm and weird jokes and knowledge no one really thinks of, and also loyal to a fault, funny, and smarter than probably most people his age. And Derek had gotten used to it. At the beginning, the unstoppable string of words the human was able to muster in a single minute was enough to drive him insane. Before he knew it, he was used to it, and found himself able to tune in and out as needed, when Stiles started rambling and sprinkled in the necessary information every now and then. It went that way for years, until Derek found himself listening to everything he said, and even commenting every now and then. He isn’t sure when, and how, it became DerekandStiles, but he was grateful for it.

He always thought they would have forever. The hard part had been actually giving each other a chance.

“Stiles, no!” He begged, holding the human as close to him as he could. His arm was almost entirely black from trying to drain the pain away. And yet, what he felt the most was the warmth from his boyfriend’s blood, covering his hand where he was trying to stop the bleeding. Derek could see Stiles trying to say something, but he was too weak to even make a sound. So, Stiles did what he did best and he looked at Derek with a big smile, his teeth covered in blood as well. It was one of the most haunting sights Derek has ever seen, and we will see it every time he closed his eyes for years to come.

“Help is on the way, Stiles, just hold on a little longer.” He begged again, applying more pressure where the other wolf’s claws had carved three big gashes on Stiles’ chest. There was nothing they could do, he knew that, and still Derek prayed and begged and hoped, because Stiles was always supposed to be better than any of them, the one that got away unscathed on sarcasm and jokes alone. He was the boy that ran with wolves, and managed them to do his bidding instead of the other way around. He wasn’t supposed to walk into an ongoing fight to let them know the wolves seemed stronger because they had struck a deal with a witch, and then pointed them in the right direction, before half the pack had descended on him, hauling and mauling. Stiles’ own pack a second too late, jumping into action as soon as they saw what had happened. Everyone except Malia, who had gone after the witch Stiles told them about. Because that was the clue, and that was going to save Stiles. 

Except it didn’t.

The other pack was dead. They were all covered in their blood and their entrails, because the moment they harmed Stiles all bets were off. Even Scott himself, always so against killing, had ripped the wolf that had sunk his claws into Stiles throat out, bathing himself in his blood. And then the two others that came after that.

And yet, he was standing there, in front of Derek, watching them both. He was desperately on the phone, talking to Deaton and his mother, but neither had a solution to this. Neither could save Stiles.

The black veins on Derek’s arms were almost gone now, and he let out a howl, no longer able to keep his agony inside. All he felt was the warmth of Stiles’ blood, because there was no more warmth radiating from the man himself anymore.

The howl got Scott’s attention, and when he turned to look at Stiles again he let himself fall to his knees, cellphone forgotten somewhere on the floor, probably lost in the blood there. There were no black veins on Derek’s arms. There was no warmth coming from Stiles.

There was no Stiles.

Derek met Scott’s eyes, both of them covered in tears, but neither said a thing. Derek let Stiles’ body fall down a little, so he was resting on his knees instead of his chest, and sat straight up. A silent offering. Scott took it, and dragged himself right next to Derek, so he could hold his brother’s hand.

“He’s gone.” Derek said after a while, his voice horse and almost irrecognizable.

Scott said nothing. He stood there, holding Stiles’ hand until Deaton, and his mother, and the Sheriff found them. Scott had to keep it together. Because he would be the one to tell the Sheriff. But for now, he needed to break down in silence, and hold his brother’s cold hand in his.

Summary:

Before he’s even fully conscious of the decision to move, Luka is entering the bathroom. Leo is washing his hands when suddenly, Luka hears a gunshot. Footsteps race past the bathroom door and a radio crackles to life.

“Lockdown. Lock down the grounds. We have a shooter.”

Life has been amazing for the two once again mates. They were looking into moving but hadn’t picked a place yet too focused on now having two little monkeys running around.

Luka is the best big brother, always making sure little brother Leo is safe and happy. Theo dotes on them, and Stiles can’t get enough of the alpha. That may be why they so quickly got pregnant with their next pup.

Their third child is only a year old now and his name is Laiken. Unlike his older brother, Luka, who is an alpha, Laiken is an omega like Leo and their daddy. It’s why Theo and Luka are even more protective over the younger pups.

Lydia and Parrish got married a couple months after Leo was born and then Isaac and Allison got married just before Laiken was born. Erica met an alpha named Brett who transferred in as a cop working under Jordan and they mated just a couple months after Laiken was born. They may have been newly mated, but they seemed like they had known each other for their entire lives.

About halfway through Stiles’s pregnancy with Laiken, Theo and Stiles found the one. The house was perfect for their still growing family. It is a beautiful pastel green country home with plenty of room for the kids to grow and play. It has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a basement, an attic and a double garage. Not to mention a tree house that Brett, Jordan, Isaac and Theo built during the second half of Stiles’s pregnancy with Laiken.

Every day is a gift, and every night is special. Theo loves coming home to a home cooked meal whenever he works and Stiles has the day off but of course, there is none of that traditional sexist omega role stuff in their home. Nothing makes Theo happier than a content smelling omega mate.

“Hey, kitten,” Theo says softly, curling around his mate’s back where Stiles stands at the stove.

Stiles smiles and leans against his mate, purring when the alpha’s hands cup his swollen belly. He’s only two months along but he’s showing quite a bit already. “Hey. How was work?”

Nipping the omega’s neck, Theo doesn’t answer right away, offering a soft hum against pale skin. “Good, but this is better.”

“You’re welcome,” Stiles says with a grin, his cheeks bright pink at the attention. He will never get tired of being doted on.

Two pairs of feet come barreling towards them and soon, Theo has two monkeys attached to his legs.

“DAAAAAAD!!!” the two boys shriek.

Stiles gives a soft chiding rumble and gestures to their baby brother who is sound asleep in his playpen. “Boys.”

Luka looks at their daddy with a frown. “Sorry, Daddy.”

Leo copies his brother, something he’s doing more and more of lately. “Sowwy 'oo, Da’dy.”

The adorableness of his children makes it hard for Stiles to stay mad. So, he scents them, ruffles their hair and ushers them to the table. His gaze locks with Theo’s and he offers a tired smile.

Sadly, the two parents have some disappointing news for their kids. Tomorrow the boys have career day at school, but both Theo and Stiles will be on shift and unable to attend. After dinner, they’re dropping the boys off at Lydia’s house, so they’ll have a ride to school tomorrow.

Since Stiles cooked, Theo serves them and they all dig in, the boys expressing their absolute love for the food.

Laiken sits in his highchair, giggling as Luka and Leo make funny faces at him. It results in a very messy baby with the spaghetti sauce all over his little face, but it makes Stiles smile fondly just the same. His little family is happy, healthy and content. What more could he want?

“Why can’t we stay home, Dad?” Luka asks as he looks out the window of the SUV.

Theo glances in the rearview mirror at his son and sighs softly. “Daddy and I have to work, pup.”

Luka sniffles. “Daddy is gonna miss my story though.” He glances at Leo when the younger boy squeezes his hand. Even as sleepy as he is, Leo recognizes when his brother is upset.

“I know. Daddy and I are so very sorry, Luka, but Aunt Lydia is going to record it for me and daddy to watch later. We’ll be there to pick you up from school. Okay?”

They pull into the driveway, seeing Lydia and Jordan already waiting for them. Theo is grateful to have his mate back and he promised Lydia he wouldn’t hurt Stiles again. The way the redhead hugs him tonight is another acknowledgement of the alpha’s kept promise to keep her brother happy, healthy and to love him no matter what.

Luka doesn’t want his dad to leave but he knows sleep is very important. Otherwise, people might get hurt if dad is too sleepy. So, he wraps his arms around his dad and scents him, hugging the alpha tightly.

Aunt Lydia and Uncle Jordan let him and Leo stay on the steps until the SUV is out of sight, but then it’s bedtime.

Stiles drops Laiken off with Allison, grateful she has the day off tomorrow and not wanting to overwhelm his sister with all three boys at once.

When the two parents arrive home, they manage to go about their nightly routine and exchange a couple brief and chaste kisses before slipping under the covers. By the time they are settled with the lights off, it’s just half past eight. That should give them plenty of time to sleep. Theo’s hands, even in sleep, cradle the baby bump protectively, the omega’s back flush against the alpha’s chest the entire night.

Breakfast is yummy and Luka loves oatmeal with brown sugar. He still makes a face when Leo gobbles up raisins with his brown sugar oatmeal. The younger pup is more a fan of dried fruit than fresh fruit which Luka thinks is weird, but he loves his little brother as he is, even if he likes wrinkly fruit. It’s almost eight thirty and soon, they’ll leave for school.

Luka, who is eight, is now in third grade and his brother Leo, who is three, is in preschool. Their youngest sibling, Laiken, is only a year old and stays with Aunt Allison instead of going to daycare.

Today is career day at their school, but unfortunately, their dads aren’t able to come to career day. They had told Leo and Luka last night when dropping them off at Aunt Lydia’s that they would come as soon as their shifts were over.

However, that won’t be possible because just before six am, there was a fire and their dad had to be on scene. Then just before six thirty am there was an emergency pile up on the highway that their daddy got called in for. It was Aunt Lydia who got the boys to school. She told them on the way there that their parents had texted her about the emergencies.

Of course, Luka is disappointed. He has kept his story a secret so he could surprise his daddy, but he won’t get to surprise him now. Still, despite his disappointment, Luka understands and proceeds to listen to his classmates read their stories about who their heroes are.

“My hero is my grandpa. He fought in the war and won a purple heart. He even let me hold it one time. The reason he’s my hero isn’t because he won a medal or because he fought in a war but because he was the one who taught me how to not be afraid to be myself even when everyone else said I shouldn’t be me,” a boy named Carter says.

Luka stares down at his own paper, the words of his peers washing over him and wonders if his story is good enough to convey just how much he loves his hero. Sometimes words don’t seem like enough even though he has a lot of them.

For a long time, it was just him and his daddy. Then dad came back and now they have Leo and Laiken, Aunt Lydia, Uncle Jordan, Aunt Ally, Uncle Isaac and Auntie Erica with her new mate Uncle Brett. Despite having all those people, Luka remembers nights when it was just him and his daddy. Luka wants to be just like his daddy, especially because he is just as protective of his brothers Leo and Laiken as his daddy is of all of them. It would be cool to be someone’s hero one day.

When the teacher calls his name, Luka goes to the front and takes a deep breath. Once he steadies himself, he begins to read from his paper.

“My name is Lukanus but I like to be called Luka. When Ms. Peterson said we have to write a story about our hero, I knew right away who I would choose. My hero is my daddy. He’s a nurse, a paramedic and a detective. My daddy helps lots of people and even saved my dad. When I was little it was just me and my daddy and no matter what, he was always there.

“He taught me how to love, how to forgive, how to be strong when it’s hardest and how to keep going when I thought it was too hard. My daddy is the bravest, smartest, strongest and best person in the whole wide universe. He also taught me that biology doesn’t make anyone less than anyone else. He’s an omega and he taught me what that means.

“I love my daddy so very much and want to be just like him. I want to be the kind of man, kind of person, kind of human being my daddy is because if there were more people like him, then the world would be the safest and best place ever. He’s been given accolades by the police force, the hospital and the city for his efforts in protecting lives.

“My daddy was named Hero of the Year twice and got to meet the president but even though those things are really cool and not everybody can say those things have happened to their daddy, that’s not why he is my hero. He’s my hero because he taught me what it means to be a man and what it means to be a good human being.

“I watch him with my dad and know what it means to love someone unconditionally. I watch him with my younger brothers and know what it means to protect someone with everything you have. I watch my daddy and I wanna be just like him when I grow up. I’m already doing my best to embody all that is my daddy.

“I am grateful that my daddy is my daddy and because of who he is and what he’s done for me my whole life, he is my hero.”

Luka did really well reading his story, at least he thinks he did good, based on the smile on Aunt Lydia’s face. She has recorded it on her phone so his daddy can see it later. She has to get to work now but hugs him tightly and kisses his forehead. “I’m proud of you, pup. You did really well.”

“Really?” Luka says.

“Really really.”

“Do you think Daddy will like it?” he asks quietly, chewing his lip.

Lydia’s expression softens as she pulls her nephew into a tight embrace. “He’s going to love it.” With another kiss to Luka’s forehead, Lydia heads out, sending him another smile over her shoulder.

Everyone has read their hero story now and it’s time for math. Then they’ll have lunch. After reading his story and having been a bit nervous, Luka raises his hand to ask if he can go get a drink.

“Of course, Luka. Take the pass and come right back. Okay?” Ms. Peterson says.

“Yes ma’am. Thank you.” Luka takes the pass and leaves the classroom.

During this past summer, Luka spent a lot of time at the school since his daddy teaches CPR and First Aid classes. So, he is easily able to find his way to the water fountain.

He notices his brother Leo going into the bathroom and smiles at him before pressing the bar to get a drink. It’s while Luka is getting a drink at the water fountain that his tummy gets a knot of worry. Something isn’t right. Dad always says to trust his instincts because they will never steer him wrong.

Before he’s even fully conscious of the decision to move, Luka is entering the bathroom. Leo is washing his hands when suddenly, Luka hears a gunshot. Footsteps race past the bathroom door and a radio crackles to life.

“Lockdown. Lock down the grounds. We have a shooter.”

Luka’s eyes widen in fear, but Leo hasn’t noticed yet and he intends to make sure Leo is safe. He quickly locks the bathroom door and goes over to his brother. “Leo?”

The boy looks up at him and tilts his head at his older brother’s expression. “Wuka otay?”

“I’m okay but we’re going to play a game. Okay?”

Leo smiles, his eyes lighting up. “Otay! Wha’ ‘ame?”

Footsteps echo louder and louder, a bang sounding on the bathroom door. Luka is grateful he locked it. Searching for an escape, he sees the window. “This way, Leo,” he says, keeping his voice low. “We’re gonna play spies. You gotta squeeze through here and go tell Aunt Lydia the secret code.”

“Otay!” Leo says and giggles when Luka lifts him up and pushes him out the window. “Wha’ ‘ode Wuka?”

Luka swallows thickly. “I love you, braciszek.”

Leo tilts his head and smiles. “Wuv you ‘oo, Wuka!”

“Go find Aunt Lydia. Go!” Luka says urgently.

“Otay! I ‘o.

Luka nods, holding back tears. "Okay. Go," he says with more urgency.

Leo nods and waves. "Bah, Wuka!”

Just as Leo is out of sight, the door is kicked in and a man enters with a big gun in his hands. When the shooter enters the bathroom, time seems to slow down. Dark eyes with hate and rage in them zero in on Luka. The man raises his gun and without remorse or any sign of care, the shooter pulls the trigger.

BANG!

The sound is deafening, and Luka lets out a barely audible gasp. The bullet hits Luka right in the stomach and the little alpha is too stunned to do anything but gape in shock.

Meanwhile, the shooter kicks open each stall door and then leaves, time resuming its normal speed once more. Luka is so glad he got his brother out. He falls to the ground and coughs wetly, his vision blurring.

Luka still hears bangs sporadically but they’re getting softer which means further away. He’s so sleepy but he can’t sleep. Not yet. Not until daddy comes. Daddy will—Daddy will make it all better. After all, daddy is Luka’s hero.

Stiles has just gotten back from the ICU where a victim of the pileup is finally stabilized. Jordan hands him a cup of coffee and Stiles sends his brother in law a grateful tired smile.

Jordan’s radio crackles, interrupting their conversation.

“10-71 in progress. Barker Aspen Elementary school.”

Time freezes, the coffee cup slipping from the omega’s fingers, his vision going nearly black. That’s where Luka and Leo are. Jordan is so focused on the call code he misses Stiles’s immediate exit. By the time he notices, Stiles is already almost to the school, uncaring of speed limits.

Stiles can barely form any coherent thoughts and by now he recognizes the signs enough to know he won’t be saying anything even if he could form thoughts. The omega can’t feel the bond with his eldest son. It is taking everything he has not to go omega feral and right now, he is about to drop off the edge, into that ferality. Stiles can only thank whoever is watching over them that their youngest is with Allison today.

He idly wonders where Theo is and whether or not the alpha knows about the shooting. That thought slips away from him when the faintest thump comes through his bond with Luka and nothing else matters to Stiles now except his son.

If anyone was to scent his emotions before he entered the school, they would catch terror, grief and guilt. Chemosignals do help when the person exuding them can’t. With Stiles now omega feral and nonverbal, he won’t have anything for them when it comes to his state of mind.

Stiles tugs on his offspring's bond and it leads him to a bathroom halfway between Luka and Leo’s classrooms. The door is only connected with one hinge, but Stiles ignores the splinters he gets as he pushes into the small room.

It’s there that he finds his son. Luka is silent and still and so very very pale. It takes a second for Stiles’s eyes to process what his nose already has. His pup is lying in a pool of blood. All sense and humanity leave the omega and he is lost to instinct as he falls to his knees splattering crimson everywhere. His hands cup his son’s face, claws careful not to break the skin as he lets out a high pitched whine of fear and grief.

Lydia has Leo in her arms and the poor thing is so confused. Lydia works in an office space just next door to the school and was shocked when Leo wandered over but as soon as he told her what happened, she phoned the police, and Isaac who had heard from Jordan. Stiles was missing.

When Isaac arrives at the school he goes right up to Lydia and his second godson. “Stiles?” he says quietly so as not to disturb a now sleeping Leo.

“Kindergarten bathroom. Isaac it’s—”

“It’ll be okay, Lyds,” Isaac says and gently scents both her and the pup before heading inside to find his best friend.

The omega has pulled his son into his lap and is rocking back and forth, his thumb pressed lightly against the pulse point of his son’s throat. It’s the only thing keeping him grounded in some way, knowing that his son isn’t gone yet. He doesn’t care about the slick feeling of the blood. He doesn’t care about the splinters in his skin. All he cares about is his little monkey.

When Isaac finds his best friend, his godson’s daddy is completely feral. Normally, Theo would be enough to calm Stiles, but he isn’t there and all Stiles can see is the blood. Luka manages to slur out a single word. “L’o?”

“Safe,” Isaac says.

Stiles snarls slightly, his focus on his son but his body tenses in preparation to fight if need be.

Isaac remains hovering nearby, knowing better than to get between an omega and his child. He’s grateful that Lydia has Leo as they can’t let Leo see Luka like this. He idly looks at the officers standing just down the hall and feels a rush of relief hit him when he hears them say the shooter is dead. Perhaps Isaac should feel bad for being glad, but he doesn’t. Not with the state his best friend is in because of the shooter.  

After all the months of being there for every step of Stiles’s first pregnancy, Isaac knows the reason his best friend is feral and has gone nonverbal. He kneels down, his own beta scent not posing a threat like an alpha’s scent would. “Miko?” he whispers.

He gets no response from the omega who hasn’t stopped rocking his son or stopped caressing the boy’s pulse point with a needy whine. Stiles’s hands are slick with blood, and he looks lost, but then something ignites inside him, his body stilling. A wave of calm washes over him and he snarls.

Isaac stills completely and watches in shock as Stiles sinks his fangs into Luka’s arm with zero hesitation.

There’s not much in the way of blood left but Stiles holds on tight with sharp fangs, unwilling to let go until it’s taken. His eyes flash and his claws are still out, but he never breaks his son’s skin the claws. If Stiles were coherent, he’d realize his fox ears are out now and they swivel in alertness every few seconds. However, none of these things get through to him, his jaw clamped tight to ensure his bite takes.

The boy is startled but hardly feels anything but numb as he looks up at his daddy. “Kn’w yo’d co’e fur ma. Dad’y m’ he’o.”

Isaac is in shock of what he has just witnessed his friend do. Omega bites are rare and only used when—He swallows thickly at the slowly strengthening heartbeat of his godson. No wonder Stiles is feral.

Stiles is even more volatile with his emotions now because he is once again pregnant. This time they are hoping for their first baby girl. The two mates haven’t even told their boys about the baby yet. Isaac is hoping to hell that Luka survives as Luka in particular has been wanting a baby sister and if Luka doesn’t make it, Isaac isn’t sure they’ll get Stiles back.

When the ambulance comes and loads Luka up after Isaac finishes stabilizing him, Stiles lets out a persistent snarl at anyone who gets too close. Only Isaac handing the omega a sweatshirt of Theo’s with the alpha’s scent, calms Stiles down enough to let the rescue workers close the ambulance doors. Soon, they are on their way to the hospital.

As the ambulance gets further away, Isaac pulls out his phone and calls Theo. Since Stiles and Theo had gotten back together nearly four years ago, Isaac and Theo have become really good friends though not as good as he and Stiles are. After all, Isaac and Stiles have known each other since they were children. They were the first person they each came out to, Isaac coming out as bisexual when they were twelve and Stiles coming out as gay when they were thirteen.

His heart clenches as he calls his friend’s number. Isaac hates that he has such terrible news to give his friend, but he doesn’t want Theo to go in blind. He doesn’t want the alpha to be shocked when he arrives at the hospital to find his mate feral, and nonverbal. That is not even considering just how deep into his instincts Stiles is now.

Isaac has never seen his best friend with fangs, claws and glowing eyes but it’s not as shocking as it might be to others. After all, Isaac would have gone full primal too if it had been his eldest pup with a gunshot wound in his little tummy. For all that alphas are considered fiercer, it is omegas who truly are the fiercest especially when it comes to their families and even more so when it comes to their pups.

“Isaac? What’s up?”

“You need to get to the hospital, Theo. It’s Luka.”

I finally understand my hatred of beat boy and robin relationship

beast boy is a ride or die person . I mean he will try to make you see reason and talk you through whatever issues you have but in the end he will have your back.

Where Robin he has a strict code and if he feels that you are a threat he will take you out and he has no problem lying to you and going behind your back.

I find this funny because the one time that beast boy went out of control robin threaten him with prison and even said put beast boy down like he was just some random animal and not his teammate and friend.

While lets list all the times that robin went off the rails

(Slade's apprentice) he got himself working for slade due to falling for his traps and instead of trying to figure a way to communicate or let the titans know what was happening he kept quiet and did his macho lone wolf routine and almost got his team killed

Red -X robin posed as a thief to try to get closer to slade not telling his team and also making specific weapons to fight them without so much as a heads up

Slades mask Due to slade knowing that robin would absolutely obsess over him he put some chemical or something on a mask that robin got his hands on and slowly got drugged until he literally started to hallucinate slade and still got his butt

woollen_pharaohs’s AO3 rundown So i’ve hit the coveted 1 million wordcount marker on AO3 and on top of that it is coincidentally now over 10 years since i signed up with AO3! No better time to analyse the stats page and talk about my progress as a writer over the last decade. 

I joined AO3 on 14th December 2012 and have published 115 works since then. Here are the main stats as of 1/1/23:

Word counts My longest fic, at 179,562 words is Salvation (A Discography), a Daredevil fic in which the characters assume dual roles as their Daredevil components as well as being musicians heavily based on the real lives of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club band members. It was an ambitous, lengthy work which remains unfinished to this day. It was also the first and only fic I’ve ever had beta read - thank you to wtchcool for all your hard work. The best advice i got from her was to keep chapters short which is something i definitely did not do for this fic, but have taken on board since. 

The fandom i wrote the most words for, other than the Daredevil fandom which totalled 257,093 words laregely dominated by the sheer length of Salvation, was It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia (IASIAP). I wrote a total of 11 fics for the fandom totalling 242,520 words, including a 2 part vampire epic. Written in a similar vein as Salvation, it was a crossover of the IASIP and Fargo (TV) worlds (because both shows starred the same actors) in an attempt to fill in gaps between both narratives and also because vampires are cool. Finishing Murmurations, at 193,299 words across 2.5 parts (.5 being a primer), was a massive personal feat for me. It proved to me that i could write a multi-chapter novel length fic and bring it to a satisfactory conclusion. It gave me the courage to start writing my original novel not long after. 

Hits The total amount of hits I have as of today are 201,896.

The popularity of Play Your Cards amuses me. I tried to do a 5+1 thing but couldn’t think up of enough pranks. Some of them are based on real things that happened to me and the rest on google lol. I am not too proud of the prose and am consistently surprised when i get kudos for this fic. One thing i did really enjoy about writing and posting this fic was the amount of support i was getting from the Daredevil fandom. It’s got to be one of the best fandoms i’ve ever written for. 

Stillness in Time also cracks me up. I swear the hits must be as high as they are because of the fandom crossover is fucking bonkers. Literally don’t know what I was thinking. I definitely had not end in mind for that fic so it will remain a WIP forever. Sometimes i want to orphan this fic but it’s just too funny not to have attached to my username. 

Two Sane Guys - genuinely proud of this fic. Likewise with Hearbeats. Kiss and Tell though? Don’t even fucken remember what that’s about. 

Most prolific year I’ve published at least one fic every year since 2012 when I made my account. I also back-dated a fic i published on fanfic.net from 2009. 

In 2017 I wrote a total of 25 fics for a total of 126,369 words. I wrote for 12 different fandoms, the most being 6 for IASIP and 5 for Letterkenny. 2017 was probably my best year for writing and creativity. Some of my favourite fics i have ever written are from 2017, such as: 

Television Blues (As You Are (film)) - An alternative, happy ending to the film. 

The Burning House (IASIP) - a short fic where Mrs Mac and Bonnie Kelly are kind of in love but also want to murder each other. 

The Edge of The World Pt. 1 (Pond (band)) - I had just come back from a creative writing workshop at uni and poured all of my creative energy into this piece. I think it’s probably the best thing i’ve ever written though it probably doesn’t make any sense to non-australians. 

2017 also saw me writing for a variety of rarepairs, rare fandoms, new kinks and was the year i started writing Murmurations. That being said, it’s also the year where i wrote a bunch of fics i can’t even remember. Like all those Letterkenny and Rhett & Link ones? Completely wiped from my brain. Looks like my writing but did I write it? who knows. 

2022 follows closely having written 22 fics, 3 less than 2017 but with a slightly higher word count at a total of 129,420 words. During 2022 i was mostly writing music RPF and blutchest. I attribute this to being absolutely deranged. 

Comments and Kudos The total number of comment threads I have are 658 with a total of 13,665 kudos!!! Amazing. Thank you for anyone who has ever commented/kudosed my fics. The most comments I have received is 71 on the first part of Murmurations, followed by 62 on the second part. I received 31 comments on Salvation and 28 on Play Your Cards. 14 of my 115 fics have not received a comment which is pretty good in the grand scheme of things. 

That being said, I usually don’t pay attention to comment counts. I love getting comments don’t get me wrong but i don’t think comments or hits are a genuinely good representation as to whether my readers actually like the work. Kudos is probably the best way to gauge it.

Top kudos count favours the Daredevil fics I’ve written.

Still amused that Play Your Cards is up there at number 1. Spin The Bottle i assume is up there because it was the first shippy matt/foggy fics to be posted to ao3 when the show was airing on netflix. It’s high kudos count i attribute primarily to thirst of readers at a time when the post-comics Daredevil fic content was a wasteland. People still seem to really like my Daredevil fics given i still get kudos notification emails about them. Maybe one day it will be another fandom. 

Ship categories Looks like my most popular ship category was m/m, with a total of 86 works for that type of ship, followed by 15 for femslash. 

The 2 ‘other’ are used specifically for Ragnarok (TV 2020) because one of the shipped characters is a shapeshifter, able to to shift between boy and girl and even have body parts of both at will. I thought that’s probably an appropriate reason to use the ‘other’ category for lol.

Bookmarks Readers have bookmarked my fics 1,511 times. I usually don’t care about bookmarks either because users can remove bookmarked works. It’s not a permanent stat like a hit or a kudos. What i do love are people who leave comments in the bookmark sections. I don’t mind that some of them are rude, they make me laugh. Here are a few of my favourites over time: 

I got bored of going through all the bookmarks, i’m sure there’s more good nuggets in there. i think my favourite thing about bookmarks is sometimes users forget that it’s actually a publicly viewable feature unless they make it a private bookmark. it’s like a second way to get a comment and i love to see what people write when they think i can’t see it. 

Fandom firsts One thing i enjoy is creating fandom tags by being the first person to post a fic to it (looks at the camera like in The Office). Tags i’ve created are usually for music RPF. Some i’m proud of starting include Soulwax/2manydjs (band), Pond (band), Raised By Wolves (TV), Key & Peele (TV), Kidding (TV), Intergalactic (TV). In temrs of ship firsts, I’ve written for a lot of rarepairs who have never been written about before and probably never will be again so no use tooting my horn about those lmao. 

I used to also keep track of fandoms i had written for where my fic was the most popular in the fandom but usually in the case of Daredevil, IASIP or even Dirk Gently, a fic’s popularity was usually helped if the author had a strong tumblr following which i have never been able to achieve lol... nor do i really want for that matter given the insane shit i write. I’ll top the rare fandoms by default given nobody else writes for them lmao. easy award! 

Fic titles sometimes i have originality okay? Very rarely. Exactly... 55 out of 115 fic titles have I thought of an original name for a fic, i.e. not a song title and not a direct quote from the fandom the fic is written for. 

Conclusion Well, that’s it! it’s been fun to go through my stats page and see what’s been happening. I hope to one day see some of my other fics exceed the popularity of my current most popular fics but given i now tend to mostly write for fandoms of one, i don’t see that that will change in 10 years time lmao.

care for a death? - my darling favorite child of an au. My edling Hades au. This one-shot is only 2k and honestly an odd one out next to all my other longfic works, buuut, it's super cute and loosely establishes the grounds for a more extensive au if anyone's interested in further exploring it (in the 14k sequel hehe). I'd like to think I characterized edling very well with their new backstories in mind! And there's not nearly enough flustered Ling content in the world.

Reliable Conclusion - yet another edling pride and joy of mine! This time a Monkie Kid au, and this one actually follows my more "canon" take on edling (or, well, Ed), so this can serve as a very nice appetizer to my characterization of them in Crown. I also put a lot of effort into the bg world-building and the casting! It has a nice blend of romantic (well, queerplatonic to me) and platonic too, with edling and greedling respectively! I also finally take a crack at my guilty pleasure of Ed & Lust being besties too~ 03 my beloved you were SO real for redeeming her. All in all this fic captures a ton of my trademarks!

Falling Impressions - last but not least RIVALSHIPPING! Yes, yes, I do write outside of edling from time to time, and Yugi/Kaiba are esp a love of mine. This fic was written before I completely fell into longfics, so it's also a shorter work, but it's cute and captures some of my favorite tropes of gruff characters softening for their loved ones! Which is... quite the common trope that I find myself writing. Ehe.

9. Oops! Your entire fic repository has to be permanently deleted, but you can pick three to remain. Which three fics are you saving and why?

Well, first, I'd need to cry—but after that!

A Crown with Gems and Gold - yeah, OBV my edling magnum opus is going on this list. Crown is my first (published) fic to breach 100k and SO much heart and soul went into it, from the rewriting of the plot to the established relationship to the blessed whump; this fic has been a goddamn test of my love, for better or worse. But by god if I don't adore it to pieces. It has all the tropes I love and it's so shamelessly catered to ME. It's truly my pride and joy. I dunno where I'd be without it, considering I've spent the better part of a year now cracking at it.

We'll Be a Sweet Disaster - this fic is def one of my lesser known ones but it means THE ENTIRE WORLD TO ME, OKAY. Stalia is one of my favorite ships to this day and this fic specifically was my first successful crack at a longfic canon rewrite, one of my favorite genres. S4 of Teen Wolf was particularly my favorite because of Stalia and I just. I love them so much. And I'm honestly still so proud of the work I did here, even if it's notably older in terms of writing style.

Apple of Your Eye - yet another canon rewrite, this time of sk8! This one is esp dear to me tho because I finally got to write a darkfic for the first time. And by god was it SO FUN. I was honestly afraid that I'd overdone it with the dark aspects in this fic, but so many people commented on loving it FOR those aspects and I just. I've never felt that much love and support on a fic of mine before, honestly. It boosted my confidence by MILES and ultimately pushed me to pursue my other guilty pleasures! It was soooo worth slaving through Ramadan for it.

15. Which three fics were sleeper hits?

Okay so how I understood "sleeper hit" was as a fic that unexpectedly got popular, or took a while before it abruptly skyrocketed. That being said:

Apple of Your Eye - THIS FIC, HOLY SHIT. I posted it back in 2023 long after the sk8 hype had died down honestly, and given the prompt of the fic (a roleswap with Reki as Adam's object of obsession rather than Langa), I wasn't expecting it to get popular either. I felt lucky that I'd get even 2k hits or any comments at all. As of its stats today, it has 13k hits and. Way more comments and bookmarks than I can even wrap my head around. Idek how this happened tbh, like did someone just go around reccing the fic?? Was sk8 experiencing a resurgence I didn't know of? Either way, this fic continues to top my yearly fic stats.

What Sort of Imminent Threat - now this one. This one I had even LESS expectations for because—it's a fic about a musical, ffs. Who's gonna read that? Not many, at first! I wrote this fic loooong before the Ocean Saga (3rd out of 9) even released, so reception was predicably low at the start. But then. Then the UNDERWORLD SAGA happened. And the fic really exploded then, because ig we all needed collective sanctuary from the angst that was that goddamn saga. And then everything after was just pure trauma after trauma so. I'm not surprised when the numbers spike anymore lmao.

Mother(ghost) of Mine - THIS fic is the one I'm still most skeptical and embarrassed by, buuuut, yeah, I wrote this DP fic all the way back in 2020—and it was painfully self-indulgent. Like, in a way I was still anxious about, even as I was posting the fic. It didn't help my expectations that this fic was just. A series of fluffy one-shots. No real plot to be seen (which is most certainly not my brand anymore, and I find myself bored of that genre in fact). And yet, somehow, to this day, I am still getting comments and hits and the numbers just keep racking up. Not that I'm complaining, ofc, but it's just... extremely bizarre. Esp given the DP fandom tends to favor soul-crushing angst instead of fluff lmao. And this oddball is in fact my most popular fic still today. (Crown is looking to top it soon tho 👀.)

Okay so I don’t really watch video essays (that I can think of) but I’ll try to answer the others! This could get lengthy so answers are below the cut!

Top Five Shows

Friends - This is my comfort show. I’ve had it on at night while I sleep every night for over a decade. My sister and I quote it constantly and it just never gets old for me. (It’s literally in as I’m typing this 😂)

Supernatural - I genuinely loved almost this entire show! Except for the shitty ending they gave it. It’s funny and dark and all of that fun stuff.

Criminal Minds - I binged this entire show in like a month and a half. That’s fifteen fucking seasons my dude. Anyways I love Spencer a lot 🥰

Rizzoli and Isles - Listen I love a good case of the week show. And one with two female leads that are complex and well developed? Even better!

Hawaii Five-O - Same as the above but with male leads! I love the relationship between Danny and Steve so much.

Mount Vernon, Virginia - Not because of the house or that it was owned by George Washington, but because of the LAND. It is so green and right on the water and was just so beautiful. I went there 14 years ago and I still think about it.

Museum of Natural History - I wish there was a museum of that caliber near me omg 😭

Monterey Bay Aquarium - Huge, stunning aquarium with beautiful fish and a fun gift shop? Sign me up!

The local apple farms that my friends and I visit every fall - fall vibes with apple treats and hard cider like how can you say no

Top 5 Days Of My Life

A lot of what comes to mind are concert related 😅

Seeing Kingdom in concert and meeting them - It was my first kpop concert and I couldn’t have picked a more perfect one. I’d never been around that many kpop fans (I only have one irl kpop friend) and everyone was so wonderful and kind and welcoming. The members of Kingdom were all super sweet and I still can’t believe I’ve met them.

Seeing Marianas Trench in concert the first time - Absolutely jaw dropping. They sound just as good live and the artistry is insane.

Seeing Queen in concert with Adam Lambert - Absolutely legendary. Like idk what else to even say.

Scoring my first goal in soccer as a child - I just remember running to my dad and hugging him. We actually have a picture of that moment. (Also scoring a goal after using a move on someone that I spent weeks practicing)

When I adopted my dog Rizzo - Instead of a car for my 16th birthday I wanted a puppy. I couldn’t believe when my parents actually let me get one. Today marks one month of her being gone and I miss her every day.

1. how many works do you have on AO3?

Currently 18, but so much that I still have to translate and upload. And sort it beforehand, it's all a bit chaotic and there are too many fandoms to have a good overview of everything.

2. what's your total AO3 word count?

66,312 (but in the last year alone I've increased my average word count to at least 2000, often between 3000 and 4000, previously always around 1000 and I'm proud of the improvement)

3. what fandoms do you write for?

Oh God, too many. Far, far too many. From anime to other tv shows, but where I usually come back to sooner or later are for example Stranger Things, Yu-Gi-Oh or Teen Wolf. But at the moment it's Kiseki and Alice in Borderland.

4. what are your top 5 fics by kudos?

To most, if only with a heart or something, but to my shame I must confess, not always, but I'm working on getting better.

I always write a happy ending. Always. If there isn't, something is very wrong with me and you should be seriously worried

7. what's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Wait, you can categorize happy endings? So, there are some that are even happier than others? That's something new to me and I think mine are actually always equally happy?! xD

8. do you get hate on fics?

Well, if I had, I'd have successfully suppressed it, but I don't think so.

9. do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Yes, I do, but I'm still struggling with it. So I don't really have an answer to the question of what kind.

10. do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

Nope, not at all. I don't read them either. Just not my kind of thing. ^^

11. have you ever had a fic stolen?

I don't think so, but I don't think mine are good enough for anyone to want to steal them either. xD

12. have you ever had a fic translated?

Oh god, there was something but it was so many years ago that I really can't remember what language it was.

13. have you ever co-written a fic before?

No, but I would actually like to try it out, even though I imagine it would be very messy. But also very funny and exciting somehow.

14. what's your all-time favorite ship?

Do I have to choose? I really can't. I can think of at least 5 spontaneously. xD

15. what's a wip you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?

I have an open story on ao3, if that counts? I'm still missing a chapter, but the pairing is off because another one has formed. That's why I just can't finish it, but since it's only one chapter, I feel the need to. With the unpublished ones, I firmly believe I'll finish everything eventually. Maybe not for a few years, but I firmly believe I will. xD

16. what are your writing strengths?

As soon as I think of something I'm good at, I'll add it. But I doubt I'll think of anything, I usually find what I write mediocre or worse. But I publish it anyway in the hope that someone will like it. If it's even just one, I'm happy about it. 💚

17. what are your writing weaknesses?

The inability to write or finish stories with several chapters. Generally a deep storyline I guess. But there are many things I can hardly do or am rather bad at.

18. thoughts on writing dialog in another language for a fic?

Sure, if it fits and makes sense, why not?

19. first fandom you wrote for?

Inu Yasha, I think. Or Yu-Gi-Oh, that came right after, if I remember. But I think Inu Yasha. Lost my heart to Sesshōmaru. xD

20. favorite fic you've written?

Holy shit, now I'm supposed to choose that too? xD Depending on the fandom, I'll find one, but not in general. You have no idea how many projects I still have unpublished. Let's say this much: a very, very large amount xD
