Idk what’s going on… the weight isn’t dropping AT ALL

I’ve been doing 30-40 mins of cardio every day 🥹 staying in my calorie goal, and hitting my step goal !

I gotta re group and find out the problem cause it’s sooooo fricking frustrating 🥺🥺🥺

I'm lwk going to be direct here. I have spent my summer purging what my dad and grandma gave me to eat. Plus I had even more pressure because there were a LOT of beach days.

At the end my dad congratulated me on my weight loss. He said that I looked svelter and prettier. And my grandma got worried saying that she could see my bones (as you can see in the pic.. WHAT BONES??)
