More SaS au references, this time for the siren hunting ship: The Hellraiser (named by my awesome best friend @/starryeyedsteam)

Went with Thundercab for 2024!GB’s name for obvious reasons, and Maverick is apparently what we call Bochum!GB? I’d call old!GB Greaseball but he’s irrelevant because he’s dead before the story begins.

I love GB’s gang’s concept designs, I think they’re cool. Wanted to give them some more personality with their designs :3

Greaseball Appreciation Day: Sept 3, 2024.

Greaseball day- Looks like it is Greaseball day!

Favorite Greaseball? @gb-diesellok . He is hands down the cutest, best looking one. Muscular and with beautiful curves. See those muscles! He looks great in every paintjob he has had as well. Charming personality.

Favorite costume (character): All of them. all of them have their own personality. As a lover of GB, I enjoy even the On Ice and Tuacahn bulky one. My mind is capable of seeing the designs and making a handsome and beautiful version of it. Greaseball's charisma and beauty transcends 'bad' costumes to me.

Favorite song: Rolling Stock, Pumping Iron. As well as a song not canon to this universe: Engine of Love (Daylight Ver.)

Favorite Scenes: When he laughs and mocks Poppa/Momma. Terrorizing the competition. Beautiful.I also enjoy all of Pumping Iron.

Favorite Relationships(not calling them ships): GBxMe. GBxDiesel Gang. GBxDinah. GbxAnyPearl. GBxAny or All the coaches.

I have no 'headcanons' because I rarely if ever think of the musical version unless it is a dedicated discussion about him. I do have a personal canon (the same way your life is your personal canon.) that is my past life with him which to me answers a lot of questions that fans have as well as resolves a lot of problems that the fans seem to have with his musical counterpart. (If you want to know more about this, ask! Things such as why CB is with GB. Why GB yells out CB during the race with hashi in it...)

Unpopular Opinion: You have the power to fix him. If you hate him, that is on you. But this also goes for any character ever, however if hating is what heals you then it is fine. I understand that sentiment.

Thundercab (Genderbent GB aka 2024's Lady GB)

I have no favorite actor because I have not seen enough covers yet.

Favorite songs: the same as ungenderbent GB.

Favorite Scenes: Not sure yet, I need to watch more boots. However I enjoy the spark gun. Unique to her.

Favorite Relationship: xDinah. xMe.(1) xGB.(2)

Headcanon: I took in @gb-diesellok 's HC that was: Thundercab and Dolly(2024 dinah) are not train racers but partake in train roller derby.

(1) I HC this character as a flamboyant 'gay male' engine with the name Gearbox so I can do some selfshipping. I also HC the Dinah as a 'male' coach.

(2) Alternatively, I HC also her in a relationship with GB as part of his diesel gang ranking high in the gang.

Unpopular opinion: People are weird/agressive about HCs and ships with this character despite saying they embrace HCS, different perspectives, and so on. The musical itself does have her in a ship with a female coach, however she can be bi or other things. The same way people HC sexualities/attraction for other characters or even GB himself. I do not take into account what actors say on social media, their opinions are not mine and their opinions are the same as any fan's to me.

HIIIII I'm back bringing more Starlight Shitposts, because I've lowkey missed doing these for the funny, and also we now have the 2024 cast to add to them! I moved out some of the other characters (like 2018 BV/Dinah/Pearl, Dustin, Flat-Top and Animal-Handler Joule) to make some more room for everyone.

Favorite Costume: Current Bochum one, favorite tidbits from previous costumes are the Broadway mullet and the US/UK headband. I do like the New London costume

Headcanon: Thundercab (New London fem!GB) can play a mean bass

Unpopular Opinion: I don't know about 'unpopular' but girl Greaseball is pretty fire.

Remember my 2024 greaseball design? WELL IT SUCKED ASS LIKE ACTUALLY it was just the actual design but I made it bad. This time I actually Bochum-ed/old-ed it I think I think I win now. THUNDERCAB!!! ADMIRE HER!!

I usually draw her more buff but since I don't shade my refs it was hard to make her look natural so pretend her thighs look like that girl who squishes watermelons with said thighs

Speaking of Components though I ship their polycule hardcore I do specifically prefer to pair up Krupp/Purse, Volta/Joule, and Wrench/OC Charge as like their closest significant other within the polycule.

Galvanic/Components, aka 2024 Electra/Components (though this hasn't taken effect yet in my AU canon because they need their character development first)

Belle (2018)/Coco the French National (this one's a very new ship after the StEx Bochum instagram posted a video of them under the mistletoe doing what they call a Train Kiss which has just made me utterly melt)

And these are just the main ships I personally prefer, I still think pre-and-post-2018 Dinah and GB are sweet, some people ship OG London Rusty and Wrench and I like that too, there's honestly so many ships for Starlight Express due to there being so many iterations and generations of characters.
