Just a warning for everyone who checks out Mindcrackers - AnderZEL likes using the word g*psy (including all the stereotype that come with the word) and I've heard him use the ableist r-word several times. I'm not following him but sometimes he makes guest appearances on other Mindcrack channels and uses the same vocabulary there.

Yeah we had a lot of discussions about that and the fact that there is no real translation for the simple "they/their". I'm writing a novel with a generfluid/gender neutral protagonist at the moment and I'm really out of my depth here because there is no way to write that in German...

Which one?

"Out of the Furnace" or "Auge um Auge". It's a movie about a bunch of moody, white American men having a really hard time. Funny enough, the storyline (if there is any) follows every single white man in that area, despite the majority of the population being black. The only woman had close to no screentime and only ever wanted to have everyone's children. (The movie hardly even passed the sexy-lamp-test) 

Aside from that, the story was just weak and very boring. Everyone just waited for that one dude to die and that took forever. There was no tension and no real meaning behind that whole concept, despite the movie's desperate effort to try and be exceptional and meaningful. 

Yeah, just don't watch it. Unless you're into stupid gay jokes and dick- and godobsessed dudes.

i never watched it all i know is gay cowboys and that’s the whole movie

It was just... really dull and I've read the short story, I knew what I was in for, but I was just so... not invested.

Not to mention Heath sounded like he had cotton in his mouth the whole fucking time, Jake's fucking face bothers me, the ladies being a hell of a lot more interesting to me even though they felt rather stiff

THE MUSIC WAS AWFUL

It was like shit ya get off a copyright free website and the cinematography was just dull to see in my opinion

Hm… do you mean the grey boxes thing or that they’re generally small?

yeah kind of. i installed the xkit extension that automatically expands text field images, so yesterday it was expanding all the grey boxes to the images at maximum size, but now when i see a post with an image in the text field it's small (but not a grey box) and i can click on it to make it bigger (like how it used to be before the xkit extension was required)

so i'm wondering if tumblr fixed it and it's back to the way it was
