Steter AU: dream team/murder boyfriends

Stiles wasn’t sure when it happened, when exactly he stopped hating Peter. Between teaming up for pack business and being around each other more (somewhat forced at first), something had changed.

Stiles was the only person in the pack who could keep up with Peter, who wasn’t deterred by his snark and attitude. Stiles gave it right back or simply rolled his eyes. Peter could keep up with Stiles unlike anyone else, finding his intelligence, sarcasm and stubbornness absolutely enthralling. They enjoyed bickering, fighting sass with sass and worked extremely well together. They were no longer forced to work together, didn’t need to be.

Stiles had come to respect what he had previously feared about Peter- his strength, willingness to commit atrocities when necessary and the belief that he deserves what he wants. He had obviously realised Peter was hot but, to his own disturbance at first, he found his personality alluring too.

Peter had wanted Stiles from the very start. He was captivated by his intelligence, pretty face and valued what the pack obviously didn’t appreciate. Later it grew into more- wanting to see him succeed, to protect him, the pride he’d feel in watching him defend himself (Peter taught him self-defence).

As Stiles grew more comfortable and surer of his strengths he saw him slowly embrace his savagery- his fierce need to defend his pack. Oh, how Peter loved watching his boy’s hands covered in blood and his eyes darkening while he attacks.

Peter didn’t miss the smell of arousal in the air as Stiles watched him fight either. It felt so good to Stiles that with Peter he didn’t need to hide. Peter didn’t just accept this part of Stiles, he adored it. As he did with everything about Stiles, and Stiles felt the same way about Peter.

They became each other’s, but if you asked Peter he’d say Stiles was his from the moment he took his wrist and offered him the bite. Together they still did what needed to be done for the pack, but it became less about need and more about want. Want that ended in them ripping blood stained clothes from one another’s bodies, their bloody hands grasping insistently, displays of violence and power awakening a different kind of hunger in them.

When Peter’s double-cross of Kate turns into a triple-cross, the pack is left with de-aged Hale on their hands again. Teenage Derek had been weird enough, but teenager Peter is a damn nightmare.

For one, what are they supposed to do with him? This version of Peter wasn’t the one who tried to kill them all. It wouldn’t be right to hold him responsible for actions he hasn’t committed yet, would it?

And for another - and this one is a much more pressing issue - he won’t stop flirting with Stiles.

Getting to know you via tumblr is one of the best things that ever happened to me. You are the first friend I made on tumblr and you're the first online friend I also met in real life. I still remember how we went to Alpha Con together and what a great time I had there - not just because of the con itself, but also because I was able to spend time with you. I'm a very shy person, so I'm often very awkward around people I've never personally met before, but being around you honestly helped me so much. You welcomed me with open arms and I knew that I've made a lifelong friend.
