Hi everyone. I’m a 30 yo nonbinary trans man with disability who dreams of escaping an abusive home and legally transitioning.

Unfortunately in Poland to change your gender marker and name you have to sue your parents, even if you’re an adult, and my parents are vehemently against me achieving that.

However, I’ve been on HRT for 9 months already, and I feel much better than pre-T, but the dissonance between my presentation and legal documents puts me at risk while searching for a job or doing anything official really. Especially under current Polish government which intensified anti-LGBT propaganda in recent months.

Please help me get funds to pay for court fees necessary in filing the lawsuit and to move out from my parents’ home to feel safer and be able to get a job more easily.
