And with this video of my other set prop, I finished my session of ECG wip. This is a camouflage, from where I'll appear on stage. We have to consider it also a fake art book, because I wanted that the first impression of the public during my performance is "hey what's that?". So I decided to make an automatized structure that when the music starts it will be transforming into a circus tent where I'll appear on stage. I'm so proud of this prop set, I managed to make it as I had imagined, and it was not easy! I had many issues such as "what should be the height?" : the structure must hide me, and I'm tall, so I decided to make it about 2 m high and when it is open it reaches 2,75 m (because every circus tent has a roof). Second question was "What should be the width?": I wanted to make it slim, but I'm in bit bulky cosplay, thus I thought that about 1,20 m as width was a fair compromise (and I was right). The sides and the doors are in carbonglass as the roof. The structure is composed by a central cabin, two doors that open and close, and a roof that moves up and down. At the base there are two servo motors that are connected to the doors with aluminium bars, when the servo make a rotation it can open or close the doors; this input is driven by a pattern in arduino and also is timed with a timer pattern as for the magic boxes. I used velvet fabrics to decorate the façade of the circus and at the outside I made the Bianca's illustration as in the art book . I hope you enjoyed and liked my works!! Şahin Rulman olarak bu blog yazımızda sizler için step motorların yapısını ele aldık. Step motor satın almak isteyenlere yönelik hazırlanan içeriğimizde step motorlarla ilgili genel bilgiler edinebilirsiniz. Keyifli okumalar dileriz. Step motor tam döngüsünü küçük adımlara bölebilen fırçasız ve senkron elektrik motor çeşididir. Adından da anlaşılacağı üzere dönme hareketini adım adım gerçekleştiren step motorlar yapı olarak servo motorlardan farklılık göstermektedir.
Temel Olarak Step Motor Yapısı
Step motor yapısı temel olarak rotor, stator ve rulmanlardan meydana gelmektedir. Rulmanların temel fonksiyonu rotor kısmına bağlı şaftın daha rahat pozisyonda devinim göstermesini sağlamaktır. Step motor yapısının bileşenlerinden stator ise birden fazla kutba sahip olması ile ön plana çıkar. Bahsi geçen bu kutupların sayısı motorun cinsine göre değişiklik göstermekle birlikte, ortalama olarak 8 adettir. Öte yandan statorun polaritesi elektronik anahtar aracılığıyla kontrol edilir. Kontrolün sağlanmasının ardından statorun güney ve kuzey kutupları döndürülmektedir. Rotorun güney kutbu, statorun ise kuzey kutbu sıralı haldedir.
Rotorun mıknatıslığı ise sabit mıknatıs veya dış uyarım teknikleri aracılığıyla oluşturulmaktadır. Bu esnada sürekli mıknatıs oluşması sağlanabilmektedir. Adımlar aracılığı ile ortalama stator alanı dönmeye başlar. Akabinde ise rotor da yaklaşık olarak aynı adımlarla bu işlemi devam ettirir. Daha iyi seçicilik ortaya konması için ise step motordaki rotor ve stator kısımlarda küçük dişler oluşturulmaktadır. Ancak bu dişlerin birbirine değmemesine özen gösterilmelidir.
Rotor, Stator ve Rulmanlar Hakkında Detaylar
Step motorların yapısını oluşturan temel yapılardan olan rotor, stator ve rulman terimleri literatürde farklı isimlerle de adlandırılmaktadırlar. Stator endüktör olarak ve rotor endüvi olarak da adlandırılır. Dolayısıyla step motorların yapısını oluşturan temeller hakkında araştırma yaparken ya da bilgi alırken diğer adlarıyla karşılaşmanız kafanızı karıştırmamalıdır.
Step motorun yapısını oluşturan bileşenler arasında yer alan rotor kısmı ise kendi içerisinde üç bileşenden meydana gelmektedir. Bunlar rotor 1, rotor 2 ve kalıcı mıknatıs olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Rotorun aksiyal yönde mıknatıslanması halinde rotor 1 kutuplandığında rotor 2’nin güneye doğru polarize olması sağlanır.
