Customer Service Ensure provision of Assistance Interview of the customer for opening of accounts check completion of account opening forms required documents verification of documents checking of input data modification of customers data by verification of supporting documents. Authorization of scanned signature issuance of cheque books in the system and delivery of cheque books to the customers and custodian of undelivered cheque books. Authorization of closing of accounts amp customers standing instructions. 

Deposits Ensure authorization of Term Deposits created  as per customer request authorization roll over payment of Term Deposits and keeping record thereof.

Remittances Ensure authorization of all inward outward remittances on CBS Stelink SARIE systems along with Swift messages for other currencies remittances. 

Lockers Issuance of Locker and maintenance of all record co custodian of Lockers and getting attendance of licensee for lockers operations recovery of key and lockers rent accordingly.

Trade Ensure supervision of all Export transactions payments Ensure supervision of all Import transactions payments Ensure supervision of all TR created adjusted transactions. Ensure supervision of all Bill Discounting Transactions adjustments. Ensure supervision of all LCs arrival of Documents transaction. Issuance of all Types of LGs and balancing.

SWIFT Ensure verification and authorization of all outward swift messages in absence of Supervisor.

CAD All CAD related function i.e. Monthly Reporting of CAD Activity Preparation of Offer letters preparation Documents Co Custodian of Safe Custody of Loans Documents.

General Authorization of all types of transfer of funds a Retail to Retail b Retail to Product c Product to Product Product to Retail. Ensure authorization of Stop Payment of cheques and recovery of charges thereof Daily Checking of Vouchers Monthly balancing.

Treasury Deptt. Daily authorization of all back office deals in CBS and in Stelink.

Preparation of Availment ticket for each Credit Transactions against approved limits.

Email of account statements to other Banks and Customers daily monthly and issuance of balance certificates on the request of customers.

Daily checking of voucher operations sheets.

Checking of Daily High Risk Medium Risk Transactions  Sheet amp submission for approval to the General Manager.

Reconciliation All Nostro accounts reconciliation day to day and on monthly basis. 

Balancing Monthly balancing of Head of accounts LGs LCs TRs Discounting Cheque collection Unclaimed deposits.

Business details Preparation Monthly Business Reporting for Head Office.

Quarterly Remittance statement for the Regulator through Finance Deptt.

Preparation of Schedule of Bank Charges Bi annually.

Backup Of OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR TRADE OFFICER DEALER GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS.

Training Guidance Time to Time provision of proper guidance training if required to Operations Staff.

Any other duty ies assigned by the management

Skills

Minimum experience 1 to 2 years in operations department of bank multinational company.
