The "rebublics" of Vanillaclan have since joined together after a fire ravaged the Creme faction and part of the Magic republic. Vanillaclan is mostly trees, with small parts of moorland. It borders Hollyclan and Cacaoclan. Vanillaclan has a river running through it that passes into Hollyclan.

Cacaoclan is separated into the Mainland, the Milk Tribe, the Coffee Tribe, and the Licorice Tribe. All of these factions are relatively small, but are necessary to ensure the whole mountain is safely guarded. Cacaoclan resides atop a snowy pine mountain, bordering Vanillaclan and Hollyclan

Hollyclan

Hollyclan is not split into factions, however it shares territory with a local group of rogues. Hollyclan shares a border with all clans, including the distant Goldenclan. Hollyclan has several lakes and bogs, but is mostly humid forests.

In the auger au is Breeze Leafpool's and Crowfeather's? Also does Berrynose get what's coming to him??

Yes, he is a LeafCrow child! He was born partway through the AVoS storyline, young enough to have apprenticeship overlap and be friends with the BlossomThorn kits, Plumstone, Eaglewing, Steamleaf, and Shellfur.

He has a really interesting deal because of the political situation with his birth. With the Darktail situation behind them and Onestar recently deceased, Harestar wants to extend an olive branch to ThunderClan and show there's no more animosity. (Plus, for whatever reason, Kestrelflight has been unable to produce an heir and he's getting a little desperate.) Harestar frames it in a way where it sounds more like he's demanding ThunderClan fulfill their obligations with regards to providing one of Crowfeather's children. They still gotta posture at least!

Oh! And there's still HeatherBreeze. But instead of Heathertail being old enough to be a senior warrior marrying a barely one year old Breezepelt, I've made them closer in age. She's Onestar's posthumous daughter also born partway through AVoS.

As for Berrynose, the closest I get to comeupance (and really it doesn't count becsuse it's not direct consequences for his action, more just misfortune I've assigned him) for him in my plans so far has to do with his relationship with Poppyfrost. I'll put it under a read more because it's spoilers for my next thing.

Jaypaw and Poppypaw have a brief fling while he is still in ThunderClan being an apprentice. It's fueled entirely by teenage rebellion and the thrill of it being a forbidden relationship. They are found out shortly after Poppyfrost becomes a warrior and because of the age difference (in human years it's the equivalent of an 18 year old and a 16 year old dating) and the fact she's not patrician she ends up catching all the blame.

When Jaypaw is sent to be married off to Willowpaw, Poppyfrost is still longing for the thrill that relationship brought her. And the next best thing is to settle for Berrynose.

Now Berry was never quite fully accepted as a proper Clan cat because of how Jay, Holly, and Lion disliked him and his siblings. So him getting together with Poppyfrost was kind of scandalous. And Berry is aware she's in it for the thrill and if she still could he's certain she'd be eloping with Jayfeather.

But what are his other romantic options really? His childhood crush, Honeyfern, ended up being super close to Lionblaze which led to her hating him for the ableism and them becoming mates. Every other apprentice in his generation avoids him and his littermates because of the aforementioned not being quite able to be accepted because of Jay, Holly, and Lion disliking them. And he doesn't have much of a chance with younger generations.

So. Settling for Poppyfrost and constant paranoia it is.

Bristlefrost or Graystripe?

I’m gonna do Bristlefrost!

Sexuality: Token straight character

Gender: Cis but supports her nonbinary sibling Thriftear and trans best friend Rootspring (also token cis character lol)

Ship: A actually like her having a crush on Steamleaf; I just think it worked well for her character. I feel like in general though, she’s too young and immature to seriously ship with anyone.

BROTP: Her and Spotfur are really sweet together, and I love her relatiomship with her dad and siblings. Her, Rootspring, and Shadowsight could seriously be the power trio of the series if they all just stayed as friends.

NOTP: I don’t like her having feelings for Rootspring back. I think Root having a massive crush on her and being all dopey about it is really cute, but her having one back just seems out of character and ruins it for me. I like to imagine that the only cat she’s ever had a crush on was Stemleaf.

Headcanon: She got quite a bit from both of her parents. She’s tall, muscular, and has narrowed eyes with slits for pupils like Ivypool, but she’s fluffy, kinda chubby, and has a long floofy tail like Fernsong. She looks a ton like Flipclaw except for their colors and fur length. Also, not really about her in particular, but all of my designs for Fern and Ivy’s kids deviate from canon quite a bit (her as a dilute calico, Flipclaw as a brown and gray chimera, and Thriftear as a blue colorpoint)

Opinion: Really cool! I like her personality and how she worked as a double agent for Bramblestar for a while, which makes her sorta morally gray. I had hoped she was gonna be a villain, so I’m going to subtract points for that not happening. Overall 8.2/10, good work Bristle.
