i swear i am a protagonist in a kafka novel with this job sometimes
#today marks the first day i up and left the office in rage barely holding back tears out of frustration#not only are all the platforms we work on absolute shit they simply don't WORK as efficiently they should#but we are having massive delays with the work we are being assigned these days#which means that for long stretches of the day we are just sitting on our asses >waiting< to receive work#and it's not like i can work on other tasks on the side or do something else that counts towards my performance no#because THIS is my work this is what my actual job is.#so while we are dealing with all these problems that are entirely their fault they are STILL DEMANDING THE SAME WORKLOAD FROM US..#so like. you have to work! but there's no work right now! but your monthly report should still contain the required workload!#give me normal working conditions i beg of you#staying overtime because your broken system makes me waste regular working hours every day is simply NOT it my guy
