I'm currently being hospitalized after a great deal of transphobia and transphobic attacks and I really need help, I was jumped and beaten outside of my home in the alley leading to me being stabbed 4 times in the side and below and above my left abdomen where my spleen is while leaving home one night. This was a week ago, all this happened after I was initially stabbed before this by my uncle and cousin, I've been abused as a kid and still go thru it in public, I can't carry or have a concealed weapond due to suicidal thoughts and being hospitalized after suicide attempts and I need help paying for surgery to get an operation on my spleen which is internally bleeding.

Currently out of a job rn, and struggling keeping jobs when I get or have one because of a constant history of harassment or abuse or assault that I've gone thru in each and every job.

I'm trying to make a gofundme for this, but I've been having bad luck with gofundmes they get flagged as fraudulent and I haven't been able to get emails that are connected to my campaigns to verify me, my email tend to not come thru so I can verify or prove that it's ME. hii hi i saw you ask generic-internet-name for some Ashes facts so i thought i'd offer up some of my own:

-according to some old TVtropes edit, they would "provide cakes for the crew" that "none of them [the crew] were adventurous enough to try"

-have committed Solarcide (aka Sun Destroying), as per a list of crimes in a wanted poster of them

-on that note, they have TWO different wanted posters, where as every other crewmate (barring marius & raph) only have one. all the details are the same, it's just the pictures that are different

-have a track record of accidentally destroying everything they touch on the Aurora. Especially if it's brand new

-their canonical* (*the date on their mugshot) birthday is the same as Al Capone's!

it's been a capital-w While since i was into the mechs, but that's what i can remember off the top of my head! have a happy brain rotting!

hiii im once again brainrotting over the mechs and i was wondering if you have any info or cool funfacts about ashes besides what is on the site and in ullysseus dies at dawn (although i wouldnt mind some theories or something about hades cuz english is not my first language and sometimes jonnys writing is too fancy for my brain to understand :< ) cuz i always say i think they are the coolest but i barely know anything about them actually

so ashes facts off the top of my head

they were the only mech to canonically consent to being mechanised. all the rest are ambiguous

at every new planet they like to become a president. or a mob boss. or both. this was mentioned in death to the mechanisms

i have asked travis and he only says "not from a batman planet"(because matches malone is batman's mobster persona and that doesn't have anything to do with malone, the planet ashes is from) and "enemies with a musician that i am blanking on"

there's really not a lot about them!

and for the other mech's backstorys, we know jonny's, ashes', brian's, and tim's through songs, we know ivy's and the toy soldier's through the fiction, marius i think got the broad strokes of his backstory explained in kofi's blog and the death of byron von raum is. not yet in existence. :(. nastya has both fiction and a song that was never properly recorded, but it is in the lashings performance. raph we know literally nothing about, unfortunately.

carmilla's not necessarily a mech, but she does have a backstory in this album. there's also so much lore about her in maki's discord server but that's very hard to figure out and only semi-canonical.

Completely ignoring the fact that empathy exists. You do realize that 2% of the population in the medical field is considered very common, yes?

2% of children and 0.5% of adults have a peanut allergy and that's so common that they have entire rules around in in public spaces.

0.24-1% of the population has Rheumatoid arthritis. That's an eighth to a half of the number of intersex people!

1-2% of people are estimated to have autism, and that's considered a common condition.

0.1%-2.6% of people will get melanoma in their life time, and that's considered common.

1.2% of people have epilepsy and that's considered common.

Completely ignoring statistics like 6% of women have PCOS (which is a condition that can fall under the intersex umbrella). 2% of the population in the medical field is considered a common condition, and ergo by medical terms intersex is in itself common.

I don't think you realize how big 2% is. That's 2 in 100 people. If you walk into 3 fully filled classrooms (when I was in school a full classroom was 40 students). Chances are you just saw 2 intersex kids and didn't even know it.

So yeah. I think intersex is common enough to include in our discussions around gender and how transphobic rules affects intersex people.

I'm going to animate the entirety of Once Upon A Time (In Space) soon, and I just finished the first set of designs for the characters.
