When you are 50, you need a flexible body in order to avoid joint aches and body pains. Stretching is the most important part after exercising. Stretches for the whole body, including stretches for shoulders and neck, are required to keep your joints and body 100% flexible.

Along with physical health, maintaining & strengthening mental health is equally important for everyone. Men & women both see noticeable changes in their lives, be it mentally, physically, emotionally or spiritually, upon their turning 50. 
Both, men and women while young, are busy making a life for themselves and family. So, they tend to overlook the issues they were experiencing internally. Around 50, these issues need to be addressed and reprioritization is needed for a better mental life. Keeping health - mental, emotional, spiritual along with physical, should become a priority as we age

Being fit in life is most important. We need to give importance to our fitness, especially after 50, in order to stay healthy physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Through this video I wish to discuss my fitness journey, and my story of dealing with crisis in life with fitness and travel, through a new series of videos, which I am naming as ‘Fit@50’, as I am turning 50!!!
