Riley Lorde Jackson.
BASIC INFORMATION.
Full Name: Riley Lorde Jackson

MBTI: ENFP-A (Â Campaigner ):Â The Campaigner personality is a true free spirit. They are often the life of the party, but unlike types in the Explorer Role group, Campaigners are less interested in the sheer excitement and pleasure of the moment than they are in enjoying the social and emotional connections they make with others. Charming, independent, energetic and compassionate, the 7% of the population that they comprise can certainly be felt in any crowd. //Â âIt doesnât interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for â and if you dare to dream of meeting your heartâs longing. It doesnât interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool â for love â for your dreams â for the adventure of being alive.â //Â At their best, they are curious, observant, energetic and enthusiastic, excellent communicators, know how to relax, and very popular and friendly. At their worst, they have poor practical skills, find it difficult to focus, overthink things, get stressed easily, highly emotional, and independent to a fault.
Enneagram:Â Type 8 is also known as The Challenger. Eights see themselves as strong and powerful and seek to stand up for what they believe in.
Temperament: Sanguine
Moral Alignment: Chaotic Good â A chaotic good character acts as his conscience directs him with little regard for what others expect of him. He makes his own way, but he's kind and benevolent. He believes in goodness and right but has little use for laws and regulations. He hates it when people try to intimidate others and tell them what to do. He follows his own moral compass, which, although good, may not agree with that of society. Chaotic good is the best alignment you can be because it combines a good heart with a free spirit. However, chaotic good can be a dangerous alignment when it disrupts the order of society and punishes those who do well for themselves.
Primary Vice: Lust
Primary Virtue: Diligence
Element: Fire

Which Technical Skills Should You Put On Your Resume?
What does your rough resume draft have in common with all the other resumes written by other job applicants? Most likely it lacks some substance since you are wondering which technical skills to put on your resume.
The short answer is the ones that showcase your competency and proficiency with various tools, software and hardware and are relevant to the published job posting. After all, technical skills are a proxy for your on-the-job experience and thatâs why they need a prominent place on your resume.
Now, letâs dig in a tad deeper into the subject!
What are Technical Skills?
Technical skills are hard skills that you use to accomplish certain tasks and duties. Whether it is software knowledge, mechanical skills or other information technology expertise, this type of skills can be developed via on-the-job experience, training or formal education.
In essence, your scope of technical skills defines your digital literacy rate â your ability to interact with all sorts of apps, online tools, and other software/hardware products.
And digital literacy is now a given for most professions and will only grow in importance with the arrival of new tech. Per McKinsey, the demand for basic cognitive skills (such as basic literacy and numeracy) will be on the steady decline between 2020 and 2030, while demand for higher cognitive and tech skills will rise by 9%.
Source: McKinseyÂ
The bottom line: if you want to future-proof your career, you gotta invest in those technical skills and give them a prominent space on your resume.
Technical Skills to Put on Your Resume

This way you kill two birds with one stone â customize your resume to the position and ensure that it will pass through that pesky application tracking system that might be in place!

PM2 PM2 is great because it will relaunch your server if there is a minor error or even a memory leak. Itâs like having someone watch out for your server. Most people discover PM2 by realizing node index.js fails too often and if you get disconnected from your remote server by terminal or in bash.exe the node index.js command breaks. PM2 is not the only tool for keeping your server running no matter what. And Iâm not saying itâs the best one either. Itâs only one of many that helps you keep your server alive even if an API request, for example, generates an error. The most frequently PM2 commands I use are: 1.) pm2 start index.js --no-daemon (run and output log on the screen) (Note, without --no-daemon directive, you wonât get on-screen logs)âŚand⌠2.) pm2 kill (ends PM2 session and shuts down the index.js app) There are other PM2 commands (like pm2 monitor) but for some reason I havenât really needed to use any of them. 3.) pm2 dashboard opens this view with server memory analytics. An example of what pm2 dashboard does is depicted in the header image of this article! It will basically show you your regular server log plus memory resources. You have to use pm2 kill to stop the server started with pm start if you want it to stop. If you simply exit PM2 with Ctrl-C (pressed two times in a row,) you will only exit from the on screen log monitor but the PM2 will still keep your server running. Which is exactly what you want to use PM2 for. No more Broken Pipe messages! Log in or out of your SSH, have your PCâs power supply get short circuited by lightningâŚand it wonât affect your remote server that was launched with PM2. So how does that make servers fun? It doesnât. What I wanted to talk about in this article has more to do with the traffic we will track via our PM2 logs. Can Server Logs Ever Be Fun? They can. But it requires changing the way we think about them. And with a little maintenance work and color coding we can improve the experience! Watching server logs is tedious. So you received a successful 200 request. But does it really need to be shown on the console? Your analytics software is probably already tracking that. So what kind of things should we track and why? Itâs About The Intent of Your App Traditionally we only go to server logs when there is a serious error that happened on the back end. But if you are running an application based on concrete events (user registration, newsletter sign ups, sales, important API calls, etc.) sifting them out from general traffic will not only save space on your server (since youâre no longer logging commonplace events) but can make watching the server fun! Errors are still important, of course. But by tracking even more important things we're utilizing existing resources to serve (no pun intended) practical purpose. Letâs say there is a newsletter sign up. You can log into your Mailchimp or other account to check it. Or you can be notified of it directly via your server log which you would always have open on your screen. Now your server is telling you what went right. Reducing Junk Requests No longer track .html or other content files. Why? Your analytics will take care of that. A useful website usually has far more interesting events happening. Focusing Only On Positive Events Server logs are known for watching errors. But why canât we use them to output positive events like sign ups and sales? Reducing Attacks Server attacks (not always) but often come from a single IP address. Implement an IP tracker, and if your site is accessed 100 times per minute or you spot an unusual pattern you can disqualify that IP address. Optimized For Usefulness As someone who owns and runs a server, you have access to IP addresses of each visitor. They can be converted to geo-location in real time. Based on this information you can feed a different version of your content. For example, when I was selling my books, many sent me a DM on Twitter saying $34.99 is a fortune (to pay for a book) in their country. So what I did was I reduced the price to $9.99 for countries where $34.99 is a lot of money. This resulted in a few side-sales from those regions from visitors that otherwise wouldnât even purchase the book due to price differences. Now you have a happy customer who can afford to buy your book and you got an extra sale. It was at reduced price but itâs better than missing that opportunity. Everyone wins. All it took was a small tweak to the server. (Which was basically an if-statement that triggered change to payment link.) (Sure, people can get a deal by connecting to the sale page by proxy server.) (But I am not responsible for what people choose to do, only for trying to serve the customers in the best way possible.) Color Coding Events Finally, this is actually what makes server logs fun for me. If you color code your events, you can get a good picture of what just happened by simply glancing at the screen. console.log method can produce color text output. On ode server you can also use a module called colors (install npm install colors) which has a limited set of colors but itâs not a huge issue: For example: console.log(âABCâ.lightGreen); produces light green text. You can color code server events using this module. Just branch out with an if statement based on a type of event received. The .lightCyan is another favorite. (cyan and other colors have âlightâ counterpart in colors module.) magenta or lightMagenta can indicate newsletter sign ups, green can indicate sales, yellow can be used on API calls coming from particular geo-location and so on and so forth⌠You just have to get creative and work out your own color patterns based on whatâs important to achieve for your application. It could be image uploads, rankings or comments. Visualize Data Using Color Coded Charts Now that your server events are color-coded itâs time to visualize them! I quickly coded this analytics using CSS flex-end align for each item inside bars. Finally you can visualize that data in a simple color-coded chart. Here is a test from one of my own experiments for one of my websites: I superimposed colorful server-side statistics over my Twitter follower stats. I also re-scaled the data based on averages. I wanted to keep important events visible but I didnât want them to create ugly high peaks. So here about 1K âhitsâ is nicely scaled to something that can be aesthetic. Purpose: This will help me analyze in the future how creating & distributing new content impacts my Twitter followers and a few other things. Now each event can be visually deciphered without having to go through lists of HTTP requests. We are not tracking errors, only positive events. In a way we are merging traffic and important calls with self-made analytics software. (Letâs face it, itâs difficult to set up custom events in some of the well-known analytics softwareâŚeven if it produces great charts, itâs not tailored to specific purpose of your app. Making your own custom solution took me 3-5 days with basic knowledge of file system and CSS for rendering the bars. And there are no APIs to log into just build it all yourself.) I wonât tell you exactly what each color means in my configuration. But the way I structure them is that the brightest colors at the bottom (yellow in this case) relates to the most important event on the entire server like a newsletter sign up. The orange bars indicate how many times the newsletter sign up form has been viewed. So this way you can see conversion rate visually! Maybe I'm just geeking out and relatively this isn't even great amount of traffic but it really shows what type of velocity my content creates over time. Looking back I can see how well my content was doing visually. I get excited about this type of stuff. Now you see how boring server logs were converted to something more useful IMO. Your work can be reduced to making more content and sharing with the communityâŚand just watching the results outlined in this custom color coded analytics chart! No lists or error logsâŚjust with a simple glance you get to see all important events and get excited to produce more stuff!

NCMD ⢠Re: NCMD - Countryside Stewardship Schemes
Farmers are a cautious bunch and it seems that despite all the hype that came when CSS was first launched it has not done well. The system is described as being very bureaucratic to apply for and run by an underfunded department and seemingly uninterested staff who seem to promise all and deliver little in any given timescale. It has been said by those who advise farmers about the scheme, that "although Mid-Tier CSS was set up as a competitive scheme the level of uptake has been so poor that over 90% of all applications have been approved by Natural England". Something is very wrong with CSS and now the goal posts are going to be moved yet again even after the so called reissue of January 2018 designed to make it easier to apply for. The ultimate will be yet another revamp under the interim agricultural transition period between leaving the Common Agriculture Policy and the enactment of the proposed Agriculture Act. That said the issue of metal detecting access will not get any better if Natural England cannot even administer CSS with its existing low take up. Make it too easy to apply for and the delays will only get worse. At the present time it seems that NE are blaming detectorists for misleading landowners about metal detecting on CSS agreements. This would seem more a case of diverting criticism away from their in house ineptitude onto detectorists as an easy target. NE should be explaining the situation to detectorists as well as landowners. Although NE are members of the Portable Antiquities Advisory Group (PAAG)along with the NCMD, they never attend meetings and have to our knowledge made no attempt to contact the NCMD over their concerns. Meanwhile we are getting tales of woe from members who are being told that detecting is no longer allowed on land now under CSS and in one case it has been detected on by a club for some 20 years recording finds with the PAS as they went. However after some investigation local anti detecting archaeolgical politics may well be playing a part in that scenario. Amazing how they want the information from recording finds and then at the first chance to shaft the detectorists they are gleefully putting the knife in. There must be a moral to that story....

Creative Graphic Resume Designs â 52 Examples
When youâre a graphic designer, promoting your service depends solely on your effort and creativity.
Branding and marketing what you do in a professional way can reach the career heights you aspire for, be it an Art Director of an in-house company or the owner of lucrative design business.
Graphic design resumes are more complicated to make than regular ones, because employers use them to glance at your previous work.
This is why web designers are always looking to build the most captivating and beautiful resume to display to clients. Resume designs exhibit both your talents and the nature of what you do, and help you build a brand even when working independently. As simple as that â resumes make you unique.
To create the best resume design means to establish an identity out of scratch, and emphasize the breadth of skills and abilities that make you perfect for a job.
Modern resume designs are, in fact, a product of a lasting research of creative resume examples to find the ones that underline the advantages of designers. Treat the resume as you treat yourself before going to an interview â polish it, present it, and let it speak for you.
Read on our collection of resume design ideas and tips, and remember those you believe could help you create well designed resumes. Most of all, pay attention to curriculum vitae design that lets you focus on important information, and create the visual order you need.
Good resume design begins with contact information
It is imperative to write your contact details first, including names, phone numbers, valid emails and relevant URLs (to your website or online portfolio).
Most graphic designer resumes also include social media links, or indicate which live chat portals theyâre using for easier contact.
Make it brief and clear
We all have an array of personal and professional achievements we would like to share with our employers, but that doesnât mean we should include all of them on a single piece of paper.
Cool resume designs include only what is important, and help recruiters devote time to other resumes as well. If they come across a dense or endless resume, the impression it will make is not exactly positive.
Creative resume design works like a snapshot â it tells viewers a vivid and detailed story without paying attention to detail, and thatâs exactly what awesome resumes are supposed to do.
If possible, structure all information on a single page (or two tops), unless the employer requires something different.
Make it personal
Where would you speak of who you genuinely are if not in your resume?
Both employers and clients want to meet you personally and professionally, so make sure you reveal the details they need to confirm you belong to their culture.
Obviously, this process is not risk-free. It may happen you donât meet their criteria for an ideal employee, but thatâs only one of the many shots youâll have in future.
What is better is that a strategy like this will help you discover people you genuinely can work with, as it is always smarter to be rejected for what you are than be accepted for what someone thinks of you.
Although personalized, a good resume should also be professional enough to convince recruiters that your style matches their brand. What youâre doing here is selling skills just as you would sell products, so discover strategies that work, and put them in the front plan
Share what youâve done
The lengthiest and most detailed part of each resume is work experience, where you need to showcase samples and discuss experiences with previous clients.
Instead of simply bundling tasks you caught by here and there, make a neat list that speaks of all that effort you invested.
Remember: mentioning you helped or assisted a designer is not going to leave recruiters jaw-dropped, but explaining exactly how you contributed a print business drive up conversions will certainly push a button. In the ideal scenario, you will back up this information with numbers and statistics, and thereâs no employer who wonât be impressed by it.
The importance of your layer structure
A successful resume doesnât own that success only to content, but also the way that content has been exhibited and organized. Therefore, plan the layout in advance, and leave no room for confusion.
What we have in mind here is editing content down to one page, and dividing it in easily digestible chunk that wonât bore readers. Put yourself in the recruiterâs position â which is the type of resumes youâd like to look at? Is it the organized one, or the one that explains an internship on three pages?
Adopt a grid layer structure including rows and columns, and even add customizable visual dividers to let the reader know what each section is about.
This way, you will also allow recruiting teams exchange your information, and make a common decision. Write in a reader-friendly yet professional manner, and let them know you indeed believe youâre perfect for the position.
Choose colors well
Graphic designers tend to get over-creative and all personal about their resumes.
This often affects their color choices, which as emotional and effective as they seem, donât have the same effect on every person coming across them.
There is a lot to learn from color psychology on how recruiters perceive different color schemes, as for example the fact that blue is calm and stable, and automatically puts them on top of the list.
This, however, doesnât mean you should exaggerate with shades, as this makes your CV look less professional. As we already mentioned, youâre building yourself a brand, and brands donât use that many colors to make an impression.
Another complication youâd impose yourself with this scheme is limited printing (check PMS and CMYK), and the senseless look your resume would have when printed black and white.
Make use of whitespace
What recruiters also like about professional resumes is the ample use of whitespace, which also applies to cover letters and other application documents.
Why is whitespace so important? It is because they allow the reader to scan for information immediately, and find the key points right away.
This is your guarantee that no important information will be missed, so use paragraphs to break up your data. With a single wall of text, the recruiter wonât have a clue of what is genuinely important about you.
Bring creativity and professionalism together
More than anything else make sure professionalism and creativity is well balanced on the document. Posters and flyers, for instance, may benefit from completely casual and artistic details, but thatâs not the case with resumes.
In order to understand this, think of how the employer would judge your personality and skills based on what youâve showcased in the resume. First impressions are very important, and the better they are, the more likely you will be to get an interview date.
Speaking of sophisticated resumes, choose an easily legible yet elegant type set, as novelty fonts, uncommon color combinations and sudden gradients reject the eye right away. Sneak creativity here and there, letting the employer see that you know how to experiment, but wouldnât do unless asked to.
There is no such thing as final resume
Now that weâve put all things into perspective and empowered you to apply for the hob of your dream, it would be normal for you to roll sleeves up, and work on the completion of your CV. But is such thing actually possible?
With time, there will always be something to edit, add, or remove from the resume, so make sure you keep it fresh for sudden opportunities. This is your key to success in competitive industries where most jobs are assigned on the basis of impressions.
If youâre satisfied with it, donât change the layout or the color. Rather, add a page as your career is developing, so that all important accomplishments are there.
If you are creative and have enough time, on the other hand, you can always update the design to consider all details. It may take a while, but it will certainly impress recruiters and potential employers.
Resume design inspiration
Having a creative resume design as a designer of any sort is a must.
As well as your portfolio, it shows that you are creative, full of wonderful ideas and equipped with a ton of imagination.
While these graphic design resumes wonât work for a lawyer, an economist or anything in that job spectrum, for designers they are ideal.
In this article there are over 50 examples of creative curriculum vitae for inspiration from graphic designers created in Photoshop or Illustrator, but the idea can be adapted to various types of designers.
For example, a web designer can create his CV with the help of CSS, HTML and some jQuery to make it dynamic and attractive, whereas a graphic designer could use⌠well, a graphic design resume.

The 3 deadliest drugs in America are legal
The 3 deadliest drugs in America are legal
Tobacco, alcohol, and opioids kill hundreds of thousands annually. Marijuana, meanwhile, has caused zero overdose deaths.
As America debates drug policy reforms and marijuana legalization, thereâs one aspect of the war on drugs that remains perplexingly contradictory: Some of the most dangerous drugs in the US are legal.
