"RuntimeError: Make sure the Graphviz executables are on your system's path" after installing Graphviz 2.38

I downloaded Graphviz 2.38 MSI version and installed under folder C:\Python34, then I run pip install Graphviz, everything went well. In system's path I added C:\Python34\bin. When I tried to run a test script, in line filename=dot.render(filename='test'), I got a message

RuntimeError: failed to execute ['dot', '-Tpdf', '-O', 'test'], make sure the Graphviz executables are on your systems' path

I tried to put "C:\Python34\bin\dot.exe" in system's path, but it didn't work, and I even created a new environment variable "GRAPHVIZ_DOT" with value "C:\Python34\bin\dot.exe", still not working. I tried to uninstall Graphviz and pip uninstall graphviz, then reinstall it and pip install again, but nothing works.

The whole traceback message is:

Selenium using Python - Geckodriver executable needs to be in PATH

I'm new to programming and started with Python about two months ago and am going over Sweigart's Automate the Boring Stuff with Python text. I'm using IDLE and already installed the Selenium module and the Firefox browser.

Whenever I tried to run the webdriver function, I get this:

"Life is too short to build something nobody wants"

После долгих размышлений каким должно быть развитие проекта, я пришел к следующим выводам.

Многие стартапы фейлят просто потому, что не могут найти product market fit. Они не знают своих клиентов и рынок. Поэтому будет создан простой МЖП (минимальный жизнеспособный продукт), который и проверит все мои гипотезы. Далее будет создана бета версия для теста решение на первых 100 early adopters, буду вносить изменения и опять тестировать, пока не получу финальный результат. Тогда и будет launch.

Важно слушать своих пользователей и слышать их проблемы. Задача любого предпринимателя/стартапера дать людям правильное и простое решение ИХ проблемы. Поэтому, после теста гипотез, выдам на гора ПРАВИЛЬНОЕ решение проблемы.

Сервис можно построить без внешних инвестиций (при наличии правильной команды). Начать зарабатывать нужно с первого дня МЖП:  1) так мы сможем тестировать именно тот сервис, который хотим построить и приучим пользователей платить за него, 2) сможем зарабатывать первый деньги.

Я не верю в посевные инвестиции по двум причинам: 1) при наличии правильной команды гипотезу можно проверить и так, 2) получить минимальный трэкшн можно и так. Инвестиции нужны на этапе развития проекта, выхода на новые рынки, но никак не на этапе построения сервиса (при наличии правильной команды).

Главный фокус на том: 1) как построить сервис, правильно решающий проблему рынка, 2) как получить органический трэкшн, 3) как создать buzz вокруг сервиса и вызвать вирусную реакцию на рынке. 4) как создать unique value proposition (пересечение главной проблемы на рынке с нашим решением), 5) как создать рабочую бизнес-модель.

  Вместо того, чтобы писать бизнес-план, я взял Lean Canvas за основу.
