Serperior cinnamon un-rolls for the Year of the Snake! 🐍

Happy Lunar New Year! This was a really fun (if non-traditional) activity to celebrate the Wood Snake for 2025. We took store-bought cinnamon rolls, un-rolled them, and shaped them into the winding silhouette of the Regal Pokemon! The texture actually looked very scale-like already, but we covered them in home-made pandan cream cheese frosting, and I just love the results!

Lestat and Daniel fight fight fight!

So my friend Jay @radiocurrency writes this fic where Vamp!Daniel and Lestat gets into a fight in a park near the Golden Gate bridge (Lestat is trying to help Daniel lure out Armand by making him jealous, but oops they try to outbitch each other instead and it ends in a fight where Daniel gets so angry he literally learns to fly just so he can punch Lestat.)

The story is so well written, and the characters are on point, yet I couldn’t help but imagine a poor dog walker pass the scene by and trying to pretend he didn’t just see the rockstar Lestat and Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Daniel Molloy (he’s cultured and reads The Times when not walking his dog) flying through the air, hissing and punching each other. Just another night in San Fransisco.

Celebrating Pi Day with Rowlet cookie pie!

Soft humming came from Agatha as she took her time to patch up Nicky's favorite cap. Of course, she was humming their ballad, something she had fallen in love with, much like she had her son. These were the moments she yearned for, quiet ones that she truly felt comfortable in, the worry of Rio coming in the farthest recesses of her mind.

As she put the finishing touches on the patch job, she glanced up towards her son, who was only a few feet away, doing his own thing. It made her smile genuinely, seeing him just being a little boy, rather than be too sick to play.
