How much do you HATE top gun?

Oh, the absolute most. Worst pieces of media I've ever seen. Can't believe I won't get those hours of my life back...

I feel like I'm owed compensation from Tom Cruise himself for ever having to endure the volleyball scene or the beach football scene.

Okay, my Wrapped Confession is that I somehow only have 7 Jeremy Renner songs in my top 100, but he still made #4 on my Top Artists list.

Assumption ask: as an emo kid, youve owned a pair of colorful pants OR a beanie

I was absolutely the queen of colored pants!! I had every color! The red and the purple were my favorites. I then transitioned to those Hot Topic pants with the split legs. My favorite were the half black and white striped, half solid black!

I then definitely became a beanie girly when I cut my hair! I hated wearing beanies before that lol.

1. What song makes you feel better? 

--I Aint Worried by One Republic 

-- I know that's a sort of silly answer, but no matter what is going on in my life, if that song comes on I know that I'm going to be feeling better than I was before it came on. 

16. What's something you want to create soon? 

-- I want to get back into writing. I am also in the beginning stages of binding my own notebook, which is exciting! 

20. Tell us about a memory you hold close to your heart. 

-- When I was in High School, I had a teacher, Mr. Woods. He taught upper level English Lit and Humanities. I took his Humanities class and we spent the whole year learning about History and making art and all around just having the best time. There was one day where we had to widdle statues out of bars of soap, and while we were doing that, Mr. Woods told us all about himself and his life and it was one of the first times I really felt like a teacher was more than just an educator but a real human. I know that's crazy, but he was one of the first teachers I had that was authentically himself all the time. 

He has since passed, but I still think back on the time I got to spend in his classroom and the joy it brought me. Now, the smell of Ivory soap always makes me think of him. 

30. What do you hobbies look like? 

-- I am currently holding down a couple hobbies. First off, I am a Hanji artist. Hanji is a traditional Korean paper craft that was taught to me by a lovely woman here in Korea who volunteered her time in order to teach others the love of the art. This is a hobby that I have been doing for 3 years, even though there is no longer a class being held. 

-- I am also a writer, have been my whole life. I'm working hard on getting back into it. 

-- I am also learning how to bind books!

-- I am also into sewing and embroidery, though those have taken a back burner in comparison to my other hobbies.

Dear Anon, I'm so glad you asked!

I'm tracking both Fanfiction (in word count) and Pages on traditionally published media!

Word Count: 447,667

Pages: 538

I started my recording on January 1st 2025! I use the app BookTower and also my notes app for data that is unsupported by BookTower as it's still in it's beta testing!

Goal is 5Mil by October (was challenged by a friend of mine) and I did the math, I think if I keep my current pace, I'll hit it by mid August... We shall see!

Anyway, I love reading and words and thoughts. Thank you for the ask!!

My total pages for novels is 256 pages! I'm even prouder to say that I finished a new book this year and started two new ones! Not that I don't love rereading, but these new books have been exciting!

Y'all, I've been tracking how much I've been reading since 1 January 2025 and I just have to say- holy shit.

I knew I read a lot, logically I did, but now that I'm physically tracking word count for fanfic, and page count for novels and such, I am getting a clear picture of just how much I read. The number is staggering and I am so proud of myself.

My friend challenged me to 5mil words by October. I did the math and if I keep going at the speed I currently am, I should hit that goal by mid August! Ahh!

I guess now I just have to see if I can keep it up!
