I’m gonna post this now, since tonight I’ve been invited to my first ever real party, and won’t be around for any night time celebration! <:]

2024 wasn’t a great year again lol. I didn’t face near the amount of hardship I did in 2023- but, while that year, I was facing severe and scary change, with my family, I spent most of this year feeling stuck. I was tired, and I don’t think I’d properly healed from the year before. All I can really owe to it, was the wonderful people I met on here, and the personal growth I had, in my art and otherwise. However, I have a very good feeling, about 2025, and think some positive changes are in order. It’s time to start moving forward, and taking control of this life of mine again. :]

All of my personal creative energy these past few days has been spent on this next piece. Once it hits expect smaller stuff from me for a while lol. I don't normally write things this long, and I'm pushing to finish up before the Ao3 invite hits so I can get back to making smaller, fun things ;u; (not that it hasn't been a fun exercise, but like any project, at some point, you just wanna get it DONE lmao)

Expect the big Manipulative Ragatha short story to hit first, then followed by a grimdark MOUTHS flash fic that may or may not have art from Bosslady Jay. And then-

Another vision

Apollo struck me with further glimpses of things to be as I woke this morning. Visions of things I'm not allowed to post on Tumblr. So-

We're waiting to get on to AO3 so that the spice can be allowed to flow. Suffice it to say I will be using the wait time to work on serving up something HOT.

Yes. The first thing will be Manipulative Ragatha smut.

I don't want to leave y'all high and dry until then, so expect flash fictions hither and thither until the day arrives.

In her infinite generosity, @starryyskies has even given me an extra loaf of bread AND a patella full of salt to flavor it with so this vision comes true.

Not everything I write/post will be Safe For Work. In fact, I would say a majority of it probably falls into PG-13/R (or even AO) rated space. Viewer discretion advised.

I'll probably mostly post ficlets, drabbles, thoughts, etc. Or reblogging things I helped the wonderful @starryyskies with (and just her amazing work in general). If a creative mood takes me and I make something worth sharing, it'll be posted here too.

About me:

Call me Roy, or Tales. I use He/Him pronouns, and I am an adult. I've been writing as a hobby since 16 and, from what I've been told, I'm not too shabby at it. I've unofficially helped @starryyskies with several things, and under pain of not being fed my weekly loaves of bread after some encouragement from her I made this blog.

I enjoy all manner of fiction from the soft and cuddly, to the depraved and violent. The more it makes me feel of any emotion, the better.

Thoughts, a thing I need to say, and a question.

First of all: thank you. I never expected to get attention like this when I made the blog. I'm not an artist and I consider myself a mediocre author at best. But it's been a few short little days and nearly 30 people, some of whom I recognize and firmly believe are awesome artists, decided my work is good enough to follow me. That is a phenomenal boost to my confidence, and it really does mean a lot to me. I hope when we get to AO3 that the fic lives up to any hype built up.

With that said, this next part is spurred on by having a talk with one person already and observing an argument under a piece of art I liked and reblogged:

I need to stress that I am going to write dark things. If you are familiar with @/starryyskies 's work - I helped with several of her darker pieces, chief among them was helping with the non-con Jax/Ragatha comic. You can expect that from me.

If you aren't familiar with her work: this means my stuff will include violence and gore. It will include things like dubcon, non-con, abuse, manipulation and lying (see Manipulative Ragatha). These are all things I will not hesitate to write about. They won't be the only things I write, but I will not shy away from them. If this is *completely unacceptable* to you, please find another blog to enjoy. I am not interested in discussing the morality and ethics of harming fictional characters.

If you're still with me after that, good to have you on board. My question to you: I have a small AU of my own, unrelated to Manipulative Ragatha, in a medieval fantasy setting involving the cast. Would anyone be interested in writings from it (In case you're curious, because I know I would be - the main ship is Ragapom with healthy dashes of Funnybunnydoll)? It won't be anything huge (unless Starryy cracks her whip and demands we make more /lh), just little things between bigger projects. Fluff, smut, slice of life - wherever the mood takes me.
