A new LP begins: Chants of Sennaar!

When a LP finishes, another LP takes its place. Thus begins Chants of Sennaar. Chants of Sennaar is a 2023 game that seems to draw heavy inspiration from the story of the Tower of Babel, where the player takes on the role of a strange, hooded figure that is tasked with learning the languages of various groups of people and finding ways to get them to understand each other. It has flashes of games like Return of the Obra Dinn and Journey, and if you like context-based puzzle games, it will be a very enjoyable experience.

So, I gathered together some people that thoroughly enjoy games of this caliber together in ArcaneGryphon, JKLantern, and StarPrincessHLC, and put them to the test seeing if they can puzzle out what everyone around them is talking about. I'll also be trying to list the glyphs solved in the descriptions of each video where they are accepted into the book.

It’s like with Undertale when fans were trying to keep big youtubers from LPing the game. If your fandom starts out with this elitist attitude and try to push people away in an attempt to keep the fanbase pure, you’re already a toxic fanbase.

Exact truth. The mods and some of the fanbase have been trying to fight that attitude off and chastise the people pushing it, but it’s still prevalent enough to cause massive problems not too far down the road. The first stage of cancer has already set in with how harsh some people react if your post involves any shade of the New/mak/er theory.
