I feel like Damian had a phase where he became obsessed with the Paddington movies like 6 months into moving to wayne Manor, and for like maybe a week he tried the nice and polite thing. Only issue is, everyone is now on edge every time he's considerate.
Dami: Drake, I have made you a sandwich.
Tim, whos just gotten back from a two week titan's mission and is now highly suspicious: What's in it?
Dami, exasperated: Marmalade.
Tim, even more confused: Why?
Dami, just staring into his soul expectantly, trying his darndest to smile politely:
Tim, too tired to deal with this, taking the plate:
Damian runs off, Tim gives up.
Safe to say, after a week of everyone still being on edge he gives up and gains a new interest in warrior cats or smth.

welcome to cj haunted au
an au where two roommates move into a house with a ghost that doesnt like company
more info and notes under the cut :)
~~~~
Jupiter Storm
aka Mind
he/it
Quick to label paranormal events as something else, it took Jupiter a while to acknowledge Soul's existence. The ghost made it's presence very well known to him when it was getting tired of Jupiter ignoring him.
Despite it constantly pushing off the paranormal as something more "logical", Jupiter has the ability to sense and even touch spirits. A very useful ability for getting out of trouble. Though it does have the backfired effect of Soul's more physical attacks having more effect against Jupiter.
He has the brunt of Soul's attacks and has the scars to show it.
He has a habit of not sleeping for long periods of time, or getting very little sleep when he does. He did it before moving into the new house, but frequent nightmares have definitely made it worse.
Its body also has the tendency to extremely overheat for reasons he doesn't know. It has nothing to do with the paranormal, it just happens.
He is the only one that can cook.
Unfortunately sleeps in Soul's old room, which leads to issues.
He has chronic headaches.
Hates mirrors, leading to a lack of mirrors in the house. For the most part, there are only the bathroom mirrors.
---
Juno Moon
aka Heart
they/he/she
A fan of the supernatural and things alike, Juno immediately knew something was in the house with them and Jupiter. He tried to get in contact with this new spectral roommate, with success.
Juno is visually impaired. Despite this, they do have the ability to see ghosts, whether the ghost wants to be seen or not. Only, she and others tend to ignore whatever he sees due to their vision issues and history of hallucinations (visual and auditory).
Soul took a liking to Juno, so for the most part they are spared from harm.
They enjoy making friendship bracelets, making sure to make a pair for themself and his new friend Soul.
She has a habit of oversleeping which Jupiter tries to help them avoid doing, to little avail.
Despite seeming like the more passive of the pair, Juno starts way more fights than Jupiter does. They can also be decently aggressive if agitated.
They are a little too trusting of Soul, quick to push off most negative things Jupiter says about the ghost.
---
Grey Spring
aka Soul, Ghost, Spirit, and any other word for ghost
any pronouns (typically it/he)
A tragedy who has been dead too long to remember much of his past and who he was before. The only clear memory being his death, something it wishes it could forget.
A poltergeist whose favourite hobby is shattering glass. A lot of money is spent on buying new plates and cups to replace the ones Soul smashes.
It isn't too fond of people living in his house, chasing out most of the people who move in.
It was murdered by someone he was roommates and friends with. And when it sees Jupiter and Juno move in as roommates, it immediately assumes one of the two is going to kill the other and wants to prevent that from happening.
Soul projects his trauma onto the two, seeing Juno as more like itself and Jupiter more like its murderer. This leads to clear favouritism as well as a strong desire to want to get rid of Jupiter to save Juno. (Despite the fact Juno is more likely to kill Jupiter, opposite to what Soul believes.)
He also hates Jupiter for a number of smaller reasons, little annoyances that keep adding up. Jupiter is in its room, Jupiter keeps things dark, he's taller than Soul, he ignored him for a good amount of time, he still tries to ignore it while it is trying to threaten him.
It hates the dark. Usually ghosts may turn lights off for a scare, but Soul turns lights on for his own comfort. Something that annoys Jupiter, and sometimes Juno.
Just watched the Kung Fu Panda 4 trailer and it looks a bit like they're teaching Po the same lesson he learned in the 2nd movie (finding inner peace (of mind)) and the 3rd movie (connecting with the spiritual elements of himself and Kung-Fu)... and "bringing back" old villains could be a good way to tie things up but it also reads as a cash-grab strategy... but modern animated film trailers tend to be god-awful at making movies look good so I'm hoping this isn't indicative of the movie's storytelling quality
Here you go: three courses from one loaf of stale (or failed) bread:
(1) Soup. This one is mine.
(2) The traditional “grilled” cheese sandwich - whose name had always mystified me, because I’ve seen it done on both sides of the Atlantic and it’s been fried every time.
There seems no rule against including interleaving the cheese with slices of bacon, or cold cuts, or salami, so I’ve done all of them and despite @dduane crying heresy, they taste really good.
(3) Dylan’s pancakes as shown here.
As a dessert I’d interleave each one with Nutella or jam or honey, or you could be completely daft and drench the stack with honey or maple syrip, then flambeé the lot with a big spoonful of warmed brandy or rum and when the flames die down, extinguish them with a scoop of ice-cream or dollop of cream..
This move has definitely shown how many ppl do not like Steven.. also 25 employees is wayyy too much. They could of easily layed off some ppl and cut budgets.
oh, yeahhhhhhh. 25 employees and yet not a single one must have any experience in PR. at all. i also don't see how a lot of their series need that many people. that number is questionable when their shows can be divided into: guys go places; and: guys talk to each other at one place.
and i get the sense that people think this was all Steven's idea. and his alone. there's a lot of reasons to not like Steven (and the same could be said for Shane and Ryan, tbh), but putting all the blame on him for this feels a bit misplaced.
but tbh, i am thoroughly enjoying all the Tesla jokes LMAO
