Last Thursday’s combo box. I don’t make it a habit asking my customers to give me the feedback for their bakes orders mainly because I am sooo segan. People might take it the wrong way but in no way does it means that I do not or never appreciate the trust and purchased that my lovely customers have bestowed upon me. Not only does having feedback is crucial for a business, but I really am SO segan to ask for one. It’s been nearly 6 years baking and I think it is not more than 5 times did I asked my customers for feedbacks 🙈. But when my customers do gives me feedbacks, please know that I am very, very thankful for it, whether it is a good one, or if does not met the criteria. For that I am forever grateful. . I enjoy every single moment of baking for my customers, because i have this principle and belief that when you are happy baking it, it will translate in your end products. Hopefully every one that has purchased from me had good experience tasting the bakes. Again, I thank you for your support. And a shout out to Mayah for spending some time reviewing the bakes. Today’s edition for our combo box. Two nee items:- Burnt Raspberry Cheesecake and Jaffa Cake (Chocolate Orange). A flavored slightly custardy-textures take on burnt cheesecake and a hybrid of fudgy brownies meets truffle orange chocolate flavor cake. Some of the items that will be incorporated in this Saturday’s combo box beside two new items. All are my personal favorite. I never like banana based cake so much this one, the Hummingbird cake after much tweaking here and there met the criteria. I mean, who can say “no” to a combination of pineapples, banana and pecan and a good whipped cream cheese frosting to complete the whole taste? The ultimate Rocky Road Brownies? With that texture and all kind of taste playing in your mouth? Yes, please! A classic cheese brownies? Who can ever say no to that? That dark chocolaty fudgy and dense cake with that creamy cheese will always be a winning combination. And also another classic, the Victoria Sandwich Cake (well, it will be a normal slice instead of the square) is just perfect to give some citrus after all that creamy taste. Owh, did I tell you the two new items that will be incorporated in that box, the Burnt Raspberry Cheesecake and Jaffa Cake (Chocolate Orange Cake) will definitely give new taste of SSN’s baking experience.
