Masato Aizawa SS Sleep Headcanons:

-this man sleeps like a fucking rock. if he falls asleep, good luck waking him because he will stay that way until he catches his Zs or he has to use the bathroom. there are no sounds, no amount of tapping and no calling his name that will wake him without much of a fight. i can get in and out of bed throughout the night not have to worry about disturbing him because he just will not flinch.

-he's a cuddler! even if he's dead asleep, he's going to make sure i'm in his arms. sometimes, because he's such a heavy sleepy, i might be doomed to remain there if he's got his arm locked around me and not just a light droop. he typically prefers to hold onto me from behind but there are times when he'll let me use his chest as my pillow and he'll wrap his arms around me that way.

-with those two points out of the way, i can finally talk about the beginning of our relationship– he used to crush me! yeah, like rollover on top of me- crush me. mhmm.. i dont know if he was out of practice with holding someone in his sleep, or maybe he wasn’t much of a cuddler before? whatever the case, he used to tuck me in close to his chest at the beginning of the night and in the middle of it, he was squashing me under his tits like i was nothing more than a flimsy little pillow he was holding and it was impossible to wake him up to get out of it. this is going to sound so mean but i almost dumped him for that reason alone. i’ve since learned to love him through the crumpling and he’s learned to treat me like i’m a delicate, fragile human…as long as i accept that every now and then i might be locked in his arms.

-he snores….so  loud, i won’t lie, i’ve thought of smothering him at least once… i’m not proud of it but it was so bad i couldn’t sleep. I actually took the couch that night and when he asked the next morning he was apologetic. he was like, ‘amor, why didn’t you wake me?’ !!!!! SIR !??!?!! NO ONE CAN WAKE YOU!!!! sorry, i’m getting frustrated again just thinking about it– his snoring is probably the worst i’ve ever heard. it’s worse when he sleeps on his back. when he sleeps on his side, it’s not so bad. i’ve asked to see someone about it but he refuses… 

-he’s so affectionate at bedtime. i mean, he’s affectionate full-stop but at bedtime it’s like it triples and here’s what i think it is: he’s trying his luck.  i won't lie. he has a pretty high sex drive and if i’d go for it every night, he’d be up and at ‘em but i’m not. so, i just get an overflow of affection right before bed every single night and it’s nice. it makes me feel so loved but there are times when i’m not even up for that. i just wanna drop. after all this time, masa’s gotten really good at anticipating what my needs are, as i have with his and he’d never push me for anything. so, the extra affection is sometimes just that, extra affection which is fine.

-masa is like my giant personal space heater. it doesn’t matter what the temperature is in the room itself, he’s always warm. when it’s chilly, i can have our comforter then snuggle up to him and for the most part be pretty comfortable! he loves when i say that, too. he takes a lot of pride in being enough to keep me warm. he’s the cutest. however, remember when i mentioned how affectionate he is?  yeah, that’s sort of our downfall when it’s hotter out because like i said, he’s warm regardless. he likes to snuggle and i hate being hot- not a good combination in the summer. 

-he dreams about the late people in his life a lot, like his mother and morinaga and he always tries to remember so that he can tell me about it. he usually gets really excited because he believes that they’re ‘visiting’ him through his dreams. i love to see him light up when they’re good dreams. when he has dreams that he can interpret in a negative way, and either of them are there, he assumes that means he’s done something to disappoint them and sometimes that’s enough to put him in a sour mood for the entire day.

Izuku wasn't sure how long he'd been conscious. All of the sudden his vision went blurry, and he was suddenly aware his eyes were open. The sky was a fuzzy mass of T.V. static. If he listened close enough, he could hear it over the ringing. He knew this feeling well, maybe too well. Maybe he's too tired to recognize it.

Someone's over him, pushing their knuckles against his sternum. Rubbing harsh and quick.

“Mi…”, the hand moved to the side of his neck, then his face, tapping. “Mi….ya…Mido……ith me? Midoriya!” The shape above him came slowly into focus, colors fading backward. Black hair…yellow band around his face…

“Ss…Sen…”

“That's it, kid, stay with me alright?” Aizawa's hands moved to his torso, pressing hard on his side. “Just stay awake.”

well, the simple answer is marry aizawa and fuck nishiki.... THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT I LIKE AIZAWA MORE THAN I LIKE NISHIKI! let me explain-

i've liked nishiki long before i knew aizawa existed but nishiki has a ton of fans and i feel like he gets enough love through them when it comes to posts and stuff. i dont think there's anything new that i could add to the discussion. so, i generally keep my nishiki thoughts to myself. every now and then i post them. aizawa, on the other hand, is undervalued and underappreciated, therefore by my logic deserves more attention which is why i post about him more. that said, the love is the same but i feel the needs are different.

i would marry aizawa because i feel like with the way that i've developed him as a character, he's probably the most appealing as a long term partner. i get all the love and affection that comes from being his wife and i also get the sex hahaha. the way that i've developed nishiki as a character, i feel that the two of us are far too similar for it to work long term and we would clash in a major way. in my ss canon, we do clash alot because of those similarities. that said, nishiki is also the better sexual partner of the two. oops. like, i hate to pit them against each other but like, as far as my needs are concerned, i'd say nishiki is the better lover... so that's why i came to the conclusion that i did. i could go on but i feel like i've rattled on longer than i should have already lol

OBL Preview - UA Heroes

Record: 19W - 28L - 3T

League: 11th, Myth Division: 4th

"Plus Ultra" may be the team's motto, but after their first season in the OBL, they have a lot of work to do to meet that mantra. That said, their issues did stem from having an inconsistent lineup.

Both Katsuki Bakugo and Eijiro Kirishima suffered injuries, knocking both of them out for substantial time during the season. Thanks to their struggles, The Commissioner decided to implement a new injury recovery policy for Season 3, allowing supernatural healing between games, and ensuring players should not miss any games.

The main bright spots for the Heroes last season were Izuku Midoriya and, somewhat surprisingly, Mina Ashido. Midoriya acted the part of captain well and was in the top 20 of every batting category, even finishing 5th in home runs.

Ashido, meanwhile, stepped up to fill the void that was left during Bakugo's injury in game 1. Originally content to start the season on the bench, she played well enough for the team to keep her in the starting lineup the rest of the season, and was just one of 6 players on the team to play all 50 games.

Now, the team hopes to lean on the renewed power of Bakugo's bat while also looking for improvements in their pitching. Ochako Uraraka was good last season, but is hoping to be more consistent in Season 3. Shoto Todoroki, meanwhile, had an extremely disappointing season, losing 7 of his 13 games despite having the 7th most strikeouts in the league. He is hoping to bounce back and show a different side of himself in this coming season.
