We have an update on the Hell's Belles crossover/au thingy people!! Have a Virgil (also my art style went???)

@awitchbravestheverge (I wasn't sure which account you want me to tag lol please yell at me) @twoalpacas hello, two people who expressed interest in this. (Idk if you guys wanted to be tagged in everything I post about this or just bigger posts like this one /any fic I end up writing?)

Anyway so my brain finally stopped screaming long enough (and with help from my friend lol) for me to actually think out at least one of the sides, so:

Virgil:

He's a transmasc non-binary dude who uses he/they pronouns, is pretty GNC and works at the Hellp Desk alongside the Hell's Belles characters we already know!

Some backstory below the cut, not explained in detail but some TWs just in case: death (obviously), homophobia/transphobia, toxic relationships, also this is all subject to change as the au develops, this is just what I have so far :)

Virgil didn't have the best life growing up, his anxiety, undiagnosed autism and being gay and trans - though he didn't know about the last one until his teens - lead to him facing a lot of issues in the mortal world, his parents had pretty conservative, homophobic and transphobic views and because of it kicked him out when he was outed as trans at 16.

From there, he ended up staying with a toxic (though he didn't realise it at the time) friend, who later on became his romantic partner. He died only a year later at 17 in a car accident because of the same toxic partner.

When he first arrived to the afterlife, he didn't know what to do with himself, they told him he had a paradise, but all of the problematic people in his life had him so convinced that there must have been a mistake that he wasn't able to accept it straight away, instead finding himself lost in the universal hallway, so went down to hell instead in order to find answers. He met Judy first at the Hellp Desk and ended up being adopted into the Work Family pretty quickly.

In the afterlife he ages to roughly 24 but stops at that point. He has dyed hair that he changes the colour of frequently enough to be confusing.

I'm not quite sure why yet but it's very important in my brain that he meets Judy first, lol.

If anyone has any questions/thoughts about this AU so far I will gladly answer them/engage in conversation I'm excited about this.

I'm still thinking the other guys through a little so we'll have to wait for those!
