Lightning striking around them as they let their anger out, a giant beacon to his location yet he couldn't find a part of him that cares.

life here is weird...there's no jumping from place to place. No lack of sleep or never getting to truly rest. No complete loneliness....It's consistent, it's nice. Rayko and his partners are so nice, and I get to help them bake and paint and...I don't have to worry about everything disappearing when I go to sleep.

I think that I was never made for the events, I was always meant to live here, in peace.

the circle maker by sparkbird and i am not who i was by chance peña are both c!reo coded, and in this essay i will-

in all honesty i feel like. reo is sad. (which song 2 touches on) despite the arguing and beef they have with midas and how little they hesitated when they brought midas to the worldport, i feel like they hold a bit of guilt for how young midas was (personal hc that reo was also kinda young. like 18-19. when they became quixis.) when they became quixis and then everything that happened with icarus.

and when their eye started bleeding again they shoved down that sadness and guilt and just prepared, but the call never came and reo probably realised that soemthing went wrong and reo held that against midas.

[ Reo was fine a lot of days, most days actually. But there were some where it was too much. Where grief and emotion long abandoned to the recesses of their mind welled up and they couldn’t breathe. Those days were bad, and occasionally they turned into multiple days of panic and grief and vulnerability that Reo would rather die than show.

But Reo was human nonetheless. And craved the love he wasn’t given enough of as a child. A conversation between his partners played in the back of his mind again. A hushed ‘you can always call us’ whispered into brunet hair. A non-committal hum in response. Reo sighed, picking up his comm from the side table.

ReoStellam: hey is anyone.. awake? HaleyGar: i am!! whats up?

His hands shook, a uncharacteristic wave of anxiety in the pit of their stomach. They sighed, looking over at the cat that was curled around his ankles.

ReoStellam: im ReoStellam: can you come over? ReoStellam: please? Centross: everything okay, love? HaleyGar: ^^^ are you okay, re? ReoStellam: ..not really Centross: i’m on my way. HaleyGar: same

Reo sighed, biting his lip and sending a heart emoji in response before curling up on the bed again. The cat stood up, laying down in front of them. They smiled softly, letting their fingers run through the soft fur. Maybe today would end up better than yesterday. ]

it’s really just fate. I… miss being on the same team as them. it just happened that I teamed with two other people before they joined. the maximum we can have on a team is 4 people, our team is full now anyways
