Russia, Canada, America, Sweden, and Finland are all done so far! Just gotta finish drawing England, although he seems to be giving me the most trouble as of right now 💀

WOOOOOOO HETALIA HEADCANON REDRAWS: ROUND ONE!

I LOVE APPLYING MY HEADCANONS TO MY FAVORITE MEDIA AND HYPERFIXATIONS!!!!!!!! I have been losing my mind coming up with some fun headcanons for these characters because coming up with fun little additions to character designs brings me a joy that no one will ever understand. I plan to try and do this for some more characters and will also probably try to get those Italy and Switzerland chibis that inspired me to do this series in the first place posted separately!

I will promptly ramble about my headcanons under the cut (Plus close ups!)

Russia HCs: Russia is a man made purely of fat and muscle, so I just wanted to make him plus sized. Also I kept his hair more silvery just because I really like it (tbh I would probably make it a bit lighter than I actually did in my art).

Canada and England HCs: Literally not much changed for either of them, they’re mostly just stylized designs. Canada has freckles like his brother (America) and England has crazy eyebags because I headcanon that he does not have a good sleep schedule (making England sad/thinking about England angst brings me joy).

America HCs: I made America tanned, gave him freckles, and made him fat because I love him so much and gotta project onto him because I kin him and therefore he has acquired my special kin-based headcanons 💙.

Finland HCs: I REALLY don’t like the change of Finland having purple eyes and his hair being lighter because it just makes differentiating all the fucking blondes in Hetalia EVEN HARDER. That’s why I kept his hair and brown eyes from his original design because I genuinely just love that version of his design so much!!!!!!! Also he is Santa so he has to be fat.

Sweden HCs: SWEDEN WAS THE CHARACTER WHOSE DESIGN I LOVE THE MOST!!!!!!!!!! Sweden’s whole gimmick is that he is supposed to look super intimidating and scary, but I never really got those vibes from his design. I wanted to make Sweden look ACTUALLY intimidating, so I gave him this huge scar and a dead eye. I also made him look super pale to contrast with Finland (who is supposed to be rosy cheeked and jolly because HE’S SANTA!!!!) Also he totally got the scar in a very stupid way and Denmark KNOWS how Sweden got it but NO ONE EVER believes him when he tries to tell them about it.

I’m still working on the new podcast minisode. It's gonna be a new mini segment based on some dsmp stuff, so have these frames of Technoblade that I finished a while back!

I haven't finished the new minisode because I've been getting horribly burned out because of home and school.

These lil guys were originally for a comic that I called "I Have No Mouth" and I love drawing them all they mean everything to me!! I technically have the prologue for the comic published, but realized halfway through making the real first chapter that making a fully colored and shaded comic with a lineless artstyle is sorta kinda sorta VERY HARD. (Pretty sure making comics in general is hard as hell :P)

I have a lot of lore for the comic itself, and am constantly working on it, but until I work some more on my art, the comic will be in purgatory :p

One day I WILL finish this comic, because I think it would be nice time share the weird ass story with people :]

Some unfortunate things are going on at Zee’s home, so now we don’t have the supplies to make the newest episode as planned. The podcast will be on a bit of a pause until one of us can get the supplies to keep making the episodes. Other than that, I’ll just be posting some random art that I’ve been making for the podcast!

A NEW MINISODE IS IN PRODUCTION RN!

After this minisode, there are going to be 2 new podcast episodes, so there's something to look forward to!

Also we gave the podcast lore because we liking killing editor Sprout's free time (also we needed to find a way to around something that is getting in the way of the new podcast episode)

We don't have an exact release date so far, but we never have so fuck it :p

Unfortunately, before we could start work on the newest episode, Zee ended up moving away to live with their mother. Due to some EVEN MORE unfortunate circumstances, they weren’t allowed to bring any of their supplies that they had been using to edit the podcast videos, so we’re kinda in a pickle rn.

We’re working on some new ways to try and got the podcast up and running again, although now that school has started back up, it has been a bit of a struggle.

We’re not gonna give up though, so look forward to some more updates sometime in the future!

New minisode is out! I uploaded it yesterday night but was way too tired to show it off on here and make a whole post for it.

This video was kinda like some lore for the characters and to cover some things that are gonna be touched on in the next episode, along with the foreshadowing of one of our new characters that will be joining!

More minisodes like this will probably be coming out until we can make the next podcast episode, so there is something to look forward to!
