I will make edits for any Choices character (not MCs). You are welcome to send requests as anon, but just a reminder, I don't do "villains" or antagonists edits from anon requests, for those characters, you do need to request them as yourself so I know they're not "troll" requests.

#SpreadJoy Series

So I received an anon whose language I didn't like so I deleted the message but I thought I could address one of their "concerns" about my SpreadJoy series.

How do I pick the characters?

I don't. You do!

This series is not about me. It's about spreading joy. It's about making people smile. It's about bringing hope and inspiration to the ENTIRE fandom, not just my besties.

When I started the series, I did pick the characters out of characters I personally enjoyed and ones that I knew were well loved. But this whole project has always been about spreading joy to the fandom (not to myself) so I open up requests every time I run out. Last time I opened requests in July, I got almost 60 requests. I take requests here and on Instagram.

I get that not every character chosen will appeal to everyone, and that's okay. I get that people have strong opinions about certain characters, but guess what, there are still people that find joy in that character.

Do I love making quotes for some characters (ie- villains or characters with toxic traits)? No, but again, it's not about me. If I can do this to make someone's day better I will! I understand we are part of a fandom literally called CHOICES, which means people might have CHOICES different from mine and that is OKAY! It amazes me how people insist that all people enjoy the same characters AND not only that but visualize that character with the same exact vision. It makes no sense.

The act of choosing... the power of choosing... YOU have the power to CHOOSE your experience... but so does everyone else!

If you hate a character, block their tag, or just don't interact with that post.

Sending me hate because you don't like certain characters is not okay. Sending hate to others because they like that character is not okay. SENDING HATE... IS NOT OKAY. STOP IT! JUST STOP!

So I've come to a decision. While I will make any Character edit requested, I am not taking villain/antagonist requests through anon. I've been getting a lot of hate anons about this series, so I don't know if some of the antagonist requests are genuine or just a troll by the hate anons to fuel their messages.

If you want a villain, I'll make it, but just message me as yourself so I know you're real.

This does NOT apply to fan favorite "villains" / antagonists like: Gaius, Pryia, Aerin, Valax.

I promise I haven't forgotten about your drabble requests or your SpreadJoy requests, I've been a little preoccupied with Shadows and Deceptions. It's much more than I anticipated, but I truly hope you'll find it an enjoyable read. It will start releasing July 21 and conclude July 24 for National/International Private Investigator Day.
