9. my top track of the year was ive's "accendio," which has a lot of memorable lyrics! one of my favorites would be "now i'm changing, can't you see?" it fits the song so well and i loveee that a particular member sings it after getting a lot of undeserved hate for her performance skills <3

14. i'd definitely love more people to check out maisie peters' "coming of age!" i was recommended her music by a friend and that song was the first i heard from her: instantly made me a fan. she's planning to release another album soon and i am so excited to see her grow even more <3

17. most definitely "everything is boring" by the beaches. their remix with the aces is the version on my wrapped which i love because that special feature feels more relevant to the "depressed but make it fun" atmosphere i get from this song. (after that, "don't smile" is a close second for me!)

He'd started dropping by Matt's place more often. If anyone actually asked him why, Peter wasn't sure he could give a certain answer, but he liked being over. Even if it was just to help each other get patched up and share information about what this guy Fisk was doing, or about five or six other really sketchy people going all over New York. Matt had been right, having someone who understood what it was like was actually kind of nice to have. Peter missed it, he adjusted to the idea a lot faster than he first expected to.

Some days he could look at Matt when they were talking and it was like knowing he didn't have to explain himself. Line out why he did this, why Spider-Man kept going now, how he kept running towards the bullets and fires rather than away like he had no choice. Just like he was sure Matt could listen to him there and know he didn't have to do the same either. It was comforting, that's what it was.

Matt Murdock was comforting and Peter was still...processing, what that really meant for him.

It felt like it changed, day to day. Each conversation, every moment, and Peter didn't know if he could keep up with it. That night, it was familiar understanding and care as he sat behind the other, needle pushing through the edges of the gash he was stitching up. He knew Matt, he knew the Man in the Mask who went out in Hell's Kitchen every night because he had to keep the people there safe. The same way Peter had to do it for Queens, and Midtown, and wherever else he wound out for a patrol because really it was all over.

Peter knew both. The vigilante and the man, was at ease with them both. He knew who Matt was, just like Matt knew who Peter was and it was...it was just comforting, and he pulled the stitch tight before glancing passed the other's shoulder briefly and focusing on his patch job again, "Well whoever you met up with isn't going to be sending you fanmail any time soon. But I think I've got this just about finished and then can go grab...whatever you have in the freezer and for pain killers."

Favourite movie(s):  Name a Ghibli movie and 9/10 times its a favorite, also a big fan of the Guardians of Ga’Hoole movie (lets gooooo), not sure if this counts as a movie but F/GO: Episode Zero was very nice (Romani beloved), and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings was pretty fucking good

Favourite series: I mean i guess fate? It’s probably my most returned to series, though Ace Attorney is also pretty high up there. I wouldn’t say SW is a favorite but like. Sure.
