The much-awaited Tula's Premier League finally resumed on 19th January. The level of enthusiasm was no less than that of the pre-pandemic times. The event was inaugurated by VP Raunak Jain and VP(Tech.) Raghav Garg. The first match took place between Expandables and Super Strikers on the Tendulkar's Pavillion grounds. With the witty, engaging and interactive commentary by faculty members Mr Sandeep and Mr Emmanuel, and student commentator Riya Alam, the match came to life. After winning the toss, team Expandables set a stupendous target of 117 runs in just 10 overs. Determined and stoic, team Super Strikers chased down the target easily with the captain scoring 69 runs. Man of the Match was awarded to Zahid Ansari (Cpt. Super Strikers).
