You know what, lemme bring my old sketches back, cause lord knows i wasnt annoying enough about this lil piece of wiki trivia about filmation Prime (literally the more i learn about the 80s HP the more insane I get about my Kur Twins au cause how does this fact fits it so perfectly)

Basically, this idea is an AU for an AU, where Horde Prime's backstory is the same except for the fact that he and his brother are conjoined twins Since in this version the boys look exactly like their planet's local deity (also known as The Comet Brothers) they were worshipped since day 1 and the religious community didn't even need to convince people that they were truly the ones. In this story Anillis and Hec-Tor actually believed in their divine origins and feared to be proven wrong, because if they're no saints then they're just... strange kids, a burden to their community, unlovable defects. They were certain that they had no other choice but to embrace sainthood

So they gladly played along and were exploited by the high priests until a massive investigation was conducted that proved to the world that the boys had no godly powers and thus couldn't be real protectors of Krytis. Feeling useless, lost, humiliated and unwanted, Anillis and Hec-Tor wished to be seperated for the first time in their entire life. Thus came the idea of making new perfect bodies for both of them. It took them way longer than in the og backstory, but in the end, they succeeded. The problem was - they didn't like being in seperate bodies. After decades of sharing a life and a body, such huge change felt weird, unpleasant and scary. The brothers had given each other a chance at normalcy but soon rejected it, despite it all

But once they switched back, they discovered that the new bodies could move and speak on their own, that those were not just bodies but fully developed sentient people. It is when it hit them - the brothers had just created life. Their scientific invention could as well be seen as magic. They do have powers, they are saints, they are stars. No, they are better, more powerful than all of the stars in the vast sky. And they shall be treated as such. And they will make Krytis and the rest of the known universe fear and adore them, everyone will pay for ever doubting the brothers and casting them aside. But at first - they still needed a new body. One body for both of them, but this time stronger, more beautiful, more perfect. And of course, they couldn't just leave their new brothers behind too...

The 80s Horde Prime had two heads, the spop Prime's design at some point had four arms. The assymetricall extra eyes, the clones he keeps calling his brothers. It's almost like there's always someone else with HP, unseen entity following him everywhere, a phantom limb that still hurts at times, a part of him that could complete him but is missing. In conclusion, Hec-Tor is real and he's been hunting the narrative even in the 4th dimention (this is in fact a joke) Also, funny enough, this is my only au where I can see Prime changing for the better and not dying in the end, since here they're only a little insane, Anillis and Hec-Tor do keep each other humble after all. It's even possible that the clones are having a slightly better time serving this version of Prime

Princess Arrow of Bright Moon

First born child of Queen Glimmer and King Bow.

Nickname: Ari

Named specifically because Arrow wasn't a name ever used before in the Bright Moon lineage and her parents wanted her to feel free to be her own person, free of any pressures or expectations.

Wields the same moonstone powers as her mother: light blasts and teleportation.

As a child, she was a being of sparkles and pure chaos. That... did not change much as she got older.

Loves to take things apart to see how they work… not so keen on putting them back together again.

Closest to Entrapta of all her "aunts." The combination of Bow's tech smarts and Glimmer's complete lack of impulse control mean they are both a terrible influence on each other.

While most similar to Glimmer in temperament, she's closer with her father because they share so many interests. (Bow also has YEARS of experience dealing with a temperamental sparkly princess that can teleport!)

Glimmer spent most of Ari's younger years trying to find a balance between parenting her own way and trying not to become her mother, especially since her and Arrow often clashed about the exact same things. But as Arrow gets older and there's less rebuilding taking the queen's attention, the two figure each other out, sparring with their powers and studying sorcery together.

As a child, Bow taught Princess Arrow archery, expecting her to lose interest in it once she was old enough to receive her moonstone powers. But because her moonstone powers are so limited (she shares the power with her mother and brother, Prince Glow), her archery skills ultimately came in handy. To Glimmer's immense irritation and Bow's distress, though their daughter only has the simple sparkles and limited teleports she started out with herself, Arrow taught herself to concentrate what little power she had into deadly bolts of light that she could fire from her bow making her twice as destructive as Glimmer was at that age.

Arrow's prized possession is her bow. Her grandfather Micah enchanted it she can summon it to her side instantly, same as Glimmer's staff. Her father made it for her along the same design as his own, but in rose gold at her preference. Though he modified the design slightly it tribute to the princess' love of unicorns and her familiar, Horkey (one of Melog's brood).

Arrow considers Finn their unofficial big sibling. Despite the significant age difference between the two (Finn's about five years older than Arrow), they consider each other equals in matters of sneaking around Bright Moon and getting into mischief.

Arrow is very close with her Aunt Adora, who she actually preferred to everyone for a brief period in her babyhood-- something Adora lords over everyone for the rest of eternity--, but delights in antagonizing Aunt Catra to the dismay of everyone within earshot when her aunt gives it back as good as she gets.

What if Bow and Double Trouble had kids?

Introducing, Tiberius and Duchess Trouble-Arrow! (Yes, I've decided Bow's full name is Bow N. Arrow, regardless of what it actually is in canon).

It's so funny that you thought I was done posting about DoubleBow. This is an AU where Bow and Glimmer break up, deciding they're better off as friends. This improves their relationship and solves some of the problems they were having and brings them closer together in a platonic sense. Now that Bow is single, he starts to mingle, and mingle he does with a certain shapeshifting mercenary.

It's just a fling, at first. They're cute and all, but he doesn't see anything long-term in their future. DT is fun to spend time with, and they're really, really pretty, and yeah, they've changed a bit in the years since the war and learned to prioritize friends better and--Okay. So maybe he is starting to fall for them. There's something so alluring and irresistible about them, from the excitement of breaking a few rules here and there with them, to the way they tease and toy with him and keep him wanting more, and especially the vulnerability they finally show when they realize they've fallen just as hard for him.

They didn't plan on giving their heart to anyone, but no one understood them quite like Bow did. He knew how to listen, how to encourage them to be better without it coming off as forceful or shaming them for the things they'd done in the past, giving them room to grow and the benefit of the doubt.

He made them feel safe, above all else. Safe to try new things, safe to share more about themselves, safe to show emotions they normally locked away. Despite their every attempt not to, they trusted him. They trusted him more than they'd ever trusted anyone. The idea of losing him was like swallowing broken glass. They confessed their love one night, afraid that he'd reject them and end the most perfect thing they had in their life, but he didn't. He smiled, dark eyes glistening with tears of happiness. He loved them, too.

After a few years of happily dating, they got married, and all was swell and right in the world.

And then they had a little "accident." DT was unsure of themselves, worried they couldn't be a good parent, but Bow assured them they'd work together and do what they could to prepare for their new responsibilities. DT agreed to go through with it and laid the egg, which later hatched and ushered in a little baby boy, a reptilian with patches on his scales the same color as his father's skin. DT liked the name Tiberius--it was elegant, regal, and could be shortened to something cute, like Ti-Ti.

Ti-Ti was a handful, but adorable enough to make up for it, and he loved being held by DT most of all. Glimmer stepped up a lot to help the two, still very important in Bow's life, and Bow made her the godmother of little Ti.

They found their rhythm as parents and started having an easier time. When Ti was three, Bow suggested having another baby. DT mulled it over, but eventually agreed, and thus, baby Duchess came into the world. Tiberius, upon seeing the baby with much more green than he had, dubbed her, "The Booger," much to DT's dismay and insistence that sweet little Duchess was NOT a booger.

Duchess' name started out as a pet name; a placeholder while they brainstormed. Nothing was coming to mind, and they'd both been using "Duchess" so long that it stuck. It suits her, though, and she became determined to become a princess so she can be "Princess Duchess" and have a silly name.

Tiberius takes after both his parents pretty well. Inventing new arrows with Bow is one of his favorite bonding activities with his dad, and he's got the penchant for mischief and chaos of his moddy. He's obviously taken some fashion inspiration from Bow, and when looking through Granpa and Grandad's photo albums, he liked Bow's old hairstyle and decided to try it out for himself with his own little spin on it. Ti still mostly goes for DT when he needs comfort or cuddles.

Duchess is much more of a daddy's girl. She's not good with inventing, but she's learning archery. She's bubbly and energetic, always bouncy and happy to be near her dad. She adores DT and Glimmer, too, of course, and loves dressing up and doing makeovers with them.

Both kids can shapeshift. Ti already has it down, but Duchess still struggles to maintain a form for too long. Ti is asexual, and Duchess is pan. They have a pretty standard "siblings that get along but also get on each other's nerves" relationship, and they adore Glimmer and their Aunt Adora and Auntie Catra.

One of my ideas with this is that, in this alternate reality, these are the children DT had instead of Charlatan and Masquerade, or basically who Char and Quera would've been if born to a different set of parents. So, although they are different entities, I wanted there to be some overlap, such as keeping the older brother-younger sister dynamic, giving Duchess twin buns as an answer to Quera's braided pigtails, and giving them patches on their skin like how Charlatan's skin fades from green chameleon to gila monster.

I hope you like my silly little kiddos! Of the two, I like Ti's design better, but I love Duchess' hair. If I draw them again, I may simplify their skin to make it easier to repeat, but I do think they both turned out pretty, even if Ti does look a little like a topographical map. XD
