hmhmhmm. i like a good swap au. i’m not super crazy about the typical fandom trope aus but swaps can be fun sometimes. oh and as someone in college i am obligated to say college au, if only as a one-off doodle for fun, because sometimes i need to project my very specific american college stress experience onto fictional characters. i also do enjoy just grabbing characters from one thing and dropping them in another for fun

While not technically a crossover themself they do dabble more into crossovers (specifically kirby), as some of their dads are my friend @spoop-dee-boop 's kirby gjinkas.

Do you have any advice for what to do when you have too many ideas for a scene? I know that I should just write them all down, but I just can’t keep them all straight long enough to put them on paper

Maybe just try letting your mind wander for a while. You don't have to write down every little thing you come up with, but maybe if you just imagine it long enough, you'll realize your mind seems to come back to one or two of them more, or at the very least, maybe your thoughts will be a little less jumbled.

Another idea would be to write notes whenever you have the ideas. Just small notes of whatever it is you're thinking about, then piece them together when you have enough notes to write out the scene.

OR just take a break for a bit. Let your mind rest. Maybe you've been working too close for too long. Just rest your mind and maybe you can come up with something a little more coherent.
