spn fandom ignoring dean’s sadistic tendencies is so funny to me because it’s literal blatant canon that dean lets his frustration/anger out through violence: via hunting and killing monsters, torturing souls in hell, torturing demons (endverse!dean), and being physically violent towards his brother. of course he enjoys it — he gets the release he needs. violence is his way of dealing with emotions like grief and anger and it was mentioned/shown in canon multiple times
