I've got these sketches for some of my fantribes, I will gladly elaborate if asked!

Up next is a WIP for an art trade, I think it's looking good so far!

okay so something i was thonking about this blog @ask-the-splitmind-au (and credit to the owner whos name i cant remember IM SORRY) and i thought on my own take of this. So enjoy my thought vomit.

Artificer/FP: Artificer was basically considered as a failsafe from the start. FP knew the rot was coming, but he figured.. he had time! So he kept her around as a pet and insurance policy. He just never thought he’d come around to it. Essentially, he forsees he is fucking COOKED, so he sedates Arti and puts on a rushed conciousness transfer. This partially works! FP is saved, but it leads to personalities bleeding, resulting in a pretentious and judgy Artificer with resentment issues.

FP also takes on some of Arti’s traits, but moreso her pre-incident defintive parental traits when he’s in partial control. However, he still has that WALL of cynical thoughts. He’s still very unfamiliar with controlling a slugcat body, though.

Spearmaster/SRS: SRS saw this as the workaround to avoid a death by inevitable collapse. All other simulations he ran seemed even WORSE, so he decided SM was the best bet. The transfer for this one was less rushed, so it worked much better. SRS is the dominant personality, though Spearmaster can still take over. (And OFTEN.) They also finally have a mouth, as SRS wanted to experience some senses for himself. Though SRS is guilty about resorting to this method, they’re happy (partially) to be living life through a new set of eyes. SM doesn’t mind, as SRS usually lets them take the wheel whenever. The sensation of speaking is new, though.

Rivulet/LttM: A bit of a oddball one. FP was who brought the message this was possible to them both, and Moon, tired of being couped up, decided at a shot. Took a VERY long time to set up due to Moon’s state, but they took the shot in the dark and lo and behold, it WORKED! Rivulet and Moon mostly share control, with Moon able to interject and addon, while Rivulet mostly holds physical control while letting Moon whenever the time may arise. The shared partnership, a bit of a gem. Moon has a small crush on SRS that Rivulet encourages her to pursue.

Hunter/NSH: Another funny one. This one was moreso due to the absolutely horrible idea that NSH could maybe make it reversible after he got the brief idea of the slugcat experience. Shit out of luck! NSH got stuck with Hunter, and neither were happy but eventually got used to it, since NSH did use the time to surgically remove Hunter’s rot. NSH mostly is in control, Hunter deciding they’d rather rest after a misfortunate lifetime, but occasionally hijack for a while when they feel the urge to.

Saint (“Sliver of Straw”): A insanely botched one. Unlike normal, SoS made Saint using her templates from backup personality coding that was to be used only in emergencies. However, Saint eventually ascended SoS, and this led to a big problem when everything ran.

Since Saint had the coding, their mind warped to the idea that they WERE Sliver of Straw, even of they aren’t. They fully believe they are the iterator herself, and refuse to accept the idea they aren’t. After all, who else would have such divine power wielded? They’re calm, but a bit bitchy and pretentious due to believing they are.. well.. a random god.

Oooooohh, where do I even begin?

I think the one I wanna give shout-outs to the most is Jadzio/Zeraorarb, the runner of the Room Showdown blog. The effort and dedication they've put into that thing is incredibly impressive - as it was by far the longest running, and most consistent RW poll blog you can find on Tumblr. The room tournament has actually ended a few weeks ago, but it lasted about a year, and god, was it a blast to follow!

Next are creators who have given me (and many others) opportunities to voice act in their high quality works - the two most notable being Northflowo and Uranium Eater. Their videos are also just generally really good, so it was an especially huge honor to contribute to them (it also helps that they were real pleasant to talk to).

Speaking of really good videos, Opsiian has undoubtedly become my favorite RW YouTuber to follow. I never really interacted with her, but the sheer quality of her videos is insane - especially the ones dedicated to her OCs. Love the freakish art style, and the writing of the dialogue as well.

Something that's a bit on the less serious side is the Splitmind AU Askblog. It may not be for everyone, as neither its lore, nor its iterator dialogue is particularly canon-compliant, but it's still a charming little blog with a very fun premise and some neat character designs for the Slugcats.

Then there's the people I interacted with on Artfight - either through attacks or defenses. There are a few too many people to individually note each (about like, 10, I think), but they were all incredible. I loved the reactions, I loved the art, and I loved working with their OCs!

And lastly, I gotta give huge props to the people who I've got to interact with on Discord VCs - people that still stuck around with the SC community with me. Areon, Kuz, Floof, Byug, Herr Sten, Squeekles, Fay, Snovi, and a few others who I might be forgetting (apologies if you're one of them): You're all amazing people that are really fun to hang around and talk with, and I thank you so much for spending your time, on watching me fumble around in Expedition Mode. You guys (along with Jadzio) have certainly done the most to keep my sanity intact during these recent times, and I appreciate that a lot! ^-^

Oh, and the few who have rambled about Nightcat x Spearmaster with me are pretty cool as well (I believe they were Dingo, Stargazer, and Ooph, but I could be misremembering/forgetting). I'm not really much of a shipping kinda guy, but it was still a ton of fun, and I appreciated their art too :)

Apologies for making this so long, but there are many people here who I really enjoyed spending time with, or whose content I really adore. There's still a couple folks I skipped, I just felt like they were the most noteworthy ones, so yeah.

(The Protector did not hurt the judge as comanded by the pyro, and was given a convincing reason not to hurt them by the big slugcat, soon after that the two continued to explore around the tree, when the pyro have an idea to not have the robot continuing to cling on to her by telling the machine this)

The pyro: hey Protector?, I have a request you must follow for me.

The Protector:[what would you like me to do? Pyro]

The pyro: I would like you watch over The seeker at the nursery as request and stay there for a while please, do not worry about me I will be able to defend myself ok?

The Protector: [ok!, I will watch over the seeker now, remember to keep yourself safe at all times, I'll be heading to the nursery to see them]

(The robot said before leaving the pyro alone, as it heads to the nursery to watch over the seeker for a while instead)

the pyro: (phew) glad that worked out well, now that the robot is gone for the moment I need to find that big slugcat, and have a talk with them about everything that has been happening to me...

(She said as she heads to the other part of the tree to find the big slugcat (gourmand) and to have an important talk with them)

The pyro: h-hi there, I wanna talk to you about me and other important stuff, you might wanna know but uh, what's your name?, I haven't gotten to know you all that much so far, let alone your name, so you can tell me that before we go somewhere private, and uh have the important talk I wanna share with you ok?

This piece of writing has been sitting in my drafts for months now, jesus-

Two scenes, was gonna connect them originally but- Didn't work out!

Like I said this is also very old and I'm just gonna- Post it finally ig.

Sizzle looked up. He'd become so sensitive to loud noises lately. The Chieftain gently placed a paw on his back. He could tell there was unease in the way she moved. From beside him, her pup tried to move forwards, but Sizzle hushed them and watched.

Suddenly, with a loud explosion, a bloody and dark shape burst into the throne room. The Chieftain instantly raised her spear, and Sizzle looked on in horror.

"The Red Menace!" She shouted, leaping up to her feet. "Rally the elites! Protect the pups! Reward of ten pearls to whoever kills it!"

The Chieftain was barking orders, and Sizzle could only stare. No, no, I had killed her! She- She was gone forever! The flowers- The flower- It wilted! How can she be back?!

He couldn't go through this again.

Suddenly, he heard a voice cut through the chaos.

"Wait! WAIT! I know all of you!" From below, the dark slugcat was struggling upright and pleading to a pair of scavengers. "Misty! Hoof! Please, you know me! It's Rust!"

They paused for a moment, before the Chieftain herself leapt down. "Foul beast! I warned you before to leave and never return! Was the death at the hands of your own not enough for you?"

"Smog? Smog, is it you?"

The Chieftain took her spear and stabbed it into the slugcat's paw. Sizzle winced, looking away from the blood that spilled. He could avert his eyes all he wanted, though - He couldn't unhear the screaming.

It wasn't just pained. It was raspy and hoarse, like they'd been doing it forever. It was a desperate cry for help, a plea for mercy from someone suffering. The voice of someone who hollered to be heard, yet whose shouts fell on deaf ears.

Sizzle wanted to turn off his ears.

He wanted to ignore the howling.

He wanted to disappear.

Beside him, Sizzle heard the faint pitter-patter of the cub walking across the throne's platform. He opened his eyes, and they were watching over the edge.

"Back up," he whispered, tapping his paw softly to get their attention. "You- You don't watch to watch this."

The cub looked at Sizzle, before looking down at the Chieftain, flanked by her elites and stabbing spears into a mangled lump of maroon fur.

Sizzle reached out to gently touch the cub, but they suddenly took another step out onto the air.

Off the platform.

"AH!" Sizzle yelped, moving faster than he thought he could move to grab the cub by the scruff.

It felt weird. He was dangling over the edge, gripping a baby scavenger gently in his teeth. Slowly, he scooted backwards, bringing the cub back onto the platform.

"Clouded skies, you- " Sizzle was shaking, gently gripping the child in his paws like a cradle. "Are you okay?"

The Chieftain showed up before the pup made a sound. "Sizzle! You- " Her pose immediately relaxed, looking at him cradling the blue cub. "You saved him. You saved my cub."

"I- I don't know how . . . " Sizzle looked down at the unbothered cub, stretching for a second before curling up again in his arms. "Uh- Here. Sorry for just- I mean- "

The Chieftain scooped her cub up and held them close, before transferring them to her back. Sizzle watched in awe as the sleeping cub still grabbed onto the tufts of fur tightly. "I'm not mad, Sizzle. I'm thankful, really. He wanders to be with me sometimes. I just didn't . . . "

She glanced down at the red slugcat, who was curled up and held at spearpoint by several more scavengers who showed up.

"Didn't want him being close to that thing."

Sizzle shuddered. "Is she- Are they- "

"Dead? No," the Chieftain shook her head. "Heard you yell and realized what was going on."

He sighed.

Sizzle gasped, realizing who it was. "Stop! Stop attacking, I know her!" He leapt down, in the middle of the fight, and stopped in front of the red slugcat. "Ruffian!"

"Sizzle!" She cried, hugging him with no warning. He saw tears running from her good eye, streaming down her face. "Sizzle, I heard what happened through the scavengers and I- I tried to be here so much sooner! No one should have to go through what you did!"

He started to cry, too. Being here in the arms of someone he trusted, someone who cared about him, was more than he could ask for. "Ruffian, you've done everything you can, and-"

"Am I too late? To warn everyone? I see the Chieftain's still here, but it's- He's gone. Did she get him?" Sizzle could feel and see how distressed she was.

Because to her, that was her partner.

"The Chieftain is okay, Ruffian. She's not your Chieftain, but she's the Chieftain." He sniffled, stroking her ruffled fur. "I warned them in time."

"You're too brave, Sizzle . . . I wish I could've been there for you on every step of your journey. Been the mother you never had. I could've done so much for you, and-"

He slowly put his paw over her mouth. "Shh, Ruffian- It's okay. What you're saying sounds wonderful, I mean, it really does, but . . . I'm done living in the past."

"Oh." She looked a little deflated at that comment. "Do you . . . want me to leave?"

"I never said that," he said, fiercely hugging her. "You did what you could've done, Ruffian. And for that, I'm so, so, grateful."

She smiled and gently pet his head. "I never thought I'd have to protect a pup from their own mother. I'm sorry, Sizzle. It should've been me there to do that. But I was warning other tribes."

"You don't have to apologize for anything, Ruffian. You were truly amazing to me, really." He smiled and sighed. "I don't need a mom anymore. I'm an adult. But that doesn't mean I don't want you- Or anyone else- around."

Another Artificer walks to yours, with a worried expression and dragging a bag.

"Hello? Gourmand was saying there was a heavily wounded slugcat out here that looked like me. Do you want... ugh, of course you do. Stupid me." She said, facepalming.

From the bag, she produced a squidcada body, and smiled.

"Eat. I'm not here to hurt you, even if this is yet another result of a scavenger genocide. Smog showed me that care is what it takes to break a cycle, not hate."

"If I may, could i sit by you? We can talk, maybe even Judge can come out to help you with your wound. Would you like that?"

Artificer shifts to the side and nods, "Thank you, for the squidcada."

"The cycle of hate is what I need. It's easier to not think of them. I don't want to think about them, it hurts." Artificer's claws scrape against the cold metal floor.

"Let me feel this pain. Let me feel my failure." She breathes deep and the wound splits even further. "I don't want to think about them."

(The Pyro's character sheet updated and more note's about her)

(Both of these happened from @ask-the-splitmind-au when the protector accidentally threw a bomb by them, causing her to be blown away and breaking her left wrist in the process, left image is when her left wrist is just broken, and the right image is when she got her wrist fixed)

(More things to note about her)

She has a explosive resistant coat not explosive proof coat, due to her body still being underdeveloped and young.

she had become more uncertain of her future ,after that encounter with the blue lizard and the protector accidentally throwing a bomb by her.

She feels more comfortable around other slugcats and pups, due to them understanding her feelings that the robot cannot process at all.(though still not without being a bit weary around others just in case)
