Teen!Anne: Sure Mar-Mar. I’d love to finally play on the same team (and win) for once.

Teen!Sasha: You can count on us Marbles.

[Call ends, Sasha and Anne are hanging in Anne’s room]

Sasha: Hey Boonchuy, wanna do something funny?

Anne: Sash, no. We promised Marcy that we’d join her team, no going back.

Sasha: No, not that. Go team Mint or whatevs but I was thinking we change our inkling/octoling name.

Anne: we can do that?

Sasha: Yea, it’s a temporary thing. Trust me, it’ll be funny.

[Later during the Splatfest. First game the Trio enter together]

Marcy: This is so great to have my besties with me, splatting these non-believers!

Sasha: Hey Mars, do you like Anne and I’s new name?

You know one thing that really annoys be about not having a full season 3 for The Owl House?

We probably would have had a birthday episode for Luz.

Well this is only speculation on my part, but I doubt we'll get one in season 2 going by the titles.

Now you may be wondering why is that an issue for me?

Because it would have been Luz' 15 birthday. Her Quinceañera party.

This is better known here in México but its also practiced in many latin america countries, including the Dominican Republic from where Luz' family decends.

Quinceañeras are not just a big party for a big party's sake they are an important moment, its when they go from girls to women, theres even religious ceremonies.

...an important part is the dance, a waltz, with family members.

It would have been cool to see that in an animated show.

...besides that one episode of Dora the Explorer.

I know people wanted the girls to be together but what I think they don't understand is that they ARE together, just not in the way we thought.

We wanted them to not separate after everything but if you think about it that is both actually really unhealty, even with the repaired friendship and character growth, and it was the original problem.

The girls forced themselves together for years and that strained their relationship, after Amphibia while I don't doubt they tried their best it was better to let themselved some space naturally.

Because their bind CAN survive it.

Do anyone of you really think that after everything they really would stop talking for 10 years?

Of course not!

They gave eachother space and time, because they know what they need now, and though the road was more roundabout than we, or even they would have liked.
