The third one is talking about Sceptre, Sunder’s brother. We don’t actually know if he was really taxidermied (as far as I know. I don’t even know if Cybertronians have taxidermy) but he was a vibrant orange, and since dead Cybertronians are duller in color I assumed that he’d been painted to look more lifelike, which is some taxidermy does. So that parts just speculation, also we only see him in that one issue so we don’t know what happened to him or where they put him.
