Dear Mind Merger,

I think you may have already seen the end of the story of Autobot X, in the pages of Generations Selects. In order to humiliate and defeat the Quintessons, an aged and dying Spike Witwicky transferred his mind into a new body composed of multiple Neo Autobot City components: Neo Autobot X. But I suppose you wouldn’t know the chain of events that lead to this rebirth. I shall tell them to you now.

Sparkplug Witwicky had never feared death. While obviously an untimely death was something to be avoided, he was a practical man, and accepted that human beings got only one chance at living. Even as he and his son became embroiled in the Great War, he put his faith in the Autobots, many of whom he considered kindred spirits, like-minded tool and die men like Ratchet and Wheeljack. On one occasion, even knowing the associated risks, he trusted the Autobots with the very life of his son, Spike’s mind being transferred into the failed Autobot X prototype. After that terrifying episode ended, the prototype was stored away, and life went on.

Sparkplug grew old, and watched with pride as his son grew as well. The Autobots came to Spike and Carly’s wedding, Bumblebee bringing along the Peruvian villager Luisa and her brother’s convertible as his date. They came to the birth of Sparkplug’s grandson, Bumblebee in awe as a tiny hand pawed at his smallest finger.

Would they be there at Spike’s funeral as well?

The thought made Sparkplug shiver. Was his son’s time with his closest friends destined to be a mere blink in the eye for the Autobots? Why should Bumblebee be left behind as Spike moves on?

Thoughts raced in Sparkplug’s mind. The Autobots and the EDC had used data from the original mind transfer experiment on a number of projects over the decades. Binaltech, the Eldedroids, even the Kiss Players… Autobot X’s DNA lay in all of them. There had been other advances too, old technology rediscovered as heroic young men and women used the power of the Masterforce to transform, culminating in a borderline miraculous copy-pasting of personalities when their transtectors became true Transformer life-forms.

Using his connections and seniority among the Autobot’s human allies, Sparkplug began what became known as Project Neo: the development of inert Transformer bodies to be used as full-body prosthetics in the event of catastrophic harm or death. Unfortunately, Sparkplug wouldn’t live to see its completion, dying in 2040 shortly after the founding of the new Cybertron Alliance.

Only when humanity began its stellar adolescence as the age of Angolmois and the Selectors arose did the project bear fruit. Using the full processing power of the Mother Computer at Neo Autobot City allowed for a safe and secure mind transfer. Sparkplug had informed Spike of the project near his death, and to his credit never forced the idea upon him. In truth, I see the value in such a technology if used for good and the protection of life, and like any parent Sparkplug wanted to give his child every possible option. That said, only under the threat of death did Spike undergo the transfer. Perhaps as he grew older and reliant on the slavery of the Selectors did he begin to feel some disconnect from the Cybertronians around him… For shame.

As humanity and the Selectors spread out among the stars following the abandonment of Earth, the common adoption of Neo Autobot X technology was but the first step in the multitude of evolutionary branches that would bloom from the humans. If nothing else, it brought the humans and their Selector partners closer together.

I cannot help but see my brothers and sisters in this story. Such great change, all stemming from the love of a father for his son. As humans become Transformers and vice versa, I believe we find the truest glimpse of Primus’ dream.

But ok... I didn't think too much of the Cybertronians ships for some reason, but I will answer your ask with what I can!

Spike Witwicki, Charlie Watson, and Memo were the first humans to discover the Autobots, for then be found by the government, taking place the events of the Bumblebee movie with some crack moments of G1 (still not all humans known about the Bots and Cons). They worked for years together.

But while those parts of the story were happening, in other parts of the world like Japan, Tokyo, Canada, Mexico, and small cities, were other bots with their own human companions fitting the Decepticons, taking part in the events of the Unicron Trilogy Armada and Energon (Just that OP and Megs didn't take part on the events, they where small battles between other bots)

But then, the end of G1 happened, Spike mary Carly and had Daniel, Charlie mary Memo (they didn't have children but they still worked a lot) in time, they also discovered the other small groups of bots around the world fighting their own battles.

While the other got sink by work, Bee and other bots started to meet other humans, starting the cycle again! There's where Bee meets Sari Sumdac thanks to Isaac Sumdac helping the bots in repairing their weapons. By "accident" then he meets Raf Esquivel and Jack Darby saving them from the cons.

So, the TFA, TFP, and headmaster's cartoons events happen at the same time! While TF Cybertron, Rescue Bots, RID2001, and RID2015 happen at the same time too.

But in the part of which Bot partner the humans have, it really can change, they arent their permanent partners, sometimes they do a switcharoo thing.

And do ship some canon human/transformers couples! Like Marissa Fireborn x Thundercracker!!

So while they're in the Old Church hiding, Tessa was checking on her phone on YouTube when suddenly she saw Y/N modeling on Victoria's Secret. It was all about her in Victoria's Secret every outfit and catwalk. The music is playing' Roses Imanbek by Saint Jhn". Y/N tries to stop Tessa when the bots were curious too. When she showed it, Bee used a bigger screen and everyone was whistling and making kinky talk to her. She is so flustered while Prime has a horny thing on his mind. So the Prime teased her in a kinky way which others were shocked. Then Cade said, "Yeah, I'd be happy for u that she'll be your girlfriend. She really needs it." Oh man, the day is just crazy! Apparently, Cade brought an old truck to his place together with Lucas. Cade Yeager is a single father of Tessa Yeager. The truck is a Transformer named Optimus Prime, the leader of the Autobots. He's being hunted by KSI and that's why he's hiding. He got separated from his team and Ratchet got sadly killed... Sam Witwicky, along with his girlfriend, mysteriously disappeared.

The old truck transformed inside Cade's barn and man, he's mad! He obviously had his reasons to be mad. Y/N and Cade manage to calm him down. While they both started to fix him, the Prime fell his optics on the 20-year-old mechanic girl. She's just so beautiful...

Anyway, the story continued and Lucas got killed sadly. Everyone was sad that they lost a friend. The adventure continued and yadda, yadda, yadda. Let's get to the point of view now. The church. (I couldn't find a video where the church part scene played).

Everyone is now at the church, hiding. It was safe at least! Optimus and Cade are chatting while others are doing their stuff. Tessa is on her phone, checking random stuff out. It made Y/N very nervous. She has a secret and she didn't want others to find out. She made a video once where she dressed in every Victoria's Secret outfit. She even catwalked in her video for Primus's sake! She thought that no one would ever find out... She's wrong.

"You need to get some recharge, Y/N," said a familiar deep voice.

Y/N gasps and turned around to see Optimus but around her height. Looks like he made himself small. He then stood right behind her, pressing his tank and chassis area against her back. Sector 7, otherwise known as the X-Files department, gets a call through about giant alien bugs, as you do. By spring of 1982, the American and Canadian governments are in private talks with Optimus Prime of Hive Iacon and his Lord Protector Megatron over What, Exactly, the Fuck Is Happening.

by 1984, the “fairies” of Cybertron are more or less acknowledged by NATO, though there are a few caveats: any Cybertronian staying on Earth has to be kitted out with tracking devices, among other things, and any discovered portals are immediately secured by Sector 7 (often with help from Wheeljack), which has now become an international organization with chapters in several major countries.

Professor Sumac is the head researcher for Sector 7 and eventually employs Carly full-time as their primary Faerie medic on site at Mt. Spike and Carly got married shortly after Carly finished her studies, and they have Daniel in 1986. You can imagine the surprise and alarm among the Cybertronians when Daniel was not, in fact, an egg.

Bee lives with Charlie in a treehouse built in her backyard, which has a rope bridge that crosses over into the second floor of her house.

*Changelings are also known as Pretenders; the 1980′s are not the first time Cybertronians have been to Earth. From roughly 3,500 BCE to 900 CE, both Seelie and Unseelie Fae were present on the planet and often clashed with each other, though most disliked humans and sought to remain out of sight. Those who became close with humans and exposed them to large amounts of magic left residual imprints on their genetic structures, creating hidden lines of mutations and adaptions that still carry on to modern populations. Ireland and Britain had the strongest concentrations, though there are pockets in Siberia, Central Africa, India, and South America. Changeling attributes vary, but many are often ostracized for being weird as kids.

G1 Transformers AU where it was not a 'good' thing to have Human/Mech bc of several severe problems. The Matrix looked at Bumblebee and Spike and said "Nah, I'm breaking my own rules" and kind of. 'redid' Spike in a way no one, not even Spike himself, could figure out until years later.

This had the side affect of both Bumblebee and Spike to be able to fuse, and thats how i got this!!-

This fan fusion is loosely based off of Rhodonite from SU/Steven Universe if you couldnt tell.
