first time using gauche paint and i actually love it so yayy! This is something I’ve wanted to paint for a while and I’m actually surprised it turned out good! It’s Spike in 7/2 Beneath You and it’s actually a favorite scene of mine to watch.

Another digital painting finished and we’re branching out from Star Wars to the Buffyverse!

In the time this drawing took, I finished my PhD to become a Doctor (in physics, I’m not that kind of doctor) and started a job as a research scientist. I started this in March 2023 and finished it 2 days before 2024 started. I draw when stressed or for fun and let me tell you, writing a 260+ page thesis is heckin stressful, as is doing a viva (thesis defence) and so is starting a new job!
