Day eleven of this multi-day drawing.

Lowkey disappointed Buffy didn't have to keep up the ruse of being in a band with Spike for longer. Like, we could have been treated to rehearsals. Gigs, a bit further down the line when the other band members (I'm thinking Clem, brought in by Spike, and some chill dude that Oz finds for Buffy because she will NOT be outnumbered by demons in her own band!) threaten to walk if they don't start playing for real. Spike really getting into writing lyrics, old poetry boy that he is. Buffy having to learn the drums (she's a natural, of course; Slayers are supremely gifted at hitting things). They play The Bronze. They pick up a few fans.

Angel and Drusilla is just as perplexed about this development as the Scoobies are. Spike has long since forgotten about bringing Angel down and winning Dru back, he's having the time of his life. Buffy is very vocal about how this isn't a real band but now they're planning a summer tour.

The role reversal where she shasays out of the church with him in a bridal carry is just a chef kiss gendar bend and such a visual of spikes I can be your boy toy I can be your bride kinda vibe

my fav sprusilla moment is dru saving spike from the church’s collapse. lifting him up with one hand while saying ‘‘don’t worry dear, i’ll make you strong again.’’ mirroring the way spike went through hell just to save her. PEAK.
