Before I talk about this recipe, I'd like to give a small tip to make your chicken tender AF! You do it by marinating chicken twice. At first you marinate chicken and keep it aside for an hour. You will notice that chicken will start leaving water. That is when you take the excess water out and marinate chicken the second time. This way your chicken will be tender, and juicy 👅 Coming over to how I happened to make this recipe ➡ ➡One of my dearest friend @goodfooddrool introduced me to Keya Piri Piri powder and it changed my life 😁 I wanted to try something different and so I decided to make chicken with Piri Piri powder.
