What is Rocket's workout routine (if he has one) and diet like?
Ask incredibly invasive questions about the character! The writer will answer and the character will react to having their private information made public.
Mun: Rocket will work out mostly to keep limber because his enhancements already gave him added strength, agility and durability. He'll stretch out/warm up if he knows shit's about to go down but typically he just dives into the work. When not undergoing a battle, he will take breaks from working on projects to do some physical activity, sometimes it may just be a walk, or he'll climb when there's opportunity to do so. As for an actual routine, he follows a routine when we wakes up sometimes that wakes his body up with a combination of stretches and muscle training. Rocket is in great shape and part of the reason is because he's always pushing his body, whether it's hauling around heavy artillery like it's nothing, climbing or running, he prides himself on maintaining it.
As for diet Rocket is an omnivore with few restrictions. He boasts a protein rich diet, with healthy fats, carbs, fruits and vegetables and he stays hydrated. Typically he eats very small meals but has them frequently opposed to eating a few large meals. He's got a smaller 'fuel tank' but he burns through it pretty fast. Rocket also generally isn't a fan of sugary foods. He wouldn't call himself a health freak and he does enjoy salty junk foods but he doesn't overdo it. His favorite foods are usually nuts, jerked meats, dried fruits for what he'll have on him. He loves food like fish, tomatoes, avocados, seeds (like sesame, sunflowers, poppy) and softer fruits like peaches or grapes. There are plenty of space foods too that he eats that are in that same vein. Even if Rocket doesn't have much a sweet tooth he makes an exception for honey and fruits. While Rocket likes salty and spicy foods, his tastes are generally a bit more bland. I think it's because he didn't get much variation for food as a youngster (for obvious reasons).
"Working out is a luxury for people who have time on their hands, of which... well I could use more of, if I'm bein' honest. I squeeze what I can in because otherwise my joints get sore, know know when you're sitting for a long time building or fixing crap. If you can count the missions or work we take on as a work out I'd say that's where I do most of it. If times are slow, that's when I start doing it just to stay limber. Not like I'm gonna let myself go.
As for food, yeah, I eat small meals, I always keep a few snacks in my pouches so I can eat or share food on the go. The trick is to only take what you know you can burn off and keep a few snacks around incase it's not enough."

This tasty cookie was sent in by @symbl from here.
🍪 Does the mun like sweets?
"That's something that we actually have in common. I really enjoy a lot of sweet things, jelly pouches being one of them. I prefer more fruit based sweets and sugary things, but D.A. prefers richer things like cakes. In general, he rather have something salty over something sweet, but salty/spicy & sweet combination really hits the spot for him."
Shota leaned back against the dining room chair he was sitting on, his arms folded across his chest as he waited patiently. Shota certainly was no cook, but at the very least, he could read instructions on a damn pizza box. To be honest, though, he had forgotten to take the cardboard out from under the crust a time or two. He supposed that was something else he and D.A. had in common; not being very good bakers. But Shota wasn't good at anything involving the kitchen.
"My mun also doesn't really enjoy baking. He can do it if he puts his mind to it, but doesn't like that there is such little room for error in the craft. At least with cooking, he can find a way to remedy a dish if he makes something too spicy, salty, etc. One time when he was in cooking school, he forgot to add a leavening agent in a batch of pumpkin bread, and they turned out like bricks."
🍓 What is something you and the mun disagree on?
This question was answered here.

okay so i don't want to copy each symbol in but -- i'm just going to say all of the headcanons in that last meme you reblogged because i want to know alllllllllll the things please.
(( @tuppencetrinkets — headcanon meme ))
thank u so much!! gonna be a long post, so dropping it under a readmore!
—– Send ❂ for a like headcanon.
as i’m certain shows with the blog coloring, fayne really likes pastel colors. pinks, blues, and greens in particular. she also likes neon green, but only sometimes… and only on certain things like curtains or bedspreads.
—– Send ✄ for a favorite movie of my muse’s.
wall-e. the space dancing scene gets her every time.
—– Send ✚ for one of my muse’s prized possessions.
pointe shoes. her first pair. in ballet. getting your very first pair of pointe shoes means that you’ve reached a higher level of skill, so its really an important event. and even though she has to buy new ones fairly often, now, fayne still brings her first pair with her to each performance, tucked away in her bag like a good luck charm.
—– Send ✿ for a happy memory.
any time she spent with aunt cynthia. but, one particular memorable sleepover was when her aunt allowed her to watch Jurassic Park. fayne, of course, did not sleep at all that night, fearing raptors coming charging into her room or a t-rex breaking through her window ( perhaps showing it to an, already prone to nightmares, 10 year old wasn’t her aunt’s best idea, after all. ) and her parents had a fit the next day when they found out. but, it was an amazing, thrilling night that fayne remembers fondly.
—– Send ♡ for a friendship headcanon.
fayne never truly had any friends growing up. she was privately tutored for any actual schoolwork, and the rest of the time was spent training. there were a few occasions when she would attend a ballet class with other children her age. she got along fairly well with most of them and they’d have fun dancing together… but, then she was always whisked off to another studio, another instructor. eventually, she gave up trying to make friends altogether.
—– Send ♬ for a childhood headcanon.
fayne was never really allowed much in the way of an actual childhood. the only times she was ever really treated as a child, and not a pupil, was during her time with aunt cynthia. those are the only times she can recall playing on playgrounds, or watching cartoons, or eating more sweets than she needed. or anything childlike in general.
—– Send ☼ for a dream headcanon.
fayne tends not to remember her dreams unless they’re very strange…. such as arm wrestling a grizzly bear in space, for instance. her subconscious can be very bizarre when it chooses.
—– Send ♧ for a cooking headcanon.
fayne is actually a decent cook, although she doesn’t do it very often. normally, she won’t have time and simply orders room service or take-out.
—– Send ❧ for a food headcanon.
she really loves spicy foods. the spicier the better. in fact, if it doesn’t have five peppers beside its name on a menu, she might consider it a little on the bland side.
—– Send ★ for a talent headcanon.
puzzle solving. originally she picked it up as a way to occupy her time during the long trips between performances / instructors, but she’s gotten quite good at it. she can solve word puzzles, number puzzles, picture puzzles, etc. in very short time.
—– Send ❀ for a crush my muse has had.
she doesn’t really have crushes, per se. she has infatuations and lusts. to her, crushes are reserved for something more innocent, long-term, like a high-school sweetheart. what she has are quick, over in a moment, not usually built on anything other than physical attraction.
—– Send △ for a sex headcanon.
she varies between top and bottom, depending on the day. sometimes she loves taking control and, other times, she’s just content to lie back and enjoy the moment.
—– Send ➷ for a sports headcanon.
fayne did try competitive swimming at one point, when she was very young, but her parents were both very quick to shut that down because “ that’s not what we’re training you to do “ .
—– Send ♤ for a ‘dislike’ headcanon.
she’s actually grown to dislike sweet foods over the past few years. partly because they are a painful reminder of the times she spent with her aunt, and also because she feels sugary foods are childish. she’ll still enjoy a cupcake or ice cream cone from time to time, but for the most part, fayne will turn them away if offered.
—– Send ♆ for something my muse hates.
her parents… HATE may be a bit of a strong word, but she definitely harbors a strong animosity toward them both. pushing her into a career she didn’t want, denying her a childhood, not allowing her to attend her aunt’s funeral… and these are merely a handful of reasons. if she never got to see her parents again, fayne would not be sad.
—– Send ⊗ for a phobia headcanon.
lifelike inanimate objects. dolls, mannequins. at one theater she performed at, they were storing a realistic puppet for an upcoming show in her changing room. fayne absolutely REFUSED to be in there unless it was first temporarily removed, or one of her fellow ballerinas sat in the room with her. this fear has grown worse the older she’s become.
—– Send ☾ for a sleep headcanon.
fayne does, surprisingly, have a very well obeyed sleep schedule. she’s in bed no later than 10 pm ( on nights when she’s not spending time in a bar or in another’s company, that is ) and always awake by 8 am.
—– Send ✜ for a fear headcanon.
failure. its been so ingrained in her that she must always be perfect, that the fear of falling below those expectations puts tremendous strain on her nerves. failure means punishment. a fall or slip means rebuke. not achieving a prize in a competition ensures absolute silence and disappointment from her parents until she manages to win another. she cannot fail. she cannot “let” herself fail. she’s terrified of the possibility.
—– Send ☠ for a death headcanon.
fayne has no belief in an afterlife of any kind. while she does enjoy the thought of ghosts and spirits, she does not think they’re truly possible. and she certainly has no hope in any sort of deity.
—– Send ◊ for a headcanon of the mun’s choice.
her favorite method of affection is affirmation. tell her she’s doing a good job. encourage her. praise her. especially during sex. the things it does to her, oh boy. but even outside of the bedroom, the poor girl needs a little reassurance sometimes, considering she’s so paralyzingly scared of failure. a little boost to let her know she’s doing okay does wonders for her mood / self-esteem.

Coca-Cola has imagined his purple and white packaging, instantly recognizable emblem and recent sweet style. Cory-Cola, Advertising Director for Hong Kong and Macao, Clory Wong explains how this 133-year-old basic beverage stays on the forefront of the business. Sharon Kwok stories
Versatile beverage portfolio
Interbrand's “Best Global Brands 2018 Index” Coca-Cola ranked fifth with model worth totaling US $ 66,341 million. It has grown considerably beyond the core brand. However regardless that the Coca-Cola brand continues to be the corporate's soul, it has expanded its consuming gate to its dedication to turn out to be a "whole beverage company".
Clory Wong has been with The Coca- Cola Firm
In Hong Kong, the corporate maintains a comprehensive and versatile beverage portfolio in numerous classes corresponding to sports activities drinks, milk-based drinks, beverages and tea. These embrace 20 manufacturers together with: Sparkling Mushy Drinks – Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Schweppes, Glacéau Vitaminwater, Bonaqua Water and Minute Maid.
where we purpose to offer clients with quite a lot of drinks all through their lives, ”Wong explains.
“Nevertheless, we are undoubtedly selective once we deliver new innovations into the portfolio. We’re considering whether it is related to shoppers and our retail companions, and unique to the model.
“We have also adopted a consumer-centric strategy that needs to be understood by consumers before launching products like their desire to buy, how open they are towards a new product, and how we can offer products and packages that better meet their beverage needs. ”
Native innovation is the key to branding. The tea tradition is in all places in Hong Kong, so the corporate launched a collection of top of the range ready-made beverage papers, Genuine Tea Home.
Wong also describes advertising for the "Mini Can" product 2019 market. There’s one other example in Hong Kong that it responds to the long-term shopper demand for the micro-version of the model gentle drink. Though Coca-Cola's basic cans include an ordinary amount of 330 ml, the mini can solely store 200ml, attracting clients who need a decrease dose.
”Previously, there were not so many decisions for retailers and clients. I feel we've come with age. For example, we solely used tv to observe, however now we take a look at smartphones and tablets. Shoppers now demand extra product range. "
Going to the top of June 2019, when the company launched its first power drink -" Coca-Cola Energy "- to Hong Kong. After the European debut in April, the objective was to introduce the power drink market when the product was positioned in an power drink that also had the Coca-Cola taste.
The pure caffeine-based guar extract, vitamin B and taurine-free recipe, was launched by a gaggle of younger shoppers who stay hectic life and require little effort to go to additional Mail.
“The energy drink market is not great in Hong Kong, but we are seeing a growing trend. We think there are even more options for consumers, ”Wong says.
Creating events
The corporate doesn’t have the same strategy. As an alternative, it produces individual advertising plans for each product, from prime to bottom. Full bloom built-in advertising communications, OOH campaigns, digital advertising, market executions;
Wong points out that launching all of its new products is widespread, and advertising campaigns make sure that they meet the needs of sure shoppers and supply a singular supply that differs from different players.
“Customers need different drinks for different occasions,” he says.
”Despite the fact that individuals are nonetheless more well being acutely aware, there are instances where we would like one thing candy. For instance, individuals might want something tasty and sparkling after an exhausting meeting with an power shot. I consider that sugary drinks will proceed to play an necessary position. And we're making an attempt to create more alternatives for advertising drinks. “
One of many key concepts is to build a shopper's habit of consuming Coca-Cola drinks whereas consuming. And there is no scarcity of campaigns with meals and eating situations. Driving in Hong Kong's native hotpot tradition in 2012, the company produced probably the most fashionable TVCs featuring music artist Charlene Choi, who has a hotpot with Coca-Cola.
“The connection between eating and the cook is well established. In the future, we will focus more on a strategy called segmented implementation that utilizes consumer insights to give the right message at different stages of the consumer's journey, ”he says.
”And we’ve to work more durable with Coca's appeal – the Cola expertise attracts individuals to share moments in social media. Your pal's recommendations are efficient. ”
The company just lately created several key occasions, such because the Schweppes collection. The campaign is aimed toward spending 4 video collection with singer Jun Kung, the place he introduces cocktail recipes for candy, sour, bitter and spicy.
Wong says a modernist strategy: “Coca-Cola has a broadly diverse target group. Young people aged 10-20 are potential customers. We begin to recruit them to ride the soft drinks by riding at their best – by playing. It is also an opportunity that also has a strong connection to drinking drinks. ”
Coca-Cola really follows the leadership of many major brands when it creates the suitable relationship with young individuals. The company has joined forces with Emperor Esports Stars to launch Coca- Cola: Imperial Cup 2019.
Connecting
“The connection with consumers has changed tremendously. Consumers are well connected to the various media so that they can use many of the evaluations and information about the products. It affects their decision-making process, so the brand's power is important, ”Wong says.
He additional explains the advantages of utilizing robust branding, together with constructing shopper habits. Brand capital leads to quicker decision-making in buying and in addition makes it harder for loyal clients to recruit.
In March, Coca-Cola tested an alternate product design that launched numerous high, thin cans. For the resonate to HK, the our bodies of the deck have been adorned with parts of local heritage comparable to Oi !, Blue House, Sam Tung Uk, Shing Mun Reservoir Steel Bridge, Lui Seng Chun, Stanley Publish Workplace, Yau Ma Tei Theater, and Tsui Sing Lau Pagoda.
”It is very important introduce a positioning tactic for international manufacturers akin to Coca-Cola, transporting local culture to create buyer dedication and model strengthening,” Wong says.
In launching new improvements, the corporate has additionally launched artistic advertising campaigns to take care of the 133-year brand's significance to shoppers. Wong tells advertising that through the years one among his favorite campaigns was "Coca-Cola Chok Chok Chok".
“The campaign promotion technique was at the moment an avant-garde. It was the first advertising initiative to integrate a cellular app and a TV advert. The model created a cellular software the place the viewers might get the bottles caps from TVC to win the instant prizes. The appliance was downloaded greater than 380,000 occasions a month. “Last summer time, the company launched an analogous marketing campaign referred to as Coca- Cola City-wide Tetris Viva. The brand revived the godfather of video games, Tetris, right into a cellular recreation earlier than bringing a real-time interactive experience to the Causeway Bay's OOH billboard. Following public videos that includes celebrities and KOLs, the objective was to resume the brand and convey collectively digital and social younger individuals.
Sustainable Drinks
Wong points out that there’s a main problem forward for shopper well being and environmental safety.
Coca-Cola has encouraged shoppers to regulate added sugar consumption to make its manufacturers sustainable. Wong is a member of the Committee on Salt and Sugar Reduction, which has led the corporate to create smaller sugar-containing recipes.
“We perceive that individuals are involved about sugar consumption. The company will re-take the additional sugar via the portfolio by reformulating present drinks while maintaining the taste of shopper love and including smaller and non-sugar options and drinks to emerging courses and types, he says.
After the introduction of Coke Zero, the unsweetened beverage portfolio has risen quickly. Taking a look at market tendencies in the long term, Hong Kong shoppers are (increasingly) health acutely aware. We especially see the speedy progress of unsweetened tea. ”
Wong adds that Coca-Cola Hong Kong lowered its sugar in ten products final yr and this number rose to 15 this yr.
Another Sustainable Improvement Initiative – “The World Without Waste” – launched packaging waste management. Bonaqua launched the "Water Station" program, which planned to put in 300 water stations in Hong Kong in 2019, and has promoted the "Bottle Your Own Bottle" way of life.
Although recycling is now a standard tactic, recycling may be seen
Coca-Cola has stepped additional with its edgy fashion – in collaboration with Hong Kong's modern art gallery Carré d & # 39; .
The Carré d’artistes Gallery has additionally develop into a very Instagram mode with a Coke Can Wall. It has created over 650 pieces of Coca-Cola-high cans and mini-cans.
It might be over a century previous, however the company is making a great transfer that issues are all the time cooler with Coca-Cola.

☕️ How does the mun like his or her tea/coffee/hot chocolate?
MUNDAY QUESTIONS: Muse answers the questions about the mun
☕️ How does the mun like his or her tea/coffee/hot chocolate?
“You know, that’s interesting to watch. She’s got so many options and I get to see more than one kind. Here in Hyrule there’s just basic black tea, and chocolate is something rich people usually eat, though Zelda was kind enough to let me try some once. With tea, she usually talks to herself while adding a bunch of weird herbs. But for the most part she never adds any sugar or cream or anything. She drinks it straight up, but usually with a snack. She prefers hot but goes cold, too. And she adds tons of flowers to her tea, so it makes her room smell really nice. Stuff like lavender and rose and chamomile are common picks, for some reason. Hot chocolate I’ve seen her make a handful of times. She uses tons of dark powder, almost black in color, and pieces of chocolate and sugar. She lets it stew with a stick of cinnamon, some cloves, a pinch of some red powder, and some nutmeg she grates herself. Oh! And a big pinch of salt. She even adds a splash of cream to it when she can. I never got around to trying it, and it sounds kind of a weird mix of ingredients, especially since the red powder is really spicy, but people who try it look happy, so I wouldn’t turn it down.”
“I’m not really sure what coffee is, but if you’re talking about the frosty stuff she gets from the small bar in the library she spends hours at, it just looks really cold and sad. She gets hers something like “mocha” or whatever? I don’t know, but it looks really sugary.”
