HEYHEYHEY I GOT UR BACK

ok ok

so u set ur water to boil.

then you grab whatever frozen shit you can find in your freezer that sounds vaguely good. peas. corn. chicken nuggets. i don't fuckin know. you do you, boo.

then you toss that in and wait for the water to start boiling again, then once it does then put in the noodles

while you're waiting for that then you can inspect your spice cabinets

number one thing to keep an eye out for?? chili powder, or cayenne pepper or some sort of spicy goodness.

other good seasonings to use: garlic. salt. oregano. onion powder. whatever, bro. taste around and figure out what kind of flavor you're going for. sriracha and/or soy sauce are always great additions, but set them aside to add after you're done cooking.

so once you've got your spices layed out and your noodles wiggly, then it's time to start seasoning babeyyy!!! if you want to, you can add the preset flavor packet. i usually do because i'm lazy but like. if you're going for a specific flavor that doesn't go with the packet, then set it aside. it's really good to sprinkle on dry noodles and cronch!!!

so anyway. season your heart out. be careful with the salt- if you're planning on adding soy sauce, then be a bit conservative with adding salt. same thing with the chili pepper- that + sriracha = spiceyyyy !!! season at your own risk. but still have fun with it and don't sweat it if you mess up a little. ramen's pretty forgiving.

OKAY NOW IT'S TIME FOR MY FAVORITE PART

grab some good eggy boys

tap them on ur stove

and then CRACK EM OPEN INTO THE BROTH

then stir really fast!!!! or use a whisk. get as much of the egg mixed in before it starts cooking. this will make the broth nice and creamy and will make your ramen much more filling.

serve yourself or any guests you might have, squirt on some sriracha or soy sauce if you want it, and enjoy!!!!
