Hii. I couldn’t get reid and lila kissing episode out of my mind lol, can i request a fic with spencer getting interrupted (/kissed) while he’s rambling about something that annoyed him at work.. he’s so annoyed that he just keep talking but also keep kissing the reader back everytime until he’s just ‘wait why r u kissing me rn im literally so annoyed????’ but then he continues kissing her anyway lol. You can write however you want though! Love your fics so muuuuch!!!!!
i think about that scene at least twice a week (my roman empire tbh)
warnings: kithing
Spencer paced the length of your living room, his hands gesturing wildly as he ranted about whatever had set him off at work that day. “—And can you believe they didn’t cross-check the fingerprints before starting the entire interview process? It’s such a basic step in protocol. I mean, we wasted hours, hours, running in circles!”
You watched him, nodding sympathetically from your spot on the couch, though you could hardly get a word in between his breathless, frustrated tirade. He was adorable like this, completely wrapped up in his thoughts, even when he was annoyed. His brow furrowed, lips moving a mile a minute as he laid out every little detail of the day that had irritated him to no end.
“…It’s not even like it’s the first time, either! You’d think after all this time working together, we’d have this stuff down, but no, apparently—”
He paused as you stood up and crossed the room to where he was pacing. You had this urge to just... kiss him, mid-rant, to break through that whirlwind of frustration. Spencer glanced at you but didn’t stop talking. “—apparently, no one knows how to follow through with the simplest procedures anymore, and it’s not like I’m—"
Before he could finish, you cupped his face in your hands and pressed your lips to his, cutting off his next string of words. For a second, Spencer froze, mid-sentence, but then his lips moved instinctively, kissing you back without missing a beat.
You pulled back slightly, but his brain hadn’t quite caught up yet, and he kept talking. “—asking for perfection, just a little—”
You kissed him again.
This time, he melted a bit, his hands instinctively coming to rest on your waist. But just as you thought you had him completely, he pulled back, blinking, still distracted by the cloud of irritation hanging over him. “Wait, why are you kissing me right now?”
You grinned, biting back a laugh. “Maybe I thought kissing you might help.”
Spencer blinked at you again, clearly processing this new development. “Help... with what?”
“With getting you to stop ranting and relax for two seconds,” you teased, your hands still resting on his chest. “You were getting worked up, so I thought maybe I’d try to calm you down a bit.”
His frown deepened for a second, like he was trying to figure out whether or not he should continue being annoyed, but then he sighed. “I mean, I’m still frustrated about it, but…”
You leaned in, kissing him again, cutting him off before he could dive back into his complaints. He groaned softly, his hands slipping to your back, and after a moment, he gave in, his lips soft and warm against yours.
But then he pulled away again, furrowing his brows. “I really shouldn’t be kissing you right now. I’m so irritated.”
“Mm-hmm,” you murmured, pressing your lips to his again, and this time, he didn’t pull back.
He kissed you deeply, hands gripping your waist now, his frustration slowly ebbing away as he lost himself in the warmth of your embrace. When you finally broke apart, he sighed, resting his forehead against yours.
“Okay,” he said quietly, his tone much calmer now. “That... kind of worked.”
You grinned. “I told you it would.”
He huffed a soft laugh, brushing a strand of hair from your face. “You really know how to distract me, you know that?”
“Anytime you’re annoyed,” you whispered, trailing a finger down his chest, “I’ll be here to help.”
Spencer gave you a small, amused smile, finally letting go of the frustration he’d carried with him all evening. “Okay. I think I’m officially done being annoyed.”
“Good,” you teased, leaning in for one last kiss. “Now, what were you saying?”
He shook his head, smiling against your lips. “I don’t even remember.”
And with that, the conversation shifted into something far more pleasant than his earlier rambling, Spencer finally letting go of the day’s annoyances, and choosing to focus on you instead.

dream about walking through the streets of emon

Curling up with your head in his lap, you felt his fingers start to weave through your hair. A few minutes ago, you’d asked him what he had done the night before. If Morgan had been here, he would have called that question a grave mistake, but you would never call getting to hear your love infodump a mistake. It was one of the great pleasures in your life.
You were well aware of the fact that last night was a Thursday, so you knew exactly what you’d signed up for. He always, if his work schedule allowed it, did the same thing on Thursday nights.
“And so then, they got this letter from none other than Vex’ahlia! And of course, they made Laura read it out loud,” even though you weren’t looking at him anymore, you could still hear in his voice just how hard he was smiling, “and it was so comforting to hear her again. It was like when Allura and Kima got involved in campaign 2, I honestly almost cried, not because it was sad, I just miss and love them so much!”
Softly running his short fingernails over your scalp, “and of course that moment also made me think of when I read kith and kin last winter, or I listened to the audiobook version, which also is reading, it doesn’t matter how you get the story, just that you get it. Anyways, that audiobook had their voices reading it! The right ones! It wasn’t just Liam and Laura reading, it was the twins!”
Letting out a warm yawn, you let your eyes fall shut, “and the story itself had no business being that good, and not just because it’s a part of a world I hold near and dear to my heart, but just the book itself was so good. And you know, in that, we finally got the backstory of Simon, Vax’ildan’s belt? We found out pretty quickly that it took place in a time he didn’t have it yet, and when we did see it, it was on a man named Thorn, so we automatically know that he must be someone important to the story because he had the serpent belt, he had Simon! So then, this whole big tragic romance ensues, and he ends up getting the belt.”
He then hop-skipped around, explaining random things and somehow ended up trying to explain something called the calamity. As his enthusiastic voice slowly faded away, you had a feeling that his bedtime story would end up making you dream about walking through the streets of Emon, hand in hand, with him as your guide.

The Milk Cooler
Hey y’all! I’m not sure how much I like this one, I also have absolutely no idea where the idea for it came from lmao
Summary: Spencer meets a strange man from the other side of the milk cooler
Pairing: Derek Morgan x Spencer Reid
Warnings: FLUFF
Word count: 1.5k
Read on AO3
Spencer Reid absolutely, positively, hated his job. It wasn’t that he wanted to work here, he just needed the money and nowhere else was hiring. Now, he wasn’t worried about paying for his classes at Georgetown, he was worried about being able to keep him mom in the Bennington Sanitarium in Las Vegas. Spencer often had a hard time believing he allowed himself to move so far away from his mother and his hometown. Though he didn’t have many good memories of the town, he often found himself missing the warm weather and going into the city to outsmart anyone he could at the casinos.
Anyway, Spencer had found himself working at a local grocery store that was only a few blocks away from his current apartment. The work was seemingly meaningless busywork. But, if he was making money, he was making money. And that’s what mattered, right? Spencer had just turned 20 last week. He finished his second doctorate, which was in chemistry, the month before. He already had one in math and was about to begin a third in engineering. He also had a few bachelor’s degrees under his belt and was now working on one in psychology. He had big dreams of working the FBI’s renowned Behavior Analysis Unit. His mother was always good at reading people and it was a skill he had gratefully picked up.
Spencer’s favorite task at the grocery store had always been and will always be restocking the milk cooler. When he was doing that, he didn’t have to face any other people. Spencer had tried being a cashier for a while, but he was just too socially awkward to be able to interact with that amount of people on a daily basis. So, his manager decided he would be better off stocking shelves. This made Spencer’s life a little easier and a lot less stressful. The work was easy, mindless, he could let his mind wander and not be seen as crazy for just thinking and not responding to things around him. He had to talk to a lot less people this way. Sure, the odd person would ask him for help finding something sometimes, and of course he would help them. He didn’t mind little interactions like that.
Spencer’s world was spun on its axis one day while he was stocking the milk cooler. He never had to interact with people while he was there. But one day, he noticed there was an entire row of half-gallon bottles of whole milk empty. He silently thanked the workers from the shift before, as it gave him an excuse to be in the cooler for longer than normal. It took him a few minutes to locate the half-gallons, but when he did, he set right to work. As soon as he had set the first carton of milk in the slot, the cooler door opened, and a hand reached in to take it out. Spencer didn’t notice this and jumped when the next carton slid all the way to the front of the slot.
“Well, hello in there,” a deep voice said from the other side.
“Uh, h-hi,” Spencer stuttered out, shocked that the strange man had noticed he was in there.
“Havin’ fun back there?”
Spencer gave a breathy laugh. The voice was attractive, and he was unusually flustered by it. “Sure,” he replied, “If you consider picking up on your coworker’s slack fun.”
It was the other man’s turn to laugh. Spencer shifted his position, wondering if he could get a good look at the mysterious man who was talking to him through a milk cooler. “Tryna get a look at me, Pretty Boy? I can see you back there.”
Spencer jumped. “Um, n-no, just uh… trying to get back to work,” he managed to sputter out. He reached up to place another carton of milk in the slot. The man on the other side chuckled and reached out to grab Spencer’s hand softly. “I’ll see you around, Pretty Boy.”
The milk door closed. Spencer tried to shake off the interaction and get back to work, but he ended up being flustered and distracted for the rest of his day.
----
Derek Morgan also happened to be a student at Georgetown. He didn’t have three PhD’s and two BA’s though. He was just working on a bachelor’s in psychology. So, when he went to get a half-gallon of whole milk from the grocery store, he was surprised to find the cute little quiet boy that sat in the back of his psych class stocking the cooler. Derek kind of had a thing for the boy, not that he would admit it. He’d never even spoken to the kid (he didn’t even know his name!), and before today, he was fairly certain he wouldn’t. But after that encounter, how could he not? The kid had been so flustered, just by the little not-even-a-conversation conversation they had. Derek wanted to see him blush in full light, and not half hidden by the shelves in the cooler. He decided that night that he would not go another day without properly talking to this kid.
----
The next morning, Derek got to class early, hoping the boy would already be there and he could talk to him for a minute or two. He wasn’t surprised to see that Spencer was the only one in the room, even before the professor. He slid into the seat next to him. Spencer was lost in a book and didn’t hear the door opening or the man sliding into the seat beside him.
“Good morning, Pretty Boy,”
Derek said quietly, smirking. Spencer jumped, again, and looked over at Derek, finally realizing that there was someone else in the room. “I- what? Pretty Boy?”
“You seemed to like it when I called you that from the other side of the milk cooler last night.”
Spencer’s eyes widened and he blushed a furious shade of red. “That was you? Wait you, someone who looks like, well, that, thinks I am pretty?”
Derek chuckled. “Sure thing, Pretty Boy. Do you have a pretty name to go with your pretty face?”
“I’m not pretty,” Spencer insisted. “But my name is Spencer.”
“Oh, you definitely are pretty. It’s almost a crime that anyone would let you think otherwise. My name’s Derek. Any chance you would want to get coffee with me after class?”
“I’d love to Derek, but I have plans to go sit in on Alex Blake’s linguistics lecture. Unless you want to come with me, that is.” Spencer couldn’t believe how easily the words were flowing from his mouth. He had never been able to speak to someone like this before. There was something about the way Derek looked at him that put him at ease.
“That sounds wonderful, Spencer.” Spencer blushed redder, if that was even possible, and ducked his head. Their professor starting his lecture ended their conversation.
----
An hour and a half later, Spencer found himself sitting in a coffee shop with two caramel lattes and Derek Morgan in front of him. He still couldn’t believe that someone that looks like Derek Morgan would be attracted to someone that looks like him.
Derek pulled him out of his thoughts by saying, “so, what are you studying at Georgetown?”
“That’s a loaded question,” Spencer replied with a small giggle. “I have two PhD’s, one in mathematics and one in chemistry, I’m starting one in engineering next week. I also have a couple odd BA’s, and obviously I’m working on my psych one right now.”
“What are you, some kind of genius?”
Their conversation continued like this until their lattes were gone, and then some. Derek asked Spencer if he could walk him home. Spencer blushed and nodded. When they made it out of the coffee shop and onto the sidewalk, Derek took Spencer’s hand in his.
“This okay, Pretty Boy?” Spencer nodded again and squeezed Derek’s hand.
They walked the few blocks back to Spencer’s apartment building in silence, enjoying the company and the beautiful day, only stopping when they reached Spencer’s door.
“I’d love to do this again sometime, Derek,” Spencer said, surprising himself. He pulled a pen out of his pocket and wrote his phone number on Derek’s arm.
When he was done writing, he looked back up at Derek and gave a big grin, proud of himself. Derek reached his hand up to Spencer’s face and cradled one cheek.
Spencer leaned into the touch. Derek came a step closer. “Can I kiss you?” Instead of giving an answer, Spencer leaned forward and pressed his lips to Derek’s, giving him a soft, chaste kiss. “No more until you call me,” Spencer said after he pulled away, slipping into his apartment and leaving a shocked Derek Morgan outside.

derek had a week off and really let his imagination run wild . a whole week to think about spencer and how good they'd be together. his first day back at the BAU was nothing out of the ordinary, but his last goodbye of the night certainly was.
everyone's tired and ready to go home, happy there's no case. as per usual their youngest agent decides to stays back late. sitting at his desk spencer reid patiently waits for derek to finish saying his goodbyes to the rest of the team.
"pretty boooyyyy!"
the broad man approaches and leans in for the usual bro hug Spencer, oh Spencer, he had a cunning plan. he met dereks hand with his and used it as leverage to pull himself up slightly. his plan was in action. he angled his face to the side and *smooch* planted one right on the corner of this man's mouth. just as quickly as it happened spencer sat back in his chair and ran a hand through his hair, setting it back in place. "see ya tomorrow"
derek, understandably, is frozen. who woldn't be after having spencer's plump sweet lips so close to their own. but derek doesn't freeze, so he coughed and straightened out "uh yeah man. goodnight."
this becomes a little routine that neither talks about. but spencer will go out of his way to make sure derek gets his goodbye kiss. derek morgan, who is he to complain? spencers wittle plan worked.
#imagine the kisses range from cheek smooches to chin kithes to full lip kithes but always chaste#get read ofr hccs#bc im sad and alone and drinkig and have nothing to do#for HCs#lots of em#lots of bad ones too#i have nothign else to do#moreid#spencer reid#derek morgan#hc

Tell us your opinion on all the AHS Evans!
This should be fun:)
Tate Langdon:
He's... okay imo. He's usually what i think of when i hear AHS, he's iconic when talking about Ahs. He's the most notorious Evan to me. I don't hate him but i don't love him yk? im very neutral about him.
Kit Walker:
GOOD GOD, I LOVE HIM SO MUCH, IF ANYONE SEES THIS PLEASE SOMEONE TELL HIM THAT I LOVE HIM. Before watching Asylum, he was genuinely my ideal guy... and he's still my ideal guy. I actually love his character sm.
Kyle Spencer:
He is Babyboy™️ can someone please just tell him how much i adore him? and how much he deserves to be tucked into bed every night with a kith on the forehead and a lullaby. like, im so serious🥺
Jimmy Darling:
Jimmy my beloved. He's had his ups and downs, we all have but i genuinely think this character was well written and that i would love to live with him. Not in a romantic way, he'd be a good roommate besides showering (someone please buy him a bar of soap x_x)
James Patrick March:
JPM MY ULTIMATE BELOVED, he would probably see me as a menace but i would gladly be at his beck and call. Like, Mrs. Evers but watered down. I actually love him too much.
(I've never watched Roanoke)
Kai Anderson:
i actually despise him😁🔪 Im not gonna hate on anyone else for him, i'll write for PreCult! Kai but Cult!Kai and so on just makes me so angry lol.
Malcolm Gallant:
mY ACTUAL BBY, HE DESERVES SO MUCH. He would be the type to bark at someone when they get too close when he's holding your drink and that's why i love him. You should love him too. I rest my case.
Jefferson Pfister:
.....I would protect him with my whole being, but i would also make fun of him. He's giving me younger brother vibes, like "yes i can tease him but you may not" type of vibes, yk? Overall, i love him.

Ok is it wrong for me to love Spencer’s tummy so much? Like just the soft part of his lower tummy is adorable. I feel like he would be really insecure about it especially spending so much of his time around the famous Derek Morgan but like I would love to just pepper it with little kisses 😘❤️❤️ -🪢
there is nothing wrong with wanting 💕kith 💕his pretty lil tummy, i feel like you’re not even in an minority on this one either, we all wanna get in on that action 🥰

Reimagined; Chapter 3 - Kate Joyner
Hi! I meant to get this out little sooner but it’s been a crazy week
Pairing: Aaron Hotchner x Spencer Reid
Warnings: Angstangstangstangstangst
Word count: 1.4k
Summary: Kate wasn’t an unsub, but that didn’t mean this wasn’t one of those cases
Read on AO3
Chapter One, Chapter Two, Chapter Four
Based on 3x20 Lo-Fi and 4x1 Mayhem
Kate Joyner. Another life Aaron couldn’t save. Another face he saw every time he closed his eyes. She had looked so much like Haley. Aaron didn’t know what he would do with himself if he lost Haley, more than he already had of course. She was the love of his life, even if the marriage hadn’t worked out. She was the mother of his son. She was one of the thoughts that let him fall asleep at night. As long as Haley was alive, Aaron could be happy. Spencer Reid was beginning to be one of those thoughts, and Aaron wasn’t sure how it came to be that way. Every time he saw the young genius’ smiling face in the bullpen, every time he cried on his shoulder after a rough case, those are the thoughts that Aaron held closest to his heart. He almost wanted to say, “forget Haley, what happens if I lose Spencer?” But he didn’t. He couldn’t let his thoughts wander that far, and he really didn’t want to analyze what that meant for what he felt about Spencer. Spencer had become a permanent fixture in Aaron’s life, and he was willing to go to any extent to keep it that way.
Spencer Reid, in his own apartment, was having similar thoughts. “What would happen if I lost Aaron? Where would I be? What would I do?” But he, too, knew he couldn’t let his thoughts wander. He had almost lost Aaron last night. He needed to remember that he had him, and for now at least, he wasn’t going anywhere. Try as he might to not let it happen, Spencer found his thoughts spiraling. He soon had an overwhelming feeling that he needed to see the man. He also found himself wondering why he wasn’t thinking the same things about one Derek Morgan, who could’ve been very easily killed by his own recklessness that night. He knew he had feelings for his boss, but he was hoping that it was just physical attraction that would play itself out eventually. But, he pushed those thoughts to the side to be dealt with at a later time. Spencer needed to see Aaron. Now. He looked at the time. It was 5:30. Perfect timing to pick up dinner and bring it to Aaron. They had never had their dinners like that before, but Spencer knew of Aaron’s current hearing sensitivities, and a crowded restaurant in the middle of D.C. at the nighttime rush hour would not be a good idea. He sifted through the takeout menus he had stored in his head before deciding on an Italian place. He knew the owners, and they were always quick about getting things ready for him. He called and placed an order for what he wanted and something he thought Aaron might like.
20 minutes later, Spencer was standing awkwardly outside of Aaron’s door, trying to decide if he should knock or text. He figured he would err on the side of caution and sent a text saying, “I’m outside your apartment. Will explain when you let me in.” He heard the chime of Aaron’s phone going off before the sound of shuffling feet towards the door. Aaron opened the door, rightfully confused. Spencer gave him a sheepish smile before quietly saying, “I didn’t want to risk hurting your ears by knocking. And I brought dinner.” He held up the bag, proving to Aaron that he did, in fact, bring dinner, before brushing past the man and setting the bag on the coffee table in front of the couch. “This case was worthy of a dinner, Aaron. I didn’t know if your ears would be too sensitive for a restaurant, so I brought it here. And,” he paused, dropping his eyeline to the floor and deciding if he really wanted to say this, “I just needed to see you.” “Thank you, Spencer. I thought you might want to do something like this, I just didn’t think it would be so soon. And I’m glad to see you too, it’s been too long since we’ve done one of these,” he replied, giving Spencer a small smile.
The two eventually found themselves next to each other on the couch, eating their food out of the Styrofoam containers it came in, idle chatter passing between them. When they finished, Aaron asked Spencer if he wanted to watch a movie. “Sure,” Spencer answered, “but only if it’s not about crime or serial killers or death or anything like that.” “Of course,” Aaron replied, his voice taking on a teasing tone. Aaron eventually settled on Into the Wild, a movie he had bought but hadn’t gotten a chance to watch yet. They were about fifteen minutes into the movie and Spencer wasn’t focusing on the TV screen. His eyes were locked on Aaron. The man’s face was always so stoic, but here Spencer was, sitting is his living room, thinking that he had never seen a person look more relaxed before. Aaron could feel Spencer staring at him, but let it happen. He knew that if Spencer had something to say, he would say it. Then he felt the cushion next to him shift, and Spencer was sitting next to him. Aaron looked to find Spencer nearly pressed up against him, still staring at him. “Tell me about her, Aaron,” Spencer stated. “Tell me about Kate.” Aaron looked down at his knees and thought for a moment before looked back up at the man seated next to him. Spencer watched a lot of emotions play over Aaron’s face as he thought. Anger, grief, pain, hurt. “She was so much like Haley,” Aaron sobbed, finally feeling the emotions he hadn’t let himself before this moment and breaking Spencer out of the trance he found himself in. He felt a tear roll down his face. The dam had broken, there was no going back now. Spencer pulled the hurting man to him, allowing him to cry into his shoulder, just as Spencer had a few weeks before in that diner. Aaron cried silently for a few moments before sitting back up and resting the front of his forehead on Spencer’s shoulder.
Aaron told him everything. He told about their time at Scotland Yard. He and Haley had been taking a “break” at the time, and he had slept with the woman. She had looked so much like Haley, even then, and he had been missing Haley so much. Aaron would be lying if he said he hadn’t had every intention of hooking up with her when the case was done, but look at where they are now. She was gone, and he was here. It wasn’t fair. Her innocent life had been taken. He knew it wasn’t his fault. He didn’t put the bomb there. He didn’t make the car explode. But it wasn’t fair. She was dead, and the only mark on him was the minimal temporary hearing loss. He knew it was wrong to feel that way, and Spencer had told him so, but just because he knew it was wrong didn’t mean he wasn’t going to continue doing it. Self-deprecation can sometimes be just as addicting as Dilaudid. And he told Spencer that, to which he had no reply.
They sat in silence for a few moments, neither willing to be the one that broke it. Spencer finally turned and grabbed Aaron by the chin, lifting his head up off his shoulder. He pulled Aaron’s face close to his and stared into his eyes. Whatever he was searching for he must have found, because in the next instant, Aaron was no longer looking at Spencer Reid. He was kissing him. It took a moment to register before he lightly pushed Spencer away. “Spencer I, I can’t. Not yet.” “I know,” Spencer replied, letting go of Aaron’s face and falling back into the couch. He didn’t move away like Aaron expected him to, though. He just relaxed back into the couch and let his head rest on Aaron’s shoulder, seemingly intent on watching the rest of the movie, but if you looked into his eyes, you would see he was lost in deep thought. They fell asleep like that, both needing the comfort and security that the other brought.
