    “ aĕ̶͍g̸͋ͅi̴̼͌s̵̮̒--! please, just listen to me! ” in preparation for his brother’s attack, stoney magical chains appeared from underneath his sleeve to reveal what was essentially the magic version of a kusarigama. despite wanting to come in peace, he was already prepared for a fight. spellbinder knew that if he couldn’t convince hex who he was, he was going to lose. miserably. this was his library after all, and spellbinder himself was left rather weak after his long journey in the ledgerdomain. 

    “ i’m only here to talk, i don’t want to fight you. i will answer all of your questions, i will do anything to prove myself to you. just please, do not do something you will regret. ”
