I've had a hard time sleeping for months. I know I am not the only one. I've been up all night reading, learning and thinking about my purpose and my role in this world. I know for some it's hard to stand up and do what's right like Cariol who was and is so #BRAVE (THANK YOU!) BUT it is necessary that we ALL take an active role in doing our parts to stand up for injustice and speak out against evil. Right is right and wrong is wrong. As the human race, we have been and continue to be divided (and that's by design) and turned against each other in so many ways. Police brutality and racism are a real problem. Yet there is an even bigger problem at hand with the agendas of the dark and evil forces of this world. These sinister souls do not want people to be peaceful and come together. They strive to divide and conquer, to keep us stressed, depressed, unhealthy, fearful, worried etc. It's bigger than black and white or Democrats and Republicans etc. etc. I believe there really are only 2 sides. You either believe and stand for what's right or you are defending what is wrong. You either stand for good and righteousness or you condone the evils and injustices of the world. Period. “There is no higher truth, no greater knowledge then never doubting who you are.” - Unknown . I used this stock photo because it appears as if the ostrich is loudly protesting some injustice. When others question who we are, when they try to tells us they no better than us who we are. The response is to either internally or externally loudly protest the unjust words. There is a reason the AIDS Activist group group ACT-UP used the slogan Silence=Death. If we remain silent while thousands and thousands die then we are as complicit in untimely deaths of gay and bisexual men, trans women and injection drug users as was the government in Washington during the eighties and early nineties. Now if we remain silent when some in the current administration try and take away the rights of trans and non-binary individuals, Central American Refugees and Migrants, People with different beliefs, assault survivors and others than we are quietly siding with an unjust Administration.
