#fae’s vent#spacing this out but tw for weird coworker behavior from an older coworker#///////////////////////////////////////////////////#/////////////////////////////////////////#an older coworker who’s position can best be described as ‘my boss if my boss isn’t there’#asked me for my number (which is technically freely available bc we all share our numbers in case of emergency)#and then after he got it commented on wanting to go out to eat together but wouldn’t bc i don’t eat out#and now! without even texting! he called me!#i’m still majorly hoping he’s just trying to like. work dad? me which is still uncomfortable to me but it’s better than the alternative#going to talk to a coworker about this but ugh.#like dude it’s barely the start of the year do not do this to me!!!!#i just have one more semester in this place just a few more months#and we don’t have an overlapping shift thank god
